66, Joe Rogan The Believer

Video: It is not being judgmental; it is teaching everything demanded by a holy God. Jesus commanded make disciples. Baptizing want to be disciples, then teaching disciples to obey everything. Everything. Jesus commands God demands. (Matthew 28:20). Teaching disciples to obey everything he commanded. The Consider Podcast. www.consider.info, where the rubber meets the road.

Timothy: Let’s consider the fact that Joe Rogan wants Jesus to come back and Culture Christianity is just all excited about it.

Intro: Welcome to the Consider Podcast where the whole gospel message is used to examine today’s wisdom, folly, and madness. Acts 5:20, “Go stand and speak to the people in the temple, the whole message of this life.” Join the hosts Timothy and Jacob as they pick up their cross to follow Jesus as we pray that God enlightens the mind according to verse 25 of Ecclesiastes chapter 7. “So, I turned my mind to understand to investigate and to search out wisdom and the scheme of things and to understand the stupidity of wickedness and the madness of folly.” Ecclesiastes 7:25. The Consider Podcast examining today’s wisdom, folly, and madness with the whole gospel. www.consider.info.

Timothy: Jacob, you ever read the book “Alice in Wonderland”?

Jacob: No, because I think it’s like actual full on chapter book. I mean I’ve like skimmed the children’s version. I think there’s like, you know what I mean? Like a tiny picture book that I’ve seen a long time ago. But I think like the real real story. No.

Timothy: And I’ve never read it myself, but it’s weird. It’s one of those books that I’ve never read the book. Now I’ve seen the movie with Johnny Depp in there and of course I think Alice, it’s a typical spin. She does want to marry some white guy that’s kind of geeky so she falls down the rabbit hole. So, I’ve never actually read the book but it’s like you know the book, without ever hovering it. It just permeates the whole culture. This whole podcast we’re looking at, they’re really hard to bring together because it’s like going down the rabbit hole and I went to look it up.

Okay, go what is Alice in Wonderland, was the guy really on LSD when he wrote it? And no, it does not appear the LSD, of course was and more in our culture where they like reading the book while they’re LSD, but the actual author was a mathematician. But it is the book that and I’m going to quote, it is seen as an example of the literary nonsense [INAUDIBLE WORD 3:14] can’t even pronounce the word. Now in other words, it’s a nonsense book even though it’s got some meaning in there so it’s that kind of thing. So, the more that I dove into this and you look at all of this stuff, the more it’s like, okay, this is nonsense and then you go down that and then it gets divided here. I mean I’ve got notes that I just had to throw aside because it’s just so chaotic and such a mess. I mean Joe Rogan makes a statement that Jesus should come back and it’s like YouTube is semi exploding on that point. and every want to be Christian every cultural Christian is like going, oh, Joe Rogan wants Jesus as if that were faith as if that were belief or even a good thing. There’s no, and we’re going to dive into this whole thing of what’s going on. Do you know the kind of the issue that’s going on there Jacob?

Jacob: I’ve seen, yeah, I vaguely know what you’re talking about. But I could certainly understand the madness surrounding, diving into this topic.

Timothy: It’s like a chapter in my book “Insanity in The Church”. We want all these big names to come to Jesus or acknowledge that Jesus is real and then we’re all excited and we totally ignore the sin that’s going on. Go ahead and play that first clip and then we’re going to kind of move into this a little bit.

Video: I often say that we are living in a time of heightened spiritual awareness. Joe Rogan just said, we need Jesus.

Man: People are going to understand the need to have some sort of divine structure to things. Some sort of belief in the sanctity of love and of truth and a lot of that comes from religion. A lot of people’s moral compass and the guidelines that they’ve used to follow to live a just and righteous life. This come from religion and unfortunately, a lot of very intelligent people dismiss all the positive aspects of religion because they think that the stories are mere superstitious fairy tales that they have no place in this modern world and we’re inherently good and your ethics are based on your own moral compass, and that’s not necessarily true. We need Jesus. Jesus if you’re thinking about coming back right now is a good time. Praise Jesus!

Timothy: There you go everybody’s all excited that Joe Rogan, the Joe Rogan wants Jesus to come back and they’re all excited about that. You don’t, so far, you’re not seeing anything there where anybody’s like going, yeah, I can’t believe he’s saying these things, right?

Jacob: Well, he also I think doesn’t he say like, Jesus if you’re out there or Jesus if you’re real then we need you to come back. So, he was, it’s yeah.

Timothy: Well, it kind of into the research, I think he really kind of believe Jesus is real but as we’ve seen demons know Jesus is real. So, that’s not a plus on any level.

Jacob: No.

Timothy: First of all, the video starts with I’ve said before we live in a heightened spiritual awareness time. What is he talking about? You’re trying to tell me you look through all the history Martin Luther, the reformation that there was a far more spiritual and I’d have to almost say a biblical awareness way back when than there is today.

Jacob: Today, yeah.

Timothy: Well, yeah okay. So, let’s get to the point. Let’s go to Psalm chapter 50 verse 16 and this should be the response. Psalm 50 verse 16. Jacob, go ahead and read verses 16 & 17 of Psalm 50.

Jacob: But to the wicked God says, “What right have you to recite my laws or take my covenant on your lips. You hate my instruction and cast my words behind you.”

Timothy: Okay, Joe Rogan here’s a shut-up Joe. You have no right to mention Jesus Christ. You don’t have any, you’re a wicked man who needs to repent, who knows nothing about Jesus Christ who only wants him to come back and we’ll see this later on for the most in noble sinful reasons. But to the wicked, God says, this is what God says compared to what everybody else said. “What right have you to recite my laws or take my covenant on your lips.” It shouldn’t even be on the lips, let alone a podcast or discussion and so where were all these cultures, well all these Christians all these people that claim to believe in Jesus where was the indignation like Joe Rogan you need to shut up, go home and repent. Is that anywhere close

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Is if we want that stamp of approval by Joe Rogan, because he’s so popular yeah, we need Jesus and we’re going to run with this. Joe Rogan does the same thing that all these people that are praising him are doing and that’s in verse 17. “You hate my instruction. If I come in with the least little thing.” In fact, we’re going to mention a couple minor things that people actually need to obey. They’re going to hate the instruction. They don’t want to hear. That’s why I had you play the bumper in the beginning. Jesus said, “Go make disciples.” Teaching disciples not believers, not cultural Christianity, not Christians, but disciples to obey everything. Where’s the revival of God’s word in terms of obedience to everything? No, you hate my instruction God says and cast my words behind you.

The reason why all of these want to be Christians are saying they like what Joe Rogan said is because they have cast God’s instructions behind them and they don’t want his word anymore. They says, they cast my words behind you. In other words, they’re out front They’re living their life. They’re claiming the promises they want to claim and they keep God in the background using God to bless their life. That make sense?

Jacob: Yeah, it makes sense.

Timothy: In verse 17 again, “You hate my instruction.” This isn’t minor stuff. We’re going to talk just a little bit about the fact. Again, we were run out of the town of Enumclaw because they hated what we preached. They hated any instruction beyond some like generic, wide road, wide gate, whitewashed, kind of like we believe Jesus is Lord and yeah, let’s all get along and everything’s fine and I’d have been accepted. But, “No, you hate my instruction and you cast my words behind you. I’ll lay out the word and just throw it behind.” It’s kind of interesting on one particular podcast, we did the one last time on the Super Bowl.

We don’t get that many listeners because we’re only interested really in pleasing God and we’ve had like one maybe two people on particular avenue. Actually, listen because the title nobody wants to look at the fact that the Super Bowl is an unholy event that people participate in. Any points on that before we kind of move forward?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Alright, so Joe Rogan and a lot of people want Jesus to come back, right? A lot of Christians claims, oh Jesus come back, come back. Let’s read Amos chapter 5 verse 18 for now and then we’re going to explore a little bit more in details we move on. Go ahead and read Amos 5:18 Jacob.

Jacob: I’m just getting there.

Timothy: Oh no, rush gives everything time to digest a little bit.

Jacob: Amos 5:18. “Woe to you who long for the day of the Lord! Why do you long for the day of the Lord? That day will be darkness, not light.”

Timothy: To contemplate Jesus coming back is and should be a soul shattering thought and experience. We’re already supposed as Christians to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. David will sing in the Psalms, “I tremble at your word.” When’s the last time you were in a church in the choir with singing a song or hymn about, we tremble at your word? Where is the respect for God’s word? Where’s the revival of obedient to God’s word. Now, they hate the instruction. They cast it behind. They persecute those who bring it up. You can’t even begin to begin to this. There’s no enjoyment by people that claim to be Christian. Like let’s look at what more we can obey. “Woe to you who long for the day of the Lord,” Amos 518 says. “Why do you long for the day of the Lord? That day will be darkness, not light.”

So, where’s the person going to Joe Rogan and saying, Joe, wipe that smile off your face. Wipe that smirk and certainly Put away the cuss words. Why do you long for the day of the Lord? It will be a day of darkness and of trembling and of pain and of judgement. It’s not something to look forward to unless you’re living the full gospel message and living a life of repentance. Let’s go to Revelation chapter 6 verse 15 and just a little bit of a look or taste of what will mean for when Jesus comes back. So, let’s talk directly to Joe Rogan. Okay, Joe Rogan, you long for the day of the Lord, right? That’s what he said and we’re going to look at some more here in just a minute. This is what you can expect. Revelation 6:15, “Then the Kings of the Earth, the princes, the generals, the rich.” Let’s pause there a minute. Is Joe Rogan rich?

Jacob: Oh crazy. Like insanely he’s up there. Millions, hundreds of millions of dollars.

Timothy: I believe his new contract was $200 million.

Jacob: $250. I’m pretty sure it was 250 and that was just with Spotify. That doesn’t include all his other, you know what I mean? Avenues of income.

Timothy: Staggering amounts of money.

Jacob: Staggering, yes that’s crazy. That’s a lot of money.

Timothy: And everybody I’m sure that claims to be a Christian is sitting down with Joe Rogan and said, well, Joe you got a chance to hate and despise that money. What are you going to do with that in the Lord, right?

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: Right now, we’re shooting bow and arrows into the Tulsa truck and he’s rich. This applies to him. Joe Rogan can’t say it doesn’t apply to me. “Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty” He certainly is mighty in terms of influence. “And every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks in the mountains.” Jesus Christ is coming back and in fact we’ll go on to see her in a moment. He’s going to say, Jesus you want to come back, coming back before the election would be a nice thing. Oh really? You’re going to be hiding in caves you’re going to be looking for rocks to hide in because when he returns, he’s coming with judgement, with light, with penetrating judgement to expose the sin. Things you don’t even know or realize because you’ve cast his word behind you and you’re not seeking him.

Verse 16 of Revelation 6. It says, these people, ‘They call to the mountains and the rocks.” Joe Rogan, if he’s around at that time, is going to turn to the mountains and to the rocks and he’s going to say fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne from the wrath of the lamb. We’re talking about a lamb here, no doubt and everybody likes to sing about the lamb of God. But that the lamb of God that’s coming back is going to cause people to what? Say to the mountains and say to the rocks and go hide and want to get away from him and say, fall on us, kill us, bury us. “Fall us, hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the lamb!” Was that anywhere remotely the reaction of the video that we just saw?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Revelation 6:17, “For the great day of their wrath has come.” So, you’ve got people, you’ve got Joe Rogan who fits this to a T saying, he wants Jesus to come back and the response it’s everywhere. I don’t have time to play. That’s what sounds like a rabbit hole. It wasn’t just one person going, oh Joe Rogan wants Jesus come back. It’s like they were falling all over themselves to see who could be the first one to get in line to say, oh see Joe Rogan likes Jesus. Joe Rogan likes Jesus. Well, Elon Musk. They did that. Babylon B did that as several months ago. We’re going to actually probably look at that again, because that is the epitome of nonsense that has nothing to do with Jesus Christ. It goes on to say, “For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?” Comment Jacob.

Jacob: Yeah. No one will be able to stand.

Timothy: Play the bumper again of the commands and then I want to look at the scripture just briefly as we move forward into this.

Timothy: Jacob, do you know how many videos are on YouTube?

Jacob: No, I don’t. It would, it’s millions. Maybe $1 billion. There’re a billion videos on YouTube. That’s my guess.

Timothy: I did a quick search and it’s billions.

Jacob: Oh okay.

Timothy: In terms of that that’s least what they said. I didn’t bother to go verify. It’s a lot. And I got to think because of contemplating like, okay, what are we going to, how am I bring this all together and where’d I go? And trying to clear my mind to like, okay, what is the direction because again it’s Alice in Wonderland. It’s nonsense pulled in all kinds of direct And I begin to think, you never hear the word repent.

Jacob: No.

Timothy: And it’s really never but I I’ll give it a little bit here and there. Where are the videos about, we need to obey this, or we need to do this over here. Where’s the teachings that are very specific about how we should obey? Where are the YouTubes are going, I came to Jesus Christ and he’s discipling me? They’ll talk about denying self and they’ll talk about picking up the cross always generic. They never go, this is how Jesus taught me to hate money. This is how God taught me to hate my family that I might love my family. There are no and I’m just giving you two. We literally could go down the line. In fact, I do and that’s why I get run out of town and nobody wants to listen. We go down to very specific ways that this thing comes out because that’s what true disciples are supposed to teach.

Matthew 28 verse 19. Jesus is getting ready to be going to heaven. He’s been crucified. The resurrection is happening. He’s standing there before the disciples. They go to the mountain where he tells them to go not some other mountain. In verse 19, Jesus says, “Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations.” It doesn’t say go make believers. “Baptizing them.” It doesn’t say ask Jesus into your heart or have an opinion or it’s a religious principle. You hear Joe Rogan saying, yeah, we need morals and we need truths and we need all and that’s a resounding theme not only Joe Rogan and the reason why all these want to be Christians are kind of going forward. Because they live a principle, a cultural Christianity. They’re not baptized in terms of fire and holiness and the word of God. “Baptizing them in the name of the father and of the son of the Holy Spirit.” And look at verse 20. Read verse twenty there Jacob and go for it.

Jacob: “And teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Timothy: The only way that we can be sure that Jesus is with us is by doing what? What does verse 20 say, Jacob?

Jacob: “To obey everything, I have commanded you.”

Timothy: To teach them to obey everything. Correct. It’s obedience that allows Jesus Christ to be with me. So, of course, that requires a lot of fear and trembling and it requires a lot of obedience. There isn’t this generic kind of like. Well, you believe in Jesus. We have moral principles over here. These guidelines over here or conservative Christianity here or cultural Christian be here and that makes me a Christian. No, no. This is discipleship and this is teachers like what we are doing here that says, these are the things you are to obey, and how you’re to obey those is by the Holy Spirit and how this is going to happen and so on and so forth. And teaching them to obey everything and the only way that we can be sure that Jesus is with us is if what? We are seeking to obey everything and then we can be sure that he is always with us. Remember the hate crime trial that we went on by Seattle, King County, you prosecutors, Jacob? Do you remember that?

Jacob: I do.

Timothy: You do? Not only that, you filmed., Films the wrong word. You videotaped that 99.9% of the whole thing. You were there for the whole trial and the whole bit and we got the transcripts. We got all that going on and in the middle of that, you may not remember because there’s so much going on at the time. I mean, they were coming in on every angle. So, at one point, there’s somebody on the stand, and I think it was Prosecutor Simmons. I can’t remember his first name at the moment. I need to list their names.

Jacob: Simmons was the main prosecutor.

Timothy: Okay yeah, they were all behind it. You got Judge Lori K Smith back there. I believe she claims to be a Christian. I know Beth Andrews another judge certainly claims to be a Christian. Mark Larson says he’s a Christian. You get the idea. So, you got all these quote-unquote Christians. Somebody’s on the stand and what we’re really in trouble for. What’s going on behind the scenes is that I teach that people should actually obey everything. That’s really what’s going on. Don’t have time to go into that detail. Go over to “ Enumclaw.com”, where that’s going to be spelled out and I hope Lord willing I’m going to start really digging into that and exposing their rebank, because they refuse to repent. So, it’s time to start moving in and bring their sins to the surface, God willing. Anyway, somebody’s on the stand. He turns to them and goes, there’s hating for Jesus’ thing. How does that come out? Do you remember that question?

Jacob: I don’t remember that exact one. No.

Timothy: I remember that and it’s like of course a defense attorney objected saying your honor this is going in the wrong direction. But I’m thinking, okay, we’re in the middle of this trial and you want us to explain everything that has to do with Jesus Christ on a witness stand in a criminal trial and you want to bring it. The only reason he didn’t have any honest investigation into what we taught. He didn’t, I mean I’ve got books. I’ve got tracks. I’ve got sermons. They could’ve just simply I’m glad to have a hold of Bible study. I just showed up to County prosecutor’s office and had a Bible study. It’s not a problem. Really, I’m supposed to take 30 years’ worth of teaching and bring it all together for the gospel on a witness stand somewhere to talk about everything that should be obeyed, right? No, he was persecuting, prosecuting, slamming. He was trying to get the jury and it did work to hate the commandments of Jesus Christ.

So, he just took all the offensive things that he could find that had to do with being obedient to Jesus Christ and brought that the courtroom in order to gain a guilty verdict about something that had nothing to do with that particular teaching. In fact, that teaching brought about the holiness and the righteousness that produced a safe and holy church. My point being here is if I hadn’t taught specifically directly teaching that everything should be obeyed if I had been milk toasty, white washy, it would’ve never come up.

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: But because I’m teaching that everything should be obeyed and I’m not just teaching it. Let’s look at it and teaching them to obey everything. I have commanded you. This is a command situation. This is not like, Jacob or any of my sermons a little bit on the wishy-washy side like A, you don’t know what I’m talking about?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Do I come across like eh you know you can live this if you want and we’re all believers and just all get along, right? Is that come across?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Everything that I’ve ever taught is very clear, very direct, very exact, not only how to obey it but what to obey it? Not in terms of legalism and all the slander that goes on but it is rich-rich obedience to the living God. Isn’t it Jacob?

Jacob: Correct. Because the Bible.

Timothy: Go ahead keep going.

Jacob: Well, the anybody can read their Bible and you truly preach what is in the Bible. You could take Jesus’s commandment here in Matthew 28:20. How many people nowadays and this is I’m not knocking on the Psalms and the Proverbs and the Ecclesiastes, but how many you know milk toasty Christians nowadays just weak. And you know what I mean? You read the Psalms and you feel inspired and you do this and you claim this and you claim that, when even according to this commandment how many people don’t even read what is clearly marked in red in their Bibles and then seek to live what Jesus said what is now conveniently marked for us in red.

Timothy: Agreed. Most of this is talk about it has its value, for instance you can go to YouTube and then we’ll talk about what are the four horsemen look like and what this. And it’s all a generic very very foundational thing, and it has its place but not to the place. The place is all of that’s a value, it’s the obedience that comes from that and that’s what’s not there. so, behind the scenes again the whole town, all of these people the prosecutors, the police, all the what they really objected to was I was clear about everything and they understood it. And that’s why they went for it. The Enumclaw police detective Grant McCall is a radical Baptist who believes you should only use the King James Version in terms of what? Was it 16:11? Jacob, you’re more familiar with that. Did they go by the 16:11 or some other [INAUDIBLE WORD 26:04]?

Jacob: No. It’s the current one, well yeah.

Timothy: Does it still have the these and the those?

Jacob: Yeah, there’s a fair amount, but it’s the King James Bible. That’s the one. No, not the super old not.

Timothy: Okay. So, they’re even hypocrites on that level. Because if you’re going to say we need to follow the 16 or we need to follow the King James Bible, you have to go back to the original King James Bible. Its changed.

Jacob: Well, do you want to know the line? The line is the King James Bible because scripture talks about his word is refined 7 times. So, this is the 7th version. So, this is the KJV Bible for the English-speaking people today. So today, KIV.

Timothy: So, I guess if there’s an 18th version update that wouldn’t be legal?

Jacob: Correct. You do not read the new, because there is a new KJV. I don’t know when it came out right? 60s or 50s. I don’t know what. And no, that one, that would be the 8th version and so scripture talks about the 7th version.

Timothy: We all know how corrupt the judicial system is. So, you have a radical Baptist cop combining the abusive authority of the police in a courtroom testifying before a judge that he only agrees with 30% of my doctrine because of the Bible he believes in. And that’s a direct quote and they go for it. They back him up in his hate crime that he was doing. You get my point. I’m very specific. If I hadn’t been specific if or if I had been we can all get along and use different versions and I’d have been acceptable, but I was hated because it was specific. It was righteousness. You needed to do it.

The reason why they’re all generic and the reason why they want to accept Joe Rogan or have Joe Rogan accept Christians. They don’t want to be persecuted. We’ve covered this before. That really is the whole reason why they do this. Because you can, oh, Joe Rogan likes me or the police like me or this group over here likes or I have the approval of this person over here. It’s the classic Pharisee where they come to Jesus, go none of the Pharisees follow you, none of the Sadducees support you. Therefore, you must be wrong. They want Joe Rogan, because Joe Rogan makes their discipleship or their Christianity easy. It’s the wide gate and the wide road. Let’s go ahead and play and look at some of the excitement that’s go on, because Joe Rogan, the Joe Rogan 200+ million-dollar contract per year on Spotify as you said is a rich man looking forward to hiding in the caves of the ground and having rocks falling him, right? Let’s go ahead and read it or listen to it.

Video: The Joe Rogan just say this about Jesus this is crazy watch this. We need Jesus.

Man: Amen Jesus is the only answer to the problems of the world. We need to turn away from our sins and believe in Jesus. If you believe in Jesus, type “Amen” in the comments and for more content like this, follow and subscribe for more.

Man 2: It’s a quick reaction video from me watching Joe Rogan say, we need Jesus.

Man: And a lot of that comes from religion. A lot of people’s moral compass and the guidelines that they’ve used to follow to live a just and righteous life.

Man 2: Yup.

Man: It’s come from religion and unfortunately, a lot of very intelligent people, they dismiss all of the positive aspects of religion, because they think that the stories are mere, superstition fairy tales that they have no place in this modern world and we’re inherently good and your ethics are based on your old moral compass and we all have one. That’s not necessarily true. We need Jesus. For real.

Man 2: Amen, we need Jesus. That’s one thing I can agree with this guy is that we need Jesus.

Man 3: Do you agree with Joe Rogan?

Man: As time rolls on, people are going to understand the need to have some sort of divine structure to things. Some sort of belief in the sanctity of love and of truth and a lot of that comes from religion. It’s come from religion and unfortunately, a lot of very intelligent people, they dismiss all the positive aspects of religion because they think that the stories are mere superstitious, fairy tales that they have no place in this modern world and we’re inherently good and your ethics are based on your own moral compass and we all have one. And that’s not necessarily true, we need Jesus.

Man 3: If you believe we need Jesus, type “Amen” in the comments and don’t forget subscribe and follow for more.

Man 4: Joe Rogan says that we need Jesus listen to this.

Man: Yeah, now is a good time. We’re kind of…

Man 4: This is wild. Joe Rogan has been pulling closer and closer to Jesus for him to say something like this in seriousness is absolutely crazy. Continue to pray for him and be sure to follow or subscribe for daily Christian content.

Man: We need Jesus. I think for real. Like if he came back now it’d be great. Like Jesus if you’re thinking about coming back.

Man 5: Right now?

Man: Now’s a good time.

Man 5: Pretty soon. Yeah.

Man: Now’s a good time.

Man 5: Well, there’s a lot of people think that that might be coming.

Man: Well, it might be.

Man 5: Mark of the beast. If there is the Christianity part and Jesus wants to come back and save everything.

Man: It’d be good right around now.

Man 5: Yeah.

Man: Like don’t wait till the election.

Man 6: You know we’re in the end times when unbelievers like Joe Rogan says we need Jesus and we need him to come back now.

Man: We need Jesus.

Timothy: Yep. Jacob, did you not know that we were in the end times?

Jacob: Yeah, I appreciate it.

Timothy: It’s slowly dawning on me that we could be in the end times, but since Joe Rogan has said it, you know. You can mark it for sure. We are in the end times.

Jacob: The other guy is Aaron Rodgers; I don’t know if he still plays football but he was a big-time quarterback. Anyway, so because NFL quarterback tie in because you mentioned the Super Bowl episode, and Joe Rogan so because these two people sat down and discussed it, yeah, yes that’s right.

Timothy: And did they just to kind of recap a little bit? Do they have the right to even mention Jesus on their lips?

Jacob: No, they do not.

Timothy: Now and in all seriousness we’re kind of laughing at it, but you got to hurt for Joe Rogan. There’s no seriousness about what’s going on. He’s laughing. He’s like, yeah, Jesus would be a good time to come back before the election. The jolliness of way he’s saying it. There there’s no fear in trembling. And these people that are amening him and saying, click here and patting him on the back and going this is all great. They are in the way of Jesus Christ. They’re in the way of, the guy saying pray for Joe Rogan because he’s getting closer. He said, no, you guys are pulling him further away from Jesus Christ. He needs deep conviction. He needs to see his sin. He needs to shut up. He needs to get back into the prayer closet, be discipled, and understand if you’re going to take $200 million dollars, you better with fear and trembling, figure out what the Lord you to do with that money, right Jacob?

Jacob: Correct, and the only reason Joe Rogan is even has Jesus on his lips and is jokingly saying Jesus should come back is because the only reason is he’s not even a true believer. I’m using air quotes. He just sees the world is so bad. He I mean he knows. He used to be against quotes, used to be a liberal. He’s obviously a very worldly man from day one of his entire lengthy career in a variety of industry and it’s only because he looks around and it is so bad. It is so bad. He’s like, oh hey, Jesus. You know what I mean? It’s not even real.

Timothy: And we’re going to hopefully get to that toward the end of the day if why is he really afraid and why does he really want Jesus to come back?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: And you’re exactly on target. He sees the way the world is heading. I believe Canada wants to kick him out.

Jacob: Yeah. They got all sorts of rules and laws. He’s had other where he’s like full on. In fact, the other episodes, he has like some real concern like, oh man, I’m not going to be able to have my stuff in Canada. It was like, oh boy.

Timothy: Yeah, the citizenship is coming.

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: Washington State, Bob Ferguson wants information committee which translation means they’re going to chop off free speech. They’re already grooming our kids. They’re stealing us, our children, our families, and the church is like playing around. It’s like Bob Ferguson goes after a grandmother takes her through the ringer. He intentionally goes after and what’s the reaction from the church? As far as I know, I’m the only one that’s like hammering it back in his face and I’m not even Baptist. She’s just a Baptist grandmother and where are all the Baptist and all this stuff? Well, take those 16:11 or King James Bibles only and go for it but they’re all playing around doing something.

Anyway, let me read from the Gateway pundit. It’s just a little quote but it pulls it together. It goes on, “Admittedly neither man claims to be a Christian.” So, he’s acknowledging okay Joe Rogan doesn’t claim to be a Christian or the other guy. “But nor is either sucked into such a short-sighted small-minded worldview as to accept answers without questioning them for themselves first. They’re not indoctrinated or woke.” So, in other words, they’re excited because Joe Rogan isn’t as liberal as he was. Why is that anything to be excited about? There’s a lot of conservatives going to L. Joe Rogan says, we need Jesus and that he wants him to come back. Talk scripture with Aaron Rodgers, Gateway Pundit. So, it’s just what you were just saying. It’s all a worldly point of view. Even those who are claimed to be Christians.

Let me read second Corinthians 5:16. Paul says, “So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view.” They’re looking at Joe Rogan and this football player mister Rogers all from a worldly point of view. He goes, “Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.” They have these people that claim to be Christians have a worldly point of view about who Jesus is and what he is all about. He really is a principle, a moral teaching, a religion, a concept the way that you try to do the best that you can. It’s certain principles that are laid out. That’s really how they’re living and what they’re doing. They’ve taken a Jesus who is spiritual and holy and demands discipleship and turned him into some type of worldly smiling Jack Jesus than anybody who kind of acknowledges and says, oh yeah, I think Jesus is real and I think we need him yay who and all the fireworks go off.

We’re doomed before we get started with that kind of attitude. Let’s stop viewing Jesus Christ in a worldly point of view and let’s stop looking at the Joe Rogan’s and everybody else from a worldly point of view these people desperately need Jesus Christ. It’s true they need our prayers, but they need to repent first to understand what they’re going to present him Do they not Jacob?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: Alright, well let me give you one example of one reason why Joe Rogan needs Jesus and why people shouldn’t be supporting him. Did you know that Joe Rogan went to a satanic marriage ceremony?

Jacob: I did not.

Timothy: Oh, where’s that in all the videos?

Jacob: Yeah exactly.

Timothy: Well, where are all these wannabe Christians saying you know Joe Rogan says he needs Jesus and go, yeah, he really does. He went to a satanic wedding and participated in a satanic wedding. Joe Rogan is considered a seeker. Peter Jordan says that he’s a seeker and he talks about, he asks the right questions. It’s true. He is a seeker. I get that but it’s a seeker like in the Garden of Eden. If you eat this fruit, you’ll gain knowledge. There’s a deception that goes, well, if I seek and I ask questions, keep going that somehow, I’m moving in a positive. It has a good feeling to it that we can get into where we want to learn things whether it even be Bible study in Greek and Hebrew and history and all that. You know me, Jacob. I’m pretty much into studying, looking, history examination, correct?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: And not only that but the way things sin works, the way people work. I’ve been doing that forever long. But is there not always there the cross that is making those things captive for Jesus Christ?

Jacob: Yes.

Timothy: Joe Rogan doesn’t have that. Joe Rogan’s a seeker like the Garden of Eden seeker. He he’s sitting there eating the forbidden fruit taking it in. It’s all for himself. I mean obviously of great benefit. I know I’m harping on the 200 million but It’s not like it’s not without profit. There is Eve looked at the food, she goes, oh hey that’s good food and it’s good for you. So, when Adam is looking and listening to Eve, he’s going, oh yeah, I can profit from this food and I can gain from it and it’s good for you. It’s not like poisonous on the outside. That’s all that Joe Rogan is and he needs to come to realization that his seeking is really sin. Go ahead and play where he talks about going to this satanic wedding.

Joe: Bro, I went to a satanic wedding with Duncan Trussel. He has his character called Little Hobo. Little Hobo is a puppet and he brings little Hobo out and he tells everybody that, his grandfather just died. He left behind his puppet. This is Satanic puppet and so they hired Duncan to do this routine at a satanic wedding. I go this satanic wedding and I take a picture with this dude and to this day, people think I’m a satanist. And I was like, look here. Like I was like, this is so ridiculous. They’re just silly people. I mean I don’t know if they’re doing like real satanic shit when we’re not around. But I was like I expected it to be like I wanted to just experience it. So, we went we got barbecued. We were off the rails.

Timothy: We’re not the ones off the rail. He is. You don’t play with these things. You can’t go. I’m going to go to a satanic wedding and say, well, I’m only here just observe. It doesn’t work. Demons don’t operate that way. Any thoughts so far before we look at the scripture, Jacob?

Jacob: No, because it’s pretty serious.

Timothy: Let’s go to Acts chapter 19 verse 13 and again, I want to point out the obvious fact. Where all the Christians that are excited about Joe Rogan saying we need Jesus talking about this aspect to saying, Mister Rogan, you are highly deceived. You went into a spiritual situation and in that spiritual situation. You exposed yourself to demons and no telling what other things that he’s not going to talk about that he’s done because he is obviously a seeker that will move heavily into some very dark areas just to gain knowledge. And that’s what the sin was in the Garden of Eden, the tree of what? Good and evil and he was just examining and just looking.

Remember, there was, I had a neighbor one place where I was living and it was somewhere in the woods that I kind of live. And there was a pentagram and some things in the ground on a trail and one of the children had walked through that pentagram. So, they’re just out hiking. The child began to have all kinds of bad dreams and there were all kinds of influences happening. I’m not going to go into it, because people get into kind of, you want to look at that stuff. It’s just not, it’s unhealthy to even examine. The neighbor came to me. I prayed for the child and those things disappear. They went away. These are not games. You can’t just walk into these things whether it be well who, let’s see her name is slipping me. Who’s the one that we just did the podcast.

Jacob: Taylor Swift.

Timothy: Taylor Swift. Exactly. You can’t go to those concerts and be exposed to the satanic influence of those concerts and expect to walk clean on that. It’s just not possible. Let’s look at Acts chapter 19 verse 13 that there really is a very spiritual battle going on and by the way, let me mention something to prosecutors. It’s just kind of coming to mind. There are certain trials. You should just never go for. It’s the same way. You should never go to satanic wedding. You shouldn’t go to a lot of concerts, a lot of movies and TVs and things you shouldn’t watch. There are certain trials. You just, like Pilate, you should, you’d have been better off going, looking at, I’m not going to deal with this. You don’t go for grandmas and you don’t go for the most holy thing in the church. You just don’t do that. Once you step into that, you are fully exposing yourself to all kinds of judgment and demonic activity.

Acts chapter 19 verse 13, it says, “Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits try to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon-possessed.” They clearly were having success and I won’t, we’ve covered this before but I’m not going to go into a lot of detail today. They would say, “In the name of Jesus, whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.” So, they’re doing these spiritual things. They’re dealing with evil spirits. They’re going to a wedding or they’re going to concert or they’re doing this over here. And so, they would say, “In the name of Jesus, whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.” They had all the words down, didn’t they?

Timothy: Yes.

Timothy: And they were having success at this. Eventually, the demons got tired of it. In verse 15, it says, “One day.” So, in other words, the Jews have been doing this for quite some time. They were having this obsessed. They’re going around and doing it and then one day, the evil spirit answered them. It’s interesting. “One day, the evil spirit answered them.” You have to wonder if the evil spirit was playing games with them. They’re going around quote unquote casting the demon out, right? But the demons just shifting people. They’re not really having an effect because they have any power. One day the evil spirit answered them, “Jesus I know and I know about Paul, but who are you?” One day Joe Rogan’s going to pay a heavy price for going to a satanic wedding and who’s warning him? Who’s telling him these things?

Acts 19:16, “Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding.” You might succeed for a while, you might not have any repercussions for a while, but one day, those evil spirits will jump on you, deal with you, and you will be left either in your soul, your spirit, or possibly even physically naked and bleeding. Verse 17 says of Acts 19, “When this became known to the Jews and the Greeks living in Ephesus, they were all seized with,” what Jacob? “Joy, happiness.” Oh, Joe Rogan’s coming to you so, was it? They were all with what?

Jacob: Fear.

Timothy: We’re kind of seeing a central theme here, aren’t we? That there’s just no fear of God. No fear of God by King County prosecutors. No fear of God by Bob Ferguson. No fear of God by Joe Rogan. There’s just no fear of God among the police, the city of Enumclaw, they claim God. There’s just no fear. They’re living in this delusion. The demons have let them succeed and get by with it and then one day, everything gets revealed for what it is. It comes smacking down on them it says and they’re finally seeds with fear going Oh my goodness. What is it with Jesus? What makes him special? They’re asking these questions. Joe Rogan needs to be seized with fear because he sees the power of God and go, okay, I’m sitting here laughing. Jesus, yeah, this would be a good time to come back. Maybe for the election, that would even be great, and he uses God’s words and I don’t really want to go there. Yeah, but there’s he’s being jovial about it, isn’t he?

Jacob: Yes.

Timothy: They were all seized with fear. Seized not just a little bit of intellectual fear here or like who’s this. You’re not you’re seized. You’re not able to function. You’re not able to talk. You’d lose your contract because you can’t speak anymore. You’re seized with fear. What’s missing on you to what’s missing in the church is nobody’s being seized with fear because the name of Jesus Christ is holy. Let me read on and the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor. It’s not held in high honor in the church today. There’s just no fear. There’s no obedience. Where’s everything we’re talking about? I’m considered a pariah. I’m considered a Pharisee, a Sadducees. I’ve got secret pride, secret sins. I get Emails all. Oh, you you’ve got secret pride, secret sin. I go okay well fine then where’s it at? Show me how to deal with it and you never get any answers back, right? Because it’s, let me press on, “And the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor.”

Now, look at verse 18 and 19 and 20 are, man, they’re just, where’s the prayers for this? Where’s the hope for this at concerts? Where all the talks of revival and all the discussion about everybody coming to Jesus really? It’s just verse 18, “Many of those who believed.” Now we’re talking believers here. There are a lot of believers sitting in their sin and it’s not coming to light. It’s not being seen because Jesus Christ’s name is not being shown for the power and for the holiness it is. They won’t even look at the word. I can’t even bring up the fact it’s a shame for a man to have long hair. I can’t even say let’s have a revival everybody gets a haircut. Let’s have a revival, everybody wears their hat correctly. Let’s have revival. Everybody starts dressing in a way that’s more clean and professional. I don’t mean suits, whatever that they go into all that.

These are believers living their little believing life and in a quiet little background and hiding a little bit in darkness. But what happens after this? Once they realize well hey you can’t just go around saying, Jesus this, Jesus that and I hope Jesus this and Jesus comes back, right? Isn’t that what we’re seeing here?

Jacob: Yeah

Timothy: “Many of those who believe now came,” now came. They could have come at any other time. Scripture says, if we confess our sins to one another, people often quoted but where’s the confession? Where do we see it? “Believe now came in openly confess their evil deeds.” A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. Everything gets in the light. Where’s the calling? It wouldn’t hurt the church to go, you know what? Let’s go a year without any movies. Let’s go a year without any YouTube. Let’s burn the collections of all the things that we have. Let’s shut off all these things. Let’s reduce our phones to a bare minimum. Let’s have a holy revival. Let’s burn these things publicly. It says, “When they calculated the value of the scrolls the total came to 50,000 Drachmas.”

50,000. So, it’s all out in the open. All the money. The hating and despising money. Everything is here. Look at the holiness with which they are participating in. It’s out there. It’s obedience. It’s life. Verse 20 says, and I’ll let you read this Jacob. What does it say?

Jacob: “In this way the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power.”

Timothy: You think God’s trying to tell us something? In this way, not the marketing, not the, what was the Super Bowl Jesus gets us? Man, I believe that was in the millions, right or billions. I can’t remember.

Jacob: Like 7 million to run that ad.

Timothy: Yeah, we run the ad but I mean they had like [INAUDIBLE WORD 50:10] amount of money to work with.

Jacob: Sure.

Timothy: Acts 19:20, in this way, in what way openly confessing evil deeds? Burning scrolls, getting rid of things, getting rid of the cars, the boats, everything is laid before Jesus Christ for him to use to get rid of. And don’t give me this lip service, well, I lay everything else before the Lord, really? Then how come it’s never given? How many times I’ve been without nothing? It’s not like I go to Jesus Christ go, Jesus Christ here it all is and he goes, okay, that’s nice that’s all you needed to do. He actually does put it to use. He actually does take it all. Okay. “In this way the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power.” All the singing and the talk about the power of the Lord really, Jacob do we see anything close to this?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: At best we get close to the lepers. The nine lepers or ten lepers that were healed and only one actually came back with any real obedience. There are some videos out there as an abortionist. I was a prostitute. I was and their lives are changed up and I’m excited about that. But where’s the depth that goes on from there? Where’s the discipleship? Show me where the rubber meets the road? Show me how the cross is doing this work. Where’s the moving forward? Show me how you’re not. All the other lepers that just went on to live their life after they got cleaned up. Got it?

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: Any comments, Jacob? You’re kind of sober and quiet there. I guess it is very sobering.

Jacob: No comments.

Timothy: It’s actually very exciting if you live it. I know you got to get past the initial breakdown. Alright, do you know who Alice Cooper is?

Jacob: I believe he’s a rock star.

Timothy: And wasn’t during your time period the problem. How do you describe Alice Cooper? Where’s the makeup, the eye shadow, the long hair, sings very rebellious songs. I believe he was like, Quase Satanist back thing kind of thing and now he claims to be a Christian, right? Well, go ahead and play, this is from 2024 and this is his current concert. This is what he’s doing as he claims to be a Christian. Go for it.

Video: Most people I know young people think Jesus Christ is a swear word. They have no idea that who Jesus Christ is.

Man 2: Yeah.

Man 1: He’s not preached enough.

Man 2: Yeah.

Man 1: Most written about character of all time in the history.

Man 2: Right.

Man 1: And yet people go out of their way to not believe in him.

Man 2: Why do you think that is?

Man 1: I think it’s because they don’t want to give up their Godship.

Man 2: Yeah.

Man 1: They want to be, I can, I’m a good enough. They believe the Hollywood version of, oh, I do more good than bad.

Man 2: Yeah.

Man 1: That kind of thing and I go quite a sec. See, he’s got you right where he wants you.

Man 3: In Matthew 16:24, Jesus said, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”

Timothy: Alright, Jacob does that look anything remotely like holiness righteousness purity?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: And yet they talk about denying yourself picking up your cross and following Jesus Christ. Cleary, James 2:19, you believe there is one God I mean he believes in one God good even the demons believe that etcetera. Doesn’t that look like an advertisement that demons would put out?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: In every way any comments on any of that I mean it almost speaks for itself but it clearly doesn’t because he’s held up as a Christian people support him as a Christian clearly, they go to their concerts. Let me know. Any comments before I say anything more on that?

Jacob: Well Alice’s Cooper’s words are true. Everything he said is true. He even says, oh, Satan has you right where he wants you. Yeah, Satan has Alice Cooper right where he wants him which is playing evil rock music which it is unholy evil worldly rock music and then at the same time recognizes that yeah Jesus is way.

Timothy: Yeah.

Jacob: I’m using air quotes but it is true, but then yeah there’s no obedience. There’s no repentance. There’s no you having to do anything but the words are true.

Timothy: Yeah, supposedly he became a Christian which means you a total new creation. So why are you dragging in all your old songs? And the way that you dress.

Jacob: Yeah. Because he’s sitting there saying that like the Hollywood version but he’s got his long hair. Looks like he still has like the eye shadowy makeup. Like he’s still the rock guy. He should have one.

Timothy: Good point.

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: He’s doing a whole Hollywood production of his music and tacking on the name of Jesus. There’s nothing holy about everything is unholy in this situation. Where’s the rebukes? Where’s the disfellowship? We’re saying you look like the world. You smell like the world. You walk like the world. You’re running around doing these things claiming and yet Satan’s the one that’s in charge. He’s like 75 years old. This been going on forever. I’ve watched this for decades. Nothing changed about the man except he believes that Jesus exists. Well, demons believe that. They know that for a fact.

Jacob: Yeah.

Video: Demons believe in Jesus. Demons know for a fact that Jesus is the son of God. Like demons, most Christians believe in Jesus. James 2:19. You believe that there is one God, good. Even the demons believe that and shutter. To become a disciple of Jesus, read “ Even the Demons Believe” by Timothy Williams. Even The Demons Believe is free on the Consider Podcast. Timothy: Alright, you can see long-long time ago. This is Alice Cooper way back when he was relevant with me and we saw these things happening. Now fast forward. Now you can see why things are just a complete mess. And we’re going to play the Elon Musk principle comes to Jesus Christ and Babylon B. I mean these people are just they need to fully repent and become Christians. Go ahead and play that Jacob and then we’re going to talk about Jesus coming back again.

Elon Musk: I agree with the principles that Jesus advocated and that there’s some, there’s great wisdom in the teachings of Jesus and I agree with those teachings. And things like “turn the other cheek” are very important because as opposed to an eye for an eye. An eye for an eye, leaves everyone blind. So, forgiveness is important and treating people as you would wish to be treated. “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” Very important.

Man: So, it’s like a 60-70%. Yes.

Elon Musk: As Einstein would say, I believe in the Goddess Spinosa. So, but hey, if Jesus is saving people, I mean I wouldn’t stand in his way, like that’ll be true. I’ll be saved… why not?

Man 2: We did it.

Elon Musk: Yeah.

Man: I think he just said, yes. We got it, alright. We got him.

Elon Musk: What a pick to be saved.

Timothy: I cannot watch that without just despair that it is they are lost the blind leading the blind. Whatever happened to sin, I mean; Jesus is not a principle. Jesus is not some great wisdom. Jesus is not a religion and these guys are like, well, is that a 60% or 70%? Yes. Yes, to what? Asking Jesus in your heart? Is that where he’s going with that, Jacob? This is so wide road. We’re way past Alice Cooper kind of thing.

Jacob: Yeah, well it’s like this is Jesus is just like a bedtime story. It’s so watered down to like nothing. It’s like a children’s book. And you don’t even have to like believe, you just read the children’s book and say, yeah, that was a good book and then you’re saved?

Timothy: Yeah, it’s becoming so wide and so broad. It’s like you can’t see, there’s no end on either side. It’s literally like going through a gate and you can’t even tell it’s a gate because the polls are so far apart. You go, this is not a gate. It’s not even there. It’s and they’re clapping. Okay. Let’s get real serious where we’re at. Now, we’ve gone from Joe Rogan who’s worth a lot of money to Elon Musk who’s worth a whole lot of money, right?

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: And isn’t he also ushering in the Mark of the Beast?

Jacob: Yes, he is.

Timothy: Intentionally, unintentionally, it doesn’t matter. The technology, the things that he’s doing, what he’s involved in is all moving the mark of the beast forward. We really have among the Babylon B here people saying he is saved and he’s going to bring in the mark of the beast. He’s got neural implants. He’s got cars that track everything we do and this is not to say they’re not some aspect to him. Okay, fine. I like his free speech. I like using it there, but I’m not diluted about who he is or that he’s safe, but where’s the love for him? Let’s just say there really was a presenting of the narrow road in the gospel becoming of Jesus Christ. So, let’s just say all of a sudden, he goes, yeah, I want to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. I want to repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of sins. I’ve counted the cost I’ve sat down. I wouldn’t know what to do with his money, I wouldn’t know what to do with any of those things. That’s not my point.

It’s a point God would know, but can you imagine what would happen to that. He’s not, I don’t know how God would do that. Great wisdom would be needed but on service of things right now at the moment. He’s moving things forward whether he realizes or not. In fact, Twitter or X or whatever, it’s just a trap. Everybody that’s conservative and everybody that’s a cultural Christianity, everybody’s enjoy the free speech. I’m on there. I do those things but I know it’s a trap because the government, the AI, whoever is going to be charged, it’s just finding out who is like opposed to them, right?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: This is not going to last forever. Well, he’s a part of that. Well, should he continue to be a part of that or should he somehow turn it around a different way? Should he dismantle Tesla? What should he do? I don’t know, don’t have those answers but it’s mute. It doesn’t matter because he’s not a Christian. He’s not a disciple of Jesus and these guys are, it literally is worse than. I know people are going to think I’m way out here, but it’s literally worse than saying that Hitler was a good guy and that Hitler was really for Christianity or really for free religion because by the way, he did say all the things.

Now we know the reality of what he’s saying now but, in the beginning, it wasn’t like everybody and their brother was against Hitler. You had a lot of people in the United States for Hitler. They overlooked some of the negative things. I don’t overlook the negative things of what Elon is doing or producing or bringing about. In fact, he goes on to say in five years there’s another video him saying that we won’t even have to talk to each other. We will be able to have implants and just that system be able to communicate. He goes, yeah, we’ll be able to talk but it only be for nostalgia purposes or because you just want to. Things are moving very very quickly to the mark of the beast and he’s an integral part of that.

Why would I not sit down with him in the deepest of prayer if he was remotely entered in Jesus Christ? and A, warn him and plead with him to repent and try and get him to become a repentful person following Jesus Christ because eventually, he’s going to wear out. He already doesn’t sleep. He’s already worn out. He works constantly. Everything he’s do will one day collapse and be destroyed. Correct?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: Well, so where is the love A, for Jesus Christ and B for Elon in all of this? This is like yay. We did something that you made him twice as fit for hell is what you did. Am I clear on that? There’s nothing good that everything negative about what they just did.

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: Let’s go ahead and look at Amos 5 and we’re going to, I’m not going to dive into it because the long set of scriptures but I want to go through the whole thing is talking about what will happen when Jesus comes back. Let’s remember that Elon says, yeah, Jesus wants to come back and save everybody. Great. Which Jesus Christ is not coming back to save everybody. He’s coming back to bring judgement. And those that are saved will already be with him when that day come. He’s coming to judge Elon Musk and he’s coming to judge Joe Rogan and Swifty and whoever else it is and all the King County prosecutors and the lawyers that refuse to repent and the police that refuse to humble themselves for God. He’s coming to judge these people especially those who say we belong to Jesus Christ, but live a lie. Go ahead and play the scripture we need to get into it.

Scripture: Seek the Lord and live or he will sweep through the house of Joseph like a fire and will devour, and Bethel will have no one to quench it. You who turn justice into bitterness and cast righteousness to the ground, you hate the one who reproves in court and despise him who tells the truth. You trample the poor and force him to give you grain. Therefore, though you have built stone mansions, you will not live in them. Though you have planted lush vineyards, you will not drink their wine. For I know how many of your offenses and how great your sins. You oppress the righteous and take bribes and you deprive the poor of justice in the courts. Therefore, the prudent man keeps quiet in such times. For the times are evil.

Seek God not evil that you may live, then the Lord God almighty will be with you just as you say he is. Hate evil, love good, maintain justice in the courts. Perhaps the Lord almighty will have mercy on the remnant of Joseph. Therefore, this is what the Lord, the Lord God almighty says. There will be wailing in all the streets and cries of anguish in every public square. The farmers will be summoned to weep and the mourners to wail. “There will be wailing in all the vineyards for I will pass through your midst,” says the Lord. Woe to you who long for the day of the Lord. Why do you long for the day of the Lord? That day will be darkness not light. It will be as though a man fled from a lion only to meet a bear. As though he entered his house and rested his hand on the wall only to have a snake bite him.

Will not day of the Lord be darkness, not light, pitch dark without any ray of brightness. I hate, I despise your religious feasts. I cannot stand your assemblies, even though you bring me burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept them. Though you bring choice fellowship offerings, I will have no regard for them, away with the noise of your songs. I will not listen to the music of your harps, but let justice roll on like a river, righteous like a never-failing stream. Did you bring me sacrifices or offerings 40 years in the desert? O house of Israel. You have lifted up the shrine of your king. The pedestal of your idols, the star of your God, which you made for yourselves. Amos 5:6-26. The Consider Podcast. Examining today’s wisdom, folly, and madness with the whole gospel. www.consider.info.

Timothy: Is not Trump an idol Jacob for which the church is seeking to keep their lifestyle and what they’re doing?

Jacob: Yes.

Timothy: It’s just an amen thing again I don’t have time to go into all this together but let’s back up just a little bit. It says, you who turn justice into bitterness. The church and I’m talking cultural Christianity supports the legal system. Prosecutors and police. Are they not the ones coming in and taking our children?

Jacob: Yes.

Timothy: Are they not the ones that are grooming our children and destroying the family? Where’s the outcry? Don’t let churches say, well, this is not us. What are you talking about? We’re the classes on, you know? Let’s train a group people to go in for jury duty and actually bring justice into that. There is so much corruption. I’ve covered this before but the first sign and again, God says, “I will bring the fire on the house of Joseph.” Judgement begins with the house of God. That’s where this is all starting. So, where are the churches and the people involved on a ground level. We have our lawyers that do our big cases for us but that’s not where these battles are won. These battles that are for Jesus Christ are in your town. They’re in the local courthouse. They’re in the people in your neighborhood. Where is going in and saying no more casting righteousness to the ground.

Again, I talked about it. The grandmother that was attacked in Ferguson. Where is the outcry, the persistence, the work, the wake up, the great opportunities to preach the gospel? Yeah, you won’t be liked and you’ll put your life in danger. Well, welcome to the Christian life and you hate the one who reproves in court. I can guarantee you, I’m not a very popular fell among King County prosecutors because I reprove. I rebuke. I bring the light. All the wicked and I’ve got so much stuff. I literally could be here for another year on this stuff. And Lord willing, we’ll get there. I don’t know. You despise him who tells the truth. They run you out of town if you tell the truth. You trample the poor. Of course, you do. You trample and use the poor. You stand by. You let these things happen.

Why do you think that Biden’s been able to get by with flooding in the church is just totally powerless and silent, because why? They live in their lush vineyards and they like going to church and they’d like to doing in their barbecues. It is a time for everybody to just imagine if the whole church said, let’s just stop our all activities for year. Meaning, fun stuff, boats, cars, TV, all that stuff, all of our entertaining, all over. And let’s just come to church and start praying and fasting and seeking God and let’s get back to the word and let’s go ask God to show us line by line and go through everything and crucify our flesh and look for hidden sin. You get the point. that would be true revival and then ask God to send us out into our neighborhoods and into our worlds and into our courthouses and against all these things that are going on. But the silence is deafening.

Says, you oppose the righteous and you take bribes. Do we not, does the church not love its sin? Every example we look at is easy. It says, what does God say you should do? Hate evil and love good do you. Do you see Jacob, I know you don’t and it’s a rhetorical question but where’s the hatred for evil? You sometimes get a detest for evil but not a hatred for evil not a lack of favoritism. We want to show evil to our ALs and usually it has to do with people that are involved in sexual moral and so on but hate, evil, and love good. A hunger and thirst for righteousness. Maintaining justice in the course. It’s amazing to me these large ministries are so silent on the injustice going on. Do we not think that all the injustice we see going on? Whether you Think they’re guilty or not is not the point.

There are a lot of people that are guilty in prison. They actually did do the crime but the method by which they got there was injustice and the more you remain silent, that is going to turn back on the church when God decides to use the government to test us. Am I making sense there or do I need to go back over this again?

Jacob: No, I think it’s clear.

Timothy: Okay, woe to you who long for the day of the Lord. The church needs to stop saying, oh we look forward to Jesus coming back. Woe to you who long for the day of Lord? Why do you long for the day oh Lord? That day will be darkness not light. The older I get and the closer I get to Jesus Christ, the more I work out my salvation with a deeper, holy, fear and trembling because I know that day will be a day. Paul says, we know what is to fear God so we warn other men. Where’s the fear? This is all like fun stuff like Joe Rogan says this, where’s the fear? Will not the day the Lord Amos says be darkness not light, pitch dark without a ray of brightness. Isn’t that what the book of Revelation told us? And that’s why Amos on to say, “I hate, I despise your religious feast.” He despises these things. I cannot stand your assemblies.

You don’t think that’s true? Well, that’s because you have not sought the living God and you have not listened to those who would preach to you the solid, offensive, full message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. When Jesus Christ comes back, he’s coming back to judge. And the church needs to wake up to what’s happening and what’s going on. Alright, so why is Joe Rogan afraid? Jacob, we hindered this before and we’ve kind of gone through this. So why is Joe Rogan afraid?

Jacob: He’s afraid because he will lose his livelihood.

Timothy: That is correct. He’s enjoying his $200 and some million dollars per year. He’s enjoying his life. He’s a selfish man. Jordan Peters is a selfish man. These people it’s all about themselves even though they have platitudes of truth and you can look out in the world and go well these things are over here and this is yeah, I have to agree the world is round. The moon is this or that and all those things. That’s all true and psychology is this and it’s basic that, but it’s Jesus Christ in a worldly point of view at best.

Let’s go to Mark chapter 8 verse 35 because we talked about this. You were seeing this. What he’s really afraid of, he’s going to lose his life. His livelihood, his enjoyment, what he’s doing. You have to remember that if Joe Rogan became a Christian, he has to hate his own life, pick up his cross, deny himself as the Holy Spirit would lead as a Holy Gospel would lead not as these whitewashed guys want to bring it on. Mark 8:35, “For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it.” You hear this quoted all the time. It’s kind of allover YouTube but there’s never any specifics and it’s like okay point back to me how you’re losing your life. All aspects of your life.

In Matthew 16:25, “Whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will fight it.” It has to be a total losing of your and who you are, what you think, what brings you pleasure, what you hate, your money, your time, everything, it all comes down to the rubber meeting the road by going to Jesus Christ as a disciple, and him making that real in your life. That’s what Joe Rogan’s afraid of, that his little world, his little happy world will come to an end. Can I blame him for that? I mean, life’s pretty good for him, right? He’s got all the blessing. I don’t want any of that kind of situation, but so I understand it but where are the disciples of Jesus that are sitting down and presenting Jesus Christ to him, the real Jesus.

Let’s look at Revelation chapter 16 verse 10 and once again, we’re just going to see this is what’s going to happen when Jesus comes back. Revelation 16:10, “The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of beast, and kingdom was plunged into darkness.” Alright, that’s the Elon Musk territory. That’s the mark of the beast, that’s your computer, that’s your AI, that’s all this stuff, and everything else that goes with the business money and so on and so forth. “The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was plunged into darkness.” Now, what is the result here? Pay attention Elon. Pay attention, Rogan. Pay attention all you, people. “Men gnawed their tongues in agony.”

This is what it’s going to be like when angels, this whole thing he talked about the river Euphrates drying up and written. That’s why he says he’s not afraid. He’s not afraid enough because it’s just the start. Look this is what’s going to happen. Okay, the river gets dried up, all those things up, this kingdom is thrown into darkness and men begin to gnaw their tongues in agony. Verse 11 says, do they repent? No. “And they curse the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refuse to repent of what have done.” Again, we’ve talked about the videos and all. The word repentance isn’t used and if it is used, it’s never specific. It never comes down. What, I’ll give you one easy, simple one.

First Corinthians 5 says, anyone who claims to be a Christian but is immoral, greedy, sexually immoral, and idolater. You’re not to have lunch with him. So, suppose the church said, okay, we’re going to ask the Holy Ghost to show us. We’re going to pick up our cross. We’re going to say, it doesn’t matter who it is, family, friends, neighbor, my favorite pastor or someone. Anybody who is any of those things in first Corinthians 5, I’m not going to have lunch with them. And that’s just one commandment. The holiness just isn’t there, the desire for isn’t there. Revelation 16:12, “The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates.” Remember that’s what he was talking about, right?

So, we see in Revelation 16:10 & 11 is talking about men gnawing their tongues they refuse to repent we move to verse 12, and it says, “The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and his water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east.” And then we know Armageddon and all these things begin to happen. It goes on to say this is another one. Let’s look at this, Jacob. Revelation 9:5, where was the Babylon bee sitting down with Elon Musk and saying, Elon you got a serious responsibility and a lot to repent of, because they’ll come a time when you’ve done all these things that you’ve done. Guess what? You’re going to want to die and you will not be able to.

Revelation 9:5, it says, “They were not given power to kill them but only to torture them for five months.” So, these angels are torturing people. “And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes a man.” Very painful obviously. Verse 6, “During those days, men will seek death.” Jump off buildings, put a gun to their head, drink poison, they will seek death and I don’t want to go over this too fast. Let’s just say we’re living back in this time, Jacob or we’re at least observing it, right? And there’s a lot of God God’s judgement coming on and there’s torture going on. How do you think they’re seeking death? You think this is kind of a lukewarm kind of thing?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: They’re gnawing their tongues. This isn’t going to that little capsule thing that scientists develop; you lay down and you take a shot and you just kind of go to sleep and die. These people, these men and women obviously, they’re going to be desperate. “During those days, men will seek death, but will not find it.” King County prosecutors at some point, if they’re around for this, they’re going to seek death and they won’t find it. “They will long to die,” Revelation 9:6 says, “They will long to die, but death will elude them.” Seen any Christian movies like on that issue Jacob?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Can you imagine if we said, no more Christian movies? We don’t need another movie on the last day. We don’t need another Christian movie on anything. Take all that money and all that time and actually let’s go into the court system or let’s go into society and let’s begin to confront. If the United States is going down, let’s go trying to save it and call it to repentance. I got sidetracked again, but you get my point here is, “Men will seek death, but they want to find it; they will long to die, but death would just kind of be out of the grasp.” You can’t contemplate it because it’s very difficult to understand. Joe Rogan, these people and all these so-called Christians we’re looking at. They’re trying to save their life. This is where Make America Great Again and Trump is prophecies over Trump to save America. Everybody’s wanting to save their life.

There are tons of quote, and I’m using quotes here. Christian organizations selling gold, silver, medical lies food for the end days, right? Everybody’s trying to do what? Save their life, right? I mean, do you see any ads by the time I do the ads, like lose your life. Sell your things. Get ready. Find out how God wants you to give it up. Get ready because it’s all going to be taken. So, why wait for it to be taken? Get out there and put it to use for Jesus Christ. Everybody’s trying to save their life. That’s the common theme through Joe Rogan, Elon Musk, Babylon. All these people were looking at the court system. They’re trying to save their position, they’re trying to save their pride, they’re trying to save their little things they get joy from, they’re trying to hold on to their sins instead of being saved by Jesus Christ. They’re trying to save their wickedness and they refuse to repent.

I know I’m bringing up King County prosecutors today Enumclaw police, they clearly by this time are just refusing to repent. Because all the evidence has become clear at this point. It’s just like all out there even though I’ve got tons more evidence. They’re just refusing to repent. Well, that’s just a little taste of what’s Coming in the world. Alright, there’s a song that’s just kind of really popular. It’s like 130 million views and it’s by a kid, of course everybody’s a kid now to me named Benson Boone. Have you actually heard of this song, Jacob?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: It’s called “Beautiful Things”, and the guts of the song is that he’s found a woman. It’s not a wife because the lyrics in the song are he claims to be a Christian mind you. In fact, let me read this little quote. I did a little research. It says, “Benson Boone’s family has been vocal about their Christian faith and its influence on their daily lives. His mother, Misty Boone, often shares Bible verses and words of encouragement on her social media accounts. In one post, she wrote about the importance of having a personal relationship with God saying that we all need someone to turn to in times of trouble.” Hey, this is classic I’m worshiping Jesus Christ for what I can get from him. There’s no thought here or concept about glorifying God out of a selfless love for God. Goes on to say, “Similarly Benson’s sister Madison, has also shared her faith on social media. She has posted about the power of prayer and how God has helped her through difficult times. In one post she wrote about the peace she feels when she spends time with God saying that nothing in this world can compare to the love and the comfort that he gives.”

I don’t have time to break all this down. You can, I encourage you begin to look at the full gospel. Get the free book or read the book “ Even the Demons Believe” just to get started. This whole song is really talking about he has all this happiness in his life, but he’s afraid God’s going to take it. When I got to play the whole song, I just do the first section of it and it went viral. There’s a video of him actually watching it happen. He’s very excited. Again, it was up to 130 million views when I just looked at this. Go ahead and play this and you’ll see him saying and again, I want to emphasize here. He says, he’s found a girl that he really loves. It’s always this idolatry of family. If there’s one thing Jesus came to get rid of is idolatry of family but that’s another showing and of itself.

We are to love the Lord our God with all our heart, all our mind, and all our soul and he is a jealous God. All loves. Any love that we have goes out from that position only. There is no love God first, family second, country third. I don’t know what their little hierarchy are. It is if you love something with all that means everything if I said, Jacob give me all the candy in the jar. Would I be happy if you left one candy in the jar?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Of course, not. Found a girl, she spends the night but the implication he doesn’t say it’s his wife. So, you go to your own supposition here, but go ahead and play the song.

For a while there, it was rough
But lately, I’ve been doin’ better
Than the last four cold Decembers
I recall

And I see my family every month
I found a girl my parents love
She’ll come and stay the night
And I think I might have it all

And I thank God every day
For the girl He sent my way
But I know the things He gives me
He can take away

And I hold you every night
And that’s a feeling I wanna get used to
But there’s no man as terrified
As the man who stands to lose you

Oh, I hope I don’t lose you
Mm

Please stay
I want you, I need you, oh God
Don’t take
These beautiful things that I’ve got

Please stay
I want you, I need you, oh God
Don’t take
These beautiful things that I’ve got

Oh-oh-oh-oh
Ooh
Please don’t take–

I found my mind, I’m feelin’ sane
It’s been a while, but I’m finding my faith
If everything’s good and it’s great
Why do I sit and wait ’til it’s gone?

Oh, I’ll tell ya, I know I’ve got enough
I’ve got peace and I’ve got love
But I’m up at night thinkin’
I just might lose it all

Please stay
I want you, I need you, oh God
Don’t take
These beautiful things that I’ve got

Oh-oh-oh-oh
Ooh

Timothy: That is the complete opposite of Jesus Christ. It is opposed to Jesus on every level. He is literally blaspheming. He is saying to God, I’ve got all these good things, I found my faith, my life is put together, but I know you God. It’s a beautiful wine and I don’t mean wine like the kind you drink. I mean like grumbling in the desert. It’s like God don’t take these things away from me. I know how you are. It is the opposite of the Christian life. Do we not, Romans 12 to offer our bodies as a living sacrifice every day I get up and lay everything at the feet of Jesus Christ it is fully surrendered, given to him to do with does it is it always been easy? No, certainly he says I found my faith, right? Are we not Jacob supposed to walk as Jesus walked?

Jacob: We are.

Timothy: So, when Jesus was on the cross and he’s hanging there and he’s finding his faith, that’s why he cried out, my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: No, of course not. Faith is trusting in God when you don’t sense he’s there. And I mean that when you’re hanging on the cross, when you’ve done his will. I don’t mean that when you’re in some sin and you’re way out where you shouldn’t be. This is the crucified life that as you follow God, God will move you into positions where you will go, my God, my God, where are you at? We’re constantly put in a place of weakness that he might be strong. We’re constantly in this world Satan’s going to say keep your family, keep your life, keep who you are, show favoritism, compromise, do all, he comes at us, Satan does again and again, I will give you all these things and that’s what this song is about. He doesn’t want to lose his life for Jesus Christ. Any comments on that Jacob?

Jacob: So, only because I don’t know anything about Benson Boone. So, he claims to be a Christian.

Timothy: Well, the articles that I read is he won’t openly talk about it. So, what they’ve done is they’ve looked at the family and the situation. Remember the quote that I read.

Jacob: Correct. I saw that but you know what I mean? I’m just asking only because again like if this guy and I’m assuming in…

Timothy: Well, he does. Push come to shove.

Jacob: Well, sure he’ll yeah, he’ll say I believe. Well, nowadays yeah and nowadays. Oh yeah. I believe in Jesus, oh okay you’re a Christian.

Timothy: Here what he’s doing. He he’s clearly moving into the music area, right? And he’s being promoted as a singer.

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: Well, you don’t want to come out and be all that bold face.

Jacob: Sure.

Timothy: He’s trying to go; he doesn’t want to lose that. He doesn’t want to lose that popularity. There’s a YouTube of him watching the numbers go on YouTube and he’s just very excited about those numbers increasing. So, he’s not going to come out and go, I am a Christian because he could lose his audience or he could lose some things. So, he’d rather be this quase like everybody else. You want to sing to the world and sing in the name of the Lord kind of routine. So, does he claim to be a Christian? Yes. Is he out in the open about it? No. And if I’m wrong feel free to say no. I do not claim to be a Christian. I denounce my family because they’re all Christians but I’m not and then the family can go from there. Of course, he does.

Jacob: Sure.

Timothy: He’s just playing it savvy.

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: Just like anybody else play. I mean that was really Elon playing it pretty savvy.

Jacob: Sure.

Timothy: He’s a smart man. He can read where these guys are going.

Jacob: He can, well which is what yeah, you’re just like this artist guy Elon Musk. Even Joe Rogan, they’re all playing both sides. Joe Rogan, right has this spiritual conversation with the dude Aaron Rodgers who is into spirituality and all that kind of stuff. And then because I mean exactly like you’re saying like where’s everybody calling out Joe Rogan for going to satanic stuff. Where’s any Christian calling out? I mean 98% of Joe Rogan’s podcast is nothing but worldly talk and jokes and inappropriate things really but nobody calls him out for all that.

Timothy: Sure.

Jacob: So just like Benny.

Timothy: Waste of time, sure.

Jacob: He’s just, it even sounded pretty rocky. I mean this is a worldly music and yeah, he’s talking about God in there and then bam, everybody jumps on him as for some amazing song.

Timothy: Yeah well, I have to say I actually liked the tune of the song.

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: That we must start listening to it looking at, because he’s well done. Yeah, it just started to looking at the word, because I’m expecting it to go somewhere else.

Jacob: Sure.

Timothy: I’m pretty much like, okay, the first part of this song is this and he’s going to move into, he surrenders everything to God and then of course that didn’t happen and then I’m going oh yeah. But in terms of the quality of the song, oh yeah, no complaint there. Of course, and Joe Rogan and who’s the psychologist name’s always scary.

Jacob: Jordan Peterson.

Timothy: Jordan P Henderson. They believe, I mean these are, they’re believing factual things that are real.

Jacob: Sure.

Timothy: And so, we have a tendency to go well it’s true because it’s factual. That’s not the same thing as the truth.

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: You can have a lot of factual things in your life and not really have the truth. You just have a lot of facts. Alright that said, let’s play a song that really is of God. Go ahead and play, “I Pledge My Head to Heaven by Keith Green”.

Well, I pledge my head to heaven for the Gospel,
And I ask no man on Earth to fill my needs.
Like the sparrow up above, I am enveloped in His love,
And I trust Him like those little ones, He feeds.

Well I pledge my wife to heaven, for the Gospel,
Though our love each passing day just seems to grow.
As I told her when we wed, I’d surely rather be found dead,
Than to love her more than the one who saved my soul.

I’m your child, and I want to be in your family forever.
I’m your child, and I’m going to follow you,
No matter whatever the cost, I’m gonna count all things lost.

Well I pledge my son to heaven for the gospel.
Though he’s kicked and beaten, ridiculed and scorn.
I will teach him to rejoice, and lift a thankful praising voice,
And to be like Him who bore the nails and crown of thorns.

I’m your child, and I want to be in your family forever.
I’m your child, and I’m going to follow you,
No matter whatever the cost, I’m gonna count all things lost.
Oh no matter whatever the cost, I’m gonna count all things lost.
Well I’ve had the chance to gain the world, and to live just like a king,
But without your love, it doesn’t mean a thing.

Oh no matter whatever the cost, I’m gonna count all things lost,
Oh no matter whatever the cost, I’m gonna count all things lost.
Well I pledge my son, I pledge my wife, I pledge my head to heaven,
I pledge my son, I pledge my wife, I pledge my head to heaven, for the gospel.

Timothy: In a good way that that song tears me apart spiritually, speaks to the heart and the soul. I was around when Keith Green was around. We were kind of both Christians same time. He he’s dead. He’s late Keith Green. I cannot listen to that song just doing house work. Yes, I do my own housework. I vacuum, I clean, all those things. Because the devotion that is required to listen to that music requires everything soul, mind, body, spirit. I’ve tasted the joy of that. So, I kind of ask you, it’s the obvious question. Does that remotely carry a candle to Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things” song?

Jacob: No, it does not.

Timothy: Does not. One is of holy and the people that have a smile on Jack Jesus won’t relate to that. They’ll think this is some cruel, mean, hateful thing. Again, it’s because I lived that and still live that although my wife has passed away. I live that in every way and that is why I was ran out of the town of Enumclaw and that’s why I was quase prosecuted by corrupt police and judges when you live for Jesus Christ. 100%. Satan will come after you big time and God will use it to refine. Any comments on that before we play the next clip Jacob?

Jacob: Nope. I love that song. Probably top favorite Keith Green song’s top album. And who plays harmonica in that song is Bob Dylan.

Timothy: Wow. And he turned his, not only did he turn his back on Gotti. He resold his Satan. His soul to Satan.

Jacob: But we’ve talked about that quite a bit. But that harmonica, right? When there’s a pause and you’re listening to the music. That’s Bob Dylan playing the harmonica.

Timothy: That I barely remember that, and you brought that front and center. Yes, that’s right. Was he, I think you Bob Dylan was discipled by Keith Green, correct?

Jacob: Well, that song alone he was discipled.

Timothy: Well, for sure. Yeah.

Jacob: I mean you can Google and the loose, I don’t know the details. I just know that is Bob Dylan of course.

Timothy: Sure.

Jacob: He showed up in the studio. They had met. I mean I guess Bob Dylan at some point he was going to like one of these vineyard churches that Keith Green had very first gone to. It was a very I think loose relationship. But anyways I just talk about the contrast. Yeah.

Timothy: He was discipled by the best at the time.

Jacob: Oh yeah.

Timothy: Absolutely.

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: This wasn’t some smiling Jack Jesus that Bob Dylan continued on.

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: Well, he’d be mature in Jesus Christ today. The next song I want to play is, “My Soul Does Bleed.” The Lord gave me the words to this song, because everything comes from him anyway. That’s not some big mystical thing but it is a miraculous thing of the new nature. So, I’m not demeaning it, but I’m not elevating it like I’m anything. And certainly not of the quality of pledge my head to heaven that’s on my point. But “My Soul Does Bleed” talks about coming to the realization that Jesus demands, love demands, it’s right that he demands, it’s holy that he demands, everything.

There’s nothing mean about what God is doing here. It’s just holy and proper and righteous and the song has several scriptures intertwined within it, but the main one is that remember there was prophecy against Mary saying that a sword will pierce your own soul. Mary experienced Jesus denouncing her come to take charge of him and say your mother and brothers are out there for you and Jesus turns to the crowd. He doesn’t go out and meet his mom and he doesn’t show respect, which even today that would be considered very bad to do, but even more so in a Jewish culture. So, he’s sitting among the group, he’s in his church so you can just put this in a practical sense my mother comes to visit me and I’m in a church preaching and they go, yeah, your mother’s out there she wants to talk to you right away, it’s kind of emergency, she’s concerned for whatever, and I go, who’s my mother?

And then I point around and go, my mothers, brothers, and sisters are those here that are obedient to Jesus. When the prophecy came to Mary that a sword, meaning the word of God would pierce her own soul too. That’s just a small taste of it. Watching Jesus die watching his life. At one point, she thinks Jesus is out of his mind and so she goes to take charge of him. Her soul is being pierced. I realize fully this is not an easy thing but it’s not an impossible thing. Of course, it’s difficult. Abraham found it difficult to sacrifice his son and trust God but he did it. So, nobody’s saying this is like some happy song that we can just play and go do and that the message of the cross. That’s why I get very suspicious when people, yeah, message of the cross is all good. It’s all great. Show me your scars. Show me the pain. I want to see in the soul how your soul has bled, because this is not an easy thing to give up self on any level.

I know that God’s holy. I know he’s righteous. Everything he’s been. Even Jesus is in the Garden of Gethsemane and he knows God’s will is perfect and he’s saying, Lord, let this cup pass. There is a wrestling process that is huge with this message and that’s what King County prosecutors play to. That’s what people running out of town played to. They take this offensive part of Jesus Christ and they use that to slander and essentially to crucify Jesus Christ and his message all over again over and over again. So, “My Soul Bleeds” has to go with everybody will go through an experience if Mary, had to go through this. We all go through this. All that the apostles ran from Jesus. There’s a real sifting that’s going on. This is a whole message in and of itself, but “My Soul Does Bleed”, you have to come to terms with this to find the joy.

The beginning of the song is talking about, my soul bleeds and it hurts. Okay, I finally sat down and realize, hey, Jesus says you have to hate your father, your mother, your brother and children. You hate, you have to hate your own life, you got to give up everything. Then you got to pick up your cross, then you got to go follow and do his will. This is not some platitudes or principles or concept, this is really hard, crucified, narrow road, narrow gate and it’s the joy that set before you that you endure the suffering. It’s facing your sins head on. That’s why the church is so unholy. They don’t have this and so they’re not dealing with sins to overcome and they’re just trying to outrun it and plaster over it and whitewashed it and then you see churches and people just kind of dissipate or they just get into lukewarm Christianity.

There’s just nothing there at best and then we hear the great explosions that go on and people they were caught in sin or this one committed adultery or whatever. You know the game; we’ve heard all of that. This is the solution. Your soul has to bleed. It has to be pierced by the word of God and only he can do that. I can’t do that and I can’t get you to do that. That’s why it’s impossible for me to run a cult. If you don’t want to do this, I can’t get you to do it. I can’t talk you into it. I can’t reason you into it. I can point out all the good parts of it but it’s not going to make you willing to do it. You’re walking as Jesus walked. You’re in the Garden of Gethsemane, right? And you’re saying to God directly, this is between you and God. God, take this cup away from me and he’s saying, no, do you really think I can come into the Garden of Gethsemane and go over to Jesus and go, oh Jesus, just let go. You just got to trust God. Do you think that would work?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Of course not. That’s why calling me a cult leader is the colossal, stupidest, darkest, retarded thing you could ever do because that’s not near the message but of course, like I said, King County prosecutors in the middle of a trial want to go. Can you explain all of this to us? Yeah, I’d love to. I wish I would have been on the stand. Well, I’m not going to tell you what I would have done but it would involve preaching the gospel. Let’s play the song. I think am I, Anything I need to kind of address on that, Jacob?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Let’s play and listen to it.

My lover sang to me and my soul bleeds.

He speaks and I seek but now my soul bleed.

I call him Lord, and praise His deeds

But my soul bleeds

Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh, hmm-hmm-hmm

Does it Bleed, does it Bleed

Because my savior sang to me, does it Bleed, does it Bleed.

Because my savior sang to me,

I hate my wife and even my own life.

I hate my family, friends and foe, no

His love demands a cross to carry

which none can tarry and my soul does Bleed

Does it Bleed, does it Bleed

Because my savior sang to me, does it Bleed, does it Bleed.

Because my savior sang to me,

Because my savior sang to me,

Sang to me

Cross crucified Love and my soul Bleed

His love arose because my soul did bleed

His love arose and my soul does sing his song

I heard his song and the chorus did join

My soul does sing his song, my soul does sing, does sing, does sing his song

Timothy: Jacob, let’s end by playing this next video clip of a pastor that died and what Jesus told him.

Video: This is scary. This man spent his whole life preaching the gospel and doing the work of God. Wound up dying, faces God and what God says to him is going to shock you. Watch this.

Pastor: Faith is dead. Your works are in vain. The life that you lived and offered to me is a life of Christian service is an abomination that I rejected in the Pharisee. What made you think I would accept it from a Laodicean type Christian? In fact, untold millions are living the same kind of life that you live and they stand in danger of my everlasting. Wrath Unquote the living God. I couldn’t believe he was talking to me. I’m a preacher. I’m a teacher. I just told him about all my good works. What I’ve done. And I said, no Lord, don’t you, wait, you don’t understand. He said, you didn’t do those works for me. You did them for a false God. I said, Lord, I work for you. I called you Lord every day. Yes, you did. But you never made me Lord. What a difference to call him Lord gives him a title, to make him Lord promotes him to ruler of life. But Lord, I was serving you. No, you wasn’t. You served a false God. Then he named it. Satan’s number one selling false God. SELF, instantly. I knew everything he said was true.

Timothy: You saw the man pointing to him, right? Amening all that, right? Now, how about he put the hat on straight.

Jacob: Sure.

Timothy: Take us out of here.
