2 Corinthians 12:11
I ought to have been commended by you.

This area is not my cup-of-tea. Indeed, see Insanity In The Church to know what is in my heart by the Holy Spirit.

Because there is so much slander, betrayal, and bitterness “out-there” this might prove helpful to a few.

As it was with the Apostle Paul, individuals, even in the church, find it hard to commend those who point them to the cross of Christ. That is to a cross for their crucifixion with Him. I leave a small sample of what God’s grace can do that it may encourage the few.

“This is our 100th project together with Timothy. And in each of these projects we’ve worked together on, he has been a great client and such a kind soul. He always allowed creative freedom to me. When I felt lost, he provided guidance, and I sincerely have no words to describe how lucky I feel since our paths have crossed. English may not be my first language, but even if it were, I would struggle to find words powerful enough to adequately recommend him.”

Scriptures:

Romans 8:17
Now if we are children, then we are heirs–heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

When I wrote thanking this person for the comment and that I was humbled, the response was this.

“I merely tried to explain what I think and feel. I have seen so many clients in this business and you really are one of a kind. Especially before what would happen quite often was they’d ask for something, and don’t explain much, and they’re “too busy”, and you do something, and they dump half the project. Most of those revisions wouldn’t happen had they been asking for it in the first place. It’s like going to a mcdonalds, asking for no:3, get a bite, ask for no: 6 get a bite, ask for no:1 get a bite…then pay for only 1. As I grew older, I started to feel more confident and talked back and sometimes left the projects. But you have to bend to a certain point all the time. So I think I can easily say that you’re my most favorite client of all times. I can’t thank you enough :)”
