Main Information

“Byron Brown, the mayor of Buffalo, N.Y., said Friday the 75-year-old man who was shoved to the ground by two cops the previous day was an “agitator” who had been asked to leave the area “numerous” times.
The officers have been suspended without pay and an internal affairs investigation launched after the incident was caught on video and showed the man, Matin Gugino, bleeding on the sidewalk. Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the video made him “sick to my stomach”. The officers are expected to be charged with assault Saturday morning, according to WKBW Buffalo.”

Yes, indeed Governor Andrew Cuomo a lot of things make one “sick to the stomach.”
For one, officials like you who seek to Tabloid Prosecute Police who are seeking to contain a known troublemaker.
For  another Governors that automatically assume someone is guilty and then open wide a fools mouth that demands punishment without a just hearing.  Wise men store up knowledge, but the mouth of a fool invites ruin. (Proverbs 10:14)

Governor Andrew Cuomo

  • Cuomo revealed Friday he had spoken to the victim, a longtime peace activist from Amherst. The governor praised the swift suspension of the officers but pressed for disciplinary action against them. Buffalo mayor says 75-year-old man pushed to ground was ‘agitator’ as he says he won’t be firing cops | Fox News

After all Governor Cuomo It is not good to punish an innocent man, or to flog officials for their integrity. (Proverbs 17:26)
Had the old man been walking away as commanded from the area none of this would have happened.
As it is the 75-year-old knowingly, willingly and purposely placed himself in a position that he had to be moved out of the way.
That he finds himself on the ground is entirely his own fault.
It is absurd to suggest that the police should have “just arrested him.” When you have hundreds of hostile individuals surrounding you when out of control riots are taking place when property is threatened and you are seeking to clear an area there is not time to consider such niceties. Had the old man had his back to the police officer and then was pushed to the ground, then, and only then, would a crime be involved.

Repentance

The only viable solution for those in the legal profession is to repent. Because sooner than they want to think God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:14)
