Before we consider the evidence that King County prosecutors of Washington state are engaged in heavy-handed witness tampering, let’s talk about blackmail first.
Speaker 2: 0:14
Welcome to the Consider podcast, where we examine today’s wisdom, folly and madness. More information can be found at wwwconsiderinfo. Now here are your hosts, timothy and Jacob. A Prosecutor Simmons Bible Study, law of God, section Isaiah Code 29-1921. Once more, the humble will rejoice in the Lord, the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. The ruthless will vanish, the mockers will disappear and all who have an eye for evil will be cut down those who, with a word, make a man out to be guilty, who ensnare the defender in court and, with false testimony, deprive the innocent of justice. Isaiah 29, 19 through 21.
Speaker 1: 1:08
The consider podcast did you enjoy the snow, jacob? Or it wasn’t enough to even really bother playing in?
Speaker 3: 1:18
oh no, it was not bad, it was, uh, it was a good, healthy amount, just enough good, good.
Speaker 1: 1:24
Um, let’s talk about blackmail, because that’s where all of this started. Most people don’t realize, or wouldn’t, and they wouldn’t realize, that the hate crime activity first started by a woman. A woman who wanted to be paid to sit at home and do nothing. And she hired an attorney down in California a quote Hollywood attorney well-known. I went and looked him up because we were getting these letters essentially saying I’m going to spread rumors, I’m going to destroy you, I’m going to take all the slander that I’ve been doing everything and I’m going to spread that around. So that was the first warning that she was going to engage in a hate crime. Now, what makes this significant is that what she wanted was a monthly income off the business. So, on the one hand, she’s spreading the lie that I stole wine press, which has been thoroughly debunked, but I haven’t heard any apologies from King County prosecutors After all, that’s what they kind of base the whole cult thing on and went for it from there. But anyway, she wanted money and that each month he would send her money and she’d keep quiet. Uh, when I refused that and by her own words, I’m the only person that she’s never been able to con um, then she went about the hate crime. So none of this was a big mystery, jacob, you know who I’m talking about. Uh, I’m barely scratching the surface, correct, correct? Yes, all right, anything you want to say, jake, before we move on, and what’s important about this is that we’ll see how this slander and these bitter roots and these lies filtered all the way down into this particular corruption by king county prosecutors, city of Enumclaw police, and how all of that led to this setup. Let’s go to Isaiah, chapter 29, verse 19 through 21. Isaiah, chapter 29, 19 through 21. I’m just going to do a quick read here. I think there’s a soundbite for that, jacob, so when I’m done just kind of discussing here a little bit, just play that and we’ll move into the next section. Okay, once more, the humble will rejoice in the Lord. The needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. The ruthless will vanish. King County prosecutors were ruthless.
Speaker 1: 3:47
Jacob, just from a quick observation and kind of a quick question here what do you think the number one goal was of King County prosecutors and I realize you can come up with different answers here but what was the number one really? What they were after the using of their power, everything of who they are the applying of laws, the misapplying of laws, the corruption of laws. All of it was designed to do what? Take down the cult? Take down the cult. Above that, in order to take down the cult, they had to do this next thing, which was deprive the defense of being able to defend.
Speaker 1: 4:24
For some reason, prosecutors across the land have this very evil, wicked notion that they think a good prosecution is really to deprive or take away from the defense the ability to defend themselves. You know, you make them bankrupt. They call their friends in, they harass them. There’s even prosecutors that will send you to a certain prison to soften you up. So they really think that their number one goal and this is why they’re headed to hell, by the way is to just oppress anybody. That’s a defendant. Well, that’s not what a prosecution is. A prosecution is very simple. It is taking the facts and the evidence of a charge and proving it to a jury. And, of course, what we’re talking about here it was the opposite of that. We were the ones presenting the evidence and they were acting like the defense, just pucking holes in it, because they didn’t have anything to actually prove that the crime existed and everything that did exist in terms of evidence would have proven that it did not and was not able to happen Anything on that, jacob?
Speaker 1: 5:24
No. So let me begin again and read Isaiah, chapter 29. Once more, the humble will rejoice in the Lord, the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. The ruthless prosecutor will vanish, the mockers, false witnesses will disappear and all who have an eye for evil will be cut down. It’s amazing how these prosecutors think an honest prosecution is to have an evil eye of, how they can just cause as much pain as possible.
Speaker 1: 5:53
Those who, with a word, isaiah says, those who, with a word, make a man out to be guilty, who ensnare the defender in court with false testimony and deprive the innocent of justice Does that not fit them to a T? Yes, absolutely. Those who, with a word, make a man out to be guilty. Now, why is that scripture able to say that? What goes neck and neck or right aligned with each other, in order to snare somebody with a word, what do you have to have? You have to have false witnesses, because normally, if you have a story, an event, something that took place, solid evidence, it’s a solid storyline. But when you bring in false witnesses. They can just change that as they want to, and that’s why you can never fully defend yourself, because they just enter in stupid stuff. We looked at the last one about somehow she didn’t celebrate birthday, so she doesn’t remember anything. Um, as if there was a birthday trauma out there.
Speaker 1: 6:49
Those who, with a word, make a man out to be guilty, who ensnare the defender in court with false testimony. That’s why malcolm frazier was found guilty. It was all false testimony and it was just a snare. There was no way out of it. They made sure of that. It says to deprive the innocent of justice. Everything that king county prosecutors did was to deprive us of being able to speak and to defend ourselves. In fact, how many times, jacob, did prosecutor jason simmons whine and complain about the cameras that we had in the courtroom?
Speaker 3: 7:20
oh yeah, he kept it up on and on.
Speaker 1: 7:23
He went with that. You think about that for a minute. Why wouldn’t he want the cameras in there if what he’s doing is all proper and it’s all good, and it’s all you know. This is his element. As long as you know, you’re not putting you follow what I’m saying, correct? Yes, you think he’d want it. It was his TV show, but they didn’t want any evidence out there of their corruption. All right, jacob, let’s begin to talk about witness tampering. Now, when I say the word witness tampering, what do you usually think?
Speaker 3: 7:50
of you think of like a guy behind the scenes wheeling and dealing, you know, queuing them up before they take the stand. So there’s like almost like interference.
Speaker 1: 8:08
You’re tampering, you’re tweaking it, whatever they’re going to say. Yeah, you know, I think there’s a gamma to this particular word. I always think of when this tampering is the subtlety of getting to that. But that’s true. You’ve had mob people you know threatened to kill people if they testify. So when this tampering can is a vast range of different things. Sure, it can come out in a lot of different ways, for sure.
Speaker 1: 8:25
Well, the King County prosecutors seriously engaged in heavy witness tampering and the reason why I’m hesitating with witness tampering it’s not a strong enough word Mind manipulation, planting false memories, conveying attitudes, stirring up the hate crime. It goes beyond just tampering like with testimony. They were heavily engaged in keeping the hate crime alive and spreading it around, and we’ll see this by their own words here in just a minute. I’m going to play a well, it’s actually a AI voice because I didn’t want to have somebody to have to read it from one of the family members’ aunt who’s talking about all the different things that went on and who she’s thanking.
Speaker 1: 9:07
And I want people to notice how heavy-handed the prosecutors went there to manipulate this situation and to take control of it. I mean malcolm frazier. At one point. A juror was walking out of the courtroom so he pulled open the door to allow her to come on out, and jason simmons about had a cow the next morning about how, oh, this can cause all kinds of problems and this could create a bias. That’s in there, of course. If malcolm would have just stood there and not open the door with that that would also he’s evil and he’s smug, so he won’t.
Speaker 3: 9:42
He doesn’t even have there’s. That’s just one more example of there’s.
Speaker 1: 9:46
There’s no way to come out right in this thing when you have false witnesses Because it just changed the story in the whole bit Correct. Well, what about Prosecutor Jason Simmons, the five prosecutors that came in smiling and waving to the jurors jurors, you know I I emailed uh king county prosecutor, then sattisburg and said I want the name of those five prosecutors that came in and sat down in the courtroom smiling and actually waving to the jurors there to show, I guess, their support. Well, to manipulate the jurors. That’s why they’re there, right, yep. Well, I got a message back, of course, saying I’m sorry we don’t keep that information. I didn’t ask if he kept the information. I said I wanted the names. He could have sent a memo around. You’re telling me he didn’t know who was going in there or somebody didn’t know.
Speaker 1: 10:32
So you know they play the constant lie word game, but we don’t keep records of that. Well, yeah, I’m sure you don’t keep records of prosecutors walking into the courtroom, but that doesn’t mean you don’t know, especially in this, this case, when you were happy you told me those were your words You’re happy to take the full force and, in my perspective, the truth perspective is all the corruption that’s inherent in the King County court system and destroy anyone from being able to defend themselves, run us out of town and destroy us all because you listened to a bunch of false witnesses Anything on that. All because you listened to a bunch of false witnesses? Anything on that? No, we were constantly harassed about everything from cameras to being there. How many times did he try to intimidate everybody that showed up to even be in the courtroom to support and watch the situation? He’d call them out by name oh, do you know so-and-so? And then they’d go down the list. Wasn’t your name done many times like that?
Speaker 3: 11:29
Yeah, he would always be asking his witnesses if they knew anybody in the room. Did you know anybody from Sound Doctrine Church? Blah, blah, blah.
Speaker 1: 11:35
And calling out the names then and making sure that was heard. He was trying to intimidate the whole church. That’s what he was trying to do. That’s not just witness tampering, that’s intimidation. There was nothing to be gained from that except to try and intimidate everybody. And of course, why not? The hate crime was in full swing in Enumclaw because they were protecting the woman who sought to blackmail me or the wine press actually blackmail wine press to get money out of it. And what can I say? I get lost for words. And how stupid it is. All right, here’s another one.
Speaker 1: 12:07
I would good one who no longer works in this department was part of the media representative for King County prosecutors. Well, the Courier-Herald and we’ll talk about how they were biased here in a moment I would go to a media representative for King County prosecutors. The Courier-Herald calls up and says hey, what’s the defense next move? Now think about that question. He’s calling King County prosecutor’s office, getting a hold of the representative and asking what is the defense going to do next? And do you know what his response was? Jacob, no, let me give you a call. So he didn’t even talk to him on the phone, I mean, he didn’t email. So there’s a record of all this. They picked up phone, had a phone conversation about what the defense was going to do to the press, who was already demonstrated that they were negative and, by the way, that’ll be important. They didn’t seem to object to the courier herald doing their publicity and their news. But anyway, so island goodwin.
Speaker 1: 13:02
And so when I request the information and I go, ok, I want a record. What was said, what was done, what are the notes? Oh, we don’t have any of that, so they’re allowed. King County prosecutors are literally picking up the phone, talking to people in the press or whoever it might be, if they can get help, if it will help them get a conviction, and that’s not just witness tampering, that’s engaging, as far as I’m concerned, in the crime itself. That was going on.
Speaker 1: 13:27
In fact, after the trial, when I called Mr Gu I think that’s how his name is G-O-O-D-H-E-W and I asked him, I said I need, I want an investigation into the hate crime and he said there’ll be no investigation in the hate crime. And I’m very familiar with Athena Dean Holtz, very familiar, you get the idea. This is not witness tampering, because they knew she was actively engaged in hate crime activity, in intimidation to us and the King County prosecutors protected her so that she could continue and inflame the hatred against her. And all of that has to do with, well, probably two reasons. One, they wanted to win a conviction and two, they really believed in their lies because they listened to liars that somehow they were doing good by framing an innocent man Remember the Courier-Herald as far as just again to mention how one-sided this was the reporter at the time the defense has usually its its first three, two or three days to present all of its arguments about why this person is innocent.
Speaker 1: 14:30
He didn’t show up in the courtroom during those days, correct? Then he showed up only when the prosecution was doing his things. And and it gets worse than that, do you remember, jacob?
Speaker 3: 14:40
uh, he showed up for like super weird pervy evidence.
Speaker 1: 14:43
I remember well yeah, for sure he did that. But what people observed is that when the prosecution was talking, his pen to take notes for the newspaper was actively moving. Then, when the defense got up to begin to present the other side of the issue, he laid his pens and his pencil down. Mm, hmm, his pencil down. So that’s an active aspect of promoting a lie which King County prosecutors did not object to. And then, of course and I don’t think we’re going to get to it today Judge Lori K Smith kept the defense from interviewing anybody of any significance. The two children who slept outside the bedroom never got to him because king county prosecutors and judge laurie k smith protected him with the stupidest reason. I don’t know if I’ll get to it today. All right, now let’s press on anything on that, and I’m missing jacob. No, we’re gonna play in a. It’s a little bit long, but go ahead and play it, jacob okay.
Speaker 4: 15:48
Proverbs 29.12. If a ruler listens to falsehood, all his officials will be wicked. Consider the following corruptions by King County prosecutors and Washington State Associated State bad actors. This is witness tampering with an extremely heavy hand at accusation. Manipulation by Washington State prosecutors. Manipulation by Washington state prosecutors. Note once again that city of Enumclaw detective Grant McCall sat alone manipulating, scripting and forcefully guiding the accusations. Enumclaw police also deleted evidence while refusing to investigate the hate crime. Indeed, enumclaw police blocked, refused and would not go to the house and investigate whether the accusations were in fact true. This is because Enumclaw detective Grant McCall and King County prosecutors knew that such an investigation would prove without any doubt the alleged crime was impossible. To this day, authorities continue to ignore McCall’s crimes and calls for an investigation. See wwwenumclawcom for proof. The following is from the court transcript of State of Washington v Malcolm Fraser. This statement was presented at the time of sentencing Judge Laurie K Smith. Good morning.
Speaker 5: 17:08
MS Thomas. My name is Melanie Thomas. I am Greg Gamble’s sister and Malia’s aunt. I have a statement from our family and a letter from our parents From the beginning of this case. We have felt that the case was handled well and fairly by both the prosecutor and the presiding judge and want to thank them both for their care.
Speaker 1: 17:29
Hang on, Jacob. I’ll have you pause it here and there. So it was handled fairly correct, Jacob. No, yeah, everybody says that when the judge gives them what they want.
Speaker 3: 17:43
Correct. Oh yeah, everybody, when you’re happy with the outcome, whichever side, is always going to say that Correct, because they don’t understand what justice is Correct.
Speaker 1: 17:53
Suppose it would have come out that he was innocent. You think she would have said oh, thank you so much.
Speaker 3: 17:59
This was handled professionally and done well. No, no way. If he came out innocent, yeah, she’d be ragging on the court that it wasn’t fair and who knows, whatever they would say.
Speaker 1: 18:08
Sure, well, it would be, the defense did this and lied about that.
Speaker 3: 18:11
Yeah, yeah yeah, yeah, it would be Edom Claudecom was there. It was their fault.
Speaker 1: 18:16
Now a little bit of a backstory here is. You read and listen to the rest of this is this family group was extremely hostile to the church. They never came to church, they never talked to me, nothing ever happened. They just didn’t like and they’re just hostile in general and hostile toward Christianity to the extreme. So naturally Jason Simmons and the prosecutors were drawn to them. The reason that we know this to be true was because Greg Gamble went with my wife to visit his mother who was in the hospital.
Speaker 1: 18:47
Now, when that story was told, when somebody said yeah, we went and visited Mr Gamble’s mother in the hospital, somebody out in this family said no, it’s not true. And they were shaking their head no, no, it was true, that’s actually took place. And the reason they don’t know about it is because the mother told us not to say anything to anybody else in the family because they would get upset, so she wasn’t going to talk to him about it. Nobody else was to talk about it, because she knew there was an inherent hostility in general and in specifics to Christianity in and of itself, and so there’s no surprise here that Jason Simmons and these prosecutors will heavily use them to influence this trial. Anything on that, jacob? No, all right, so let’s continue on. I’ll probably interrupt you here and there, but let’s move forward.
Speaker 5: 19:37
Attention to detail and consideration for the victim’s family. However, our concern has been, and continues to be, the coverage of the event by Sound Doctrine Church’s website, enumclawcom. We question their continual presence as the news coverage of the trial and continue to be concerned about Okay, hang on.
Speaker 1: 19:58
And you know I want to repeat the scripture here in Proverbs 28, 5. Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek the Lord understand it fully. So that’s why she’s thankful. I already mentioned that, but I wanted to give the scripture reference of the truth. All right, it’s harassment, jacob, that Enumclawcom existed and this trial began with false accusations and it’s going to end with a false accusation. We’ll see that here in a moment from her letter. However, our concern has been and continues to be the coverage of the events or event by Sound Doctrine Church’s website, enumclawcom. So defending ourselves is upsetting, harassing, really. Of course that’s true. King County prosecutors and everybody else consider the fact that we actually put forth the truth and made the defense for the truth as harassment. That’s just as scriptural as it can be. But anyway, you get the point right All right.
Speaker 5: 20:53
Let’s move on about their ongoing harassment of the victim and her family. When the trial began, we printed the who is information from the web about animclawcom. The information attached here clearly stated that the domain was registered to Sound Doctrine Church.
Speaker 1: 21:14
All right, jacob, let’s just stop there for just a minute. We question their continual presence as the news coverage of the trial and continue to be concerned about their ongoing harassment of the victim and her family. So that’s quite the charge, that is quite the accusation to say that we were harassing the victim and her family. Yes, it is Now what’s missing in this letter? Anybody know?
Speaker 3: 21:41
Well, any truth is missing from this letter.
Speaker 1: 21:43
Well, truth for sure, no evidence.
Speaker 3: 21:45
Oh, sure, yeah. Well, wait wait, I don’t know, we haven’t finished it. She printed something.
Speaker 1: 21:51
Well, there’s not a single thing in here saying they said this, and they said this over here.
Speaker 1: 21:57
It’s just harassment and so. But guess who’s behind the scenes here. You know where this is coming from. I’m not telling you they weren’t upset. People that don’t love the truth are upset when you bring the truth. But guess who’s in the back? Who does this smell like already? Where do you get the whiff of corruption? Who’s involved in going for Enumclawcom? Who was always after Enumclawcom? Who was always trying to bring attention to the judge? Have you read what’s on Enumclawcom? Never the Courier-Herald, of course, but have you read these things? Who is constantly doing that, jacob? Who they say is doing it? No, I’m sorry, I’m confused.
Speaker 1: 22:33
You, king, county prosecutors were always whining oh yeah, to the judge and in court for sure, about enumclawcom. They consider the defense putting up a defense or people actually dealing with slander in a town as harassment. Yes, when the trial began, we printed the who is information from the web about enumclawcom. Oh, I wish we had sound effects. Oh, you did some serious investigation. You type a who is and out of that little piece of information comes a whole set of harassment going after the family, going after the victim, victim, all these things. Not a single shred of evidence. But this huge emotional. Gee, you’re coming after us.
Speaker 1: 23:19
We printed off the who is information and guess what? The name of the restaurant of the website was in Malcolm Frazier’s name. Therefore Malcolm Frazier’s writing the articles. Therefore he’s in control, therefore he’s the one harassing us. That was their jump conclusion. They never researched, they never went and looked. And after it’s corrected, I doubt seriously Malcolm Frazier has gotten an apology. I doubt there’s a confession by the prosecutors saying we were wrong on this and wrong on that. Right, correct, you know, jakeake? I mean, let me, let me ask a question here what are the two stupidest things that prosecutors hope you do? I mean there’s like two, two top stupid things that, if you’re charged with a crime, they hope you do um, well, a lot of times, and the prosecutors are always wanting to cut a deal.
Speaker 3: 24:12
They’re always trying to cut deals, so I don’t know. They’re hoping, they’re hoping you take a deal.
Speaker 1: 24:18
That’s good. But let’s just say you’re not going to take a deal. Oh, you’re not going to put up a defense, you’re going to put up a deal.
Speaker 3: 24:23
What do they want you to do?
Speaker 1: 24:24
Two stupid things they want you to do, I don’t know. One is represent yourself. They actually salivate for that one, sure. Number two is talk to the press. Any defense attorney, the first thing they’re going to tell you and tell everybody is don’t talk to the press, right, because anything you say can and will be used against you, right?
Speaker 3: 24:44
Yeah.
Speaker 1: 24:44
So prosecutors would just love it if you do an interview in the press, because they can twist it around. It’s in writing. They, they like, salivate, they lust for that to happen. Well now, how come in this particular case, they objected to us quote talking to the press, being in the press and presenting the press. Why? Surely if we said something that would have been evidence to convict him, they’d have brought it up. Right, and that’s what they would like to see happen, but not in this case. In this case, it was don’t talk to the press. Yeah, all right, made my point right. Yes, let’s continue listening to her addressing the court.
Speaker 5: 25:27
By registrant Malcolm Fraser. He was also listed as administrative contact and technical contact at that time. A search for the same information this week shows that the name in every case except technical contact has now been changed to Timothy Williams. We would like to request that Malcolm Fraser’s sentencing include restrictions on what can be published about the victim and her family by enumclawcom, a domain name registered by the convicted felon posing as a news service. Their slanted approach to the trial coverage and their degrading words about the family demonstrate their intent to cause the family further pain. We would like to take the opportunity to thank the court for showing our family strong support during this most difficult time.
Speaker 1: 26:17
We feel blessed to have had positive right there. What do you think about all that, Jacob?
Speaker 3: 26:23
Well, so far as you mentioned, there still has not been any evidence presented of how they’re. You know what’s her words.
Speaker 1: 26:32
Cause pain.
Speaker 3: 26:33
Causing pain, like okay it doesn’t yeah where. Where is on this post? You know they said this. By the way, during the entire trial or any of the whatever coverage, we never even used the victim’s name. We didn’t even. I don don’t when’s the last time we were talking about the family like I don’t yeah where how come?
Speaker 1: 26:57
you didn’t print off the articles slandering the family yeah, you could have printed them off, highlighted them and given them to the judge, you could have given, like here’s all the examples of the way they’ve supposedly harassed us you know what?
Speaker 1: 27:09
that’s just basic thinking, right? Well, let me back up To rational people. You go before a judge normally you’re going to go. I need my evidence. Let’s look at the evidence.
Speaker 1: 27:20
Right, in this particular case, nobody needed evidence in Judge Laurie Smith’s courtroom, correct? It’s like the accusation was considered evidence, yes, or just putting so. They state we’ve been harassed. Uh, clearly malcolm frazier’s involved and he’s right. It’s all kind of mixed up anyway now that he goes on to explain it later, so I won’t do it here. They’re jumping to conclusions that they want to go to. By the way, we have the right to defend ourselves, especially on all the things that were slandered. All right. So now she’s going to thank the court and listen to all the people that are involved in this family and how heavy handed influence and I guarantee you, every one of these people are helping shape and mold the hatred, the testimony, and it’s going to filter back to the manipulated accuser. These aren’t neutral things they’re doing here, so let’s go ahead and read it or listen to her. Tell us all the different people that were involved in witness tampering.
Speaker 5: 28:24
We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to navigate this case with a great team of people. Jason Simmons displayed exceptional professionalism throughout this case. By keeping in constant communication with our family about how the court and trial process works, that level of support dramatically decreased the stress we were under. Rich Anderson was also very comforting and reassuring. We feel we could have not have asked for a better team to represent the state of Washington. Olivia McAllister, our legal advocate from KCSARC, played a vital role for our family. Her constant presence and constant education on the ins and outs of the legal system was just the support we needed. Emily Cordo, malia’s personal attorney, went above and beyond the call of duty. She took time out of her busy schedule to be here for moral support while Malia testified. We are forever grateful to her Judge Lori K Smith. Your smile and soft voice helped get us through the most emotionally charged part of this case. For that we thank you. As far as sentencing for Malcolm Fraser is concerned, the only thing that we ask is that the court?
Speaker 1: 29:40
Let me make a quick comment about this smile and soft voice. That’s not somebody that’s sympathetic. Those are people that are in high positions of authority, filled with arrogance, who do not have to get mad. Does that make sense, Jacob? This is more of you. Know. If you had total control, total power, everybody, you just sit there and you smile and you talk softly because you don’t have to. You’re the important person in the room.
Speaker 1: 30:13
See if Judge Lori K Smith had any moral fiber or any legal purity about her, she would have told them look, enum callcom is free to defend themselves and to write what they want to write. And that’s just one minor point all right, let’s continue on, unless there’s something you wanted to say about all that. No, no, all right, go for it.
Speaker 5: 30:42
The only thing that we ask is that the court please take into account the harassment Malcolm Fraser put our family, jason Simmons, detective Grant McCall and many others through during the entire duration of this case using his enumclawcom website. We trust the court will seek justice for Malaya.
Speaker 4: 30:58
Prosecutor Simmons. Bible Study Questions. The Consider podcast.
Speaker 1: 31:04
Jacob, look at all the prosecutors and lawyers that were influencing and look, nobody be so naive to think they’re just offering comfort and care. These prosecutors know exactly. So naive to think they’re just offering comfort and care. These prosecutors know exactly it. Look, if they’re happy with Enumclaw detective Grant McCall sitting alone with an accuser, shutting recorders on and off, scripting out, going in behind the scenes, changing the whole storyline and doing this in open court and this is now. Jacob, do you think they’re not planting ideas, moving things forward that they know will get back to the false accuser?
Speaker 3: 31:42
Of course they are. Of course they’re planting.
Speaker 1: 31:46
Absolutely Go ahead, keep talking.
Speaker 3: 31:50
It’s like that’s in Bud’s Buds, with Detective Grant McCall thinks he’s a great cop, thinks he did a good investigation clearly is going to be behind the scenes maneuvering, twisting, influencing, tampering. You bet they are.
Speaker 1: 32:07
Oh, in every way. Have total disregard for the law, human rights, any type of honesty or truth. There’s no way they were not only planting ideas and all of those things, but also moving the hatred along in the direction they wanted it to go correct this lady I don’t even remember her name now the family member.
Speaker 3: 32:26
She’s nothing but a pawn. She’s literally nothing. I mean, she is, of course, you know yeah, she’s upon you.
Speaker 1: 32:33
On that sense, you really do feel sorry for him. They are being, yeah, I mean it’s.
Speaker 3: 32:37
It’s hard to feel sorry, that’s even a strong word. But yes, you, you are nothing but a pawn in the system and she goes down all the different people that used her and the rest of the family as a pawn exactly, it hits the solid cylinders.
Speaker 1: 32:49
You know anybody can be called a jury needs to give up this. Any thought that the victim is so brave for coming forward as if they were this lone ranger, courageous person who had to get up on the stand there. Every non-profit group, every prosecutor they have kids court. They literally have dogs in court. The Washington state supreme court has not only stripped every right of defendant to defend himself but at the same time, the person testimony is allowed to bring in a dog in court as if it’s not going to influence the jury and everybody else. I mean it literally. Washington state court system has literally gone to the dogs.
Speaker 1: 33:27
So, prosecutor simmons, anderson, all these people were not just, I mean, they were witness tampering to the extreme and I and I think the words just to it’s all the way out there. I don’t know. I don’t, in fact I don’t understand how this is not even criminal on many levels. Again, these people were not. Not a single person in this group was concerned with ever exposing that somebody might be falsely charged with a crime or the accusations are not true. Therefore, you get this group thing going around, where everybody comes together and they begin to agree with one another and it carries on a whole new exaggeration. You know what I’m talking about, jacob.
Speaker 3: 34:02
Yeah, it’s the. You know, nowadays they’ll use this term like echo chamber, like they’re only in their own little echo chamber just hearing themselves.
Speaker 1: 34:10
Exactly, I think. Now that I’m older, I think of it as a as an old age home where, if you got a group of people in a circle right Bunch of old people and I’m including myself in that, so I’m not being prejudiced and we’re all sitting around eating our applesauce and doing checkers or whatever it is that I hope I never have to do, and you’re in a room and you go, man, my elbow is really hurting me. What will that conversation then explode into? Probably for the rest of the day, jacob.
Speaker 3: 34:35
Everybody else talking about their pains.
Speaker 1: 34:37
Exactly, and their pain is worse than the other person’s pain, and my pain is suffering more, and I’ve had this longer. So what happens? It becomes self-fulfilling prophecies, but at the end of the day, guess what? Everybody’s in a lot of pain, because that’s all you talked about. That was the same thing, that this was a lynch mob in Judge Lori Kay’s’s courtroom and she was hanging the rope. She’s a hanging judge. That’s all this was.
Speaker 1: 34:57
Again, we’re back to this heavy, heavy charge without a single piece of evidence. This smells. And look at all the prosecutors and all the lawyers. Every single one of those people that she mentioned have zero interest in actually finding someone to be a liar and making an accusation. And this is just the people that she’s listing. We know there’s all kinds of other people. I know the person that was going around trying to blackmail me was heavily involved. In fact, the Enumclaw police and King County prosecutors encouraged her to do so and protect her. So what we’re seeing here is a reflection of Rich Anderson and all of these other people. Judge Lori K smith that they’re. What are we trying to say? Prejudice. Their love of corruption is coming focused in in this particular charge.
Speaker 1: 35:47
Let me read this again, as far as sentencing for malcolm frazier is concerned, the only thing that we ask, only thing that we ask, is that the court please take into account the harassment Malcolm Frazier put our family, jason Simmons, detective Grant McCall and many others through during the entire duration of this case using his enumclawcom website. That is an amazing, amazing charge that obviously I keep repeating myself. There is no evidence for that. Yeah, and that’s what they’re concerned about. They’re concerned that the truth actually might come out. What were you going to say, jacob? No, I wasn’t going to say anything, all right? Well, malcolm Frazier didn’t write a single thing on IanClawcom. Malcolm Frazier was not even involved in putting it down and he’ll explain that himself.
Speaker 1: 36:42
Jacob, let’s go ahead and play Malcolm Frazier’s sentencing and his response to this and you’ll get to hear a little bit of what he had to say. Now, what is important here? And, prosecutor Simmons, you ought to be happy to know that when Malcolm talked to the court, it was reported to a newspaper, a big newspaper over in England, that Malcolm spoke like a Nazi. He mentioned something about the Nazis and how Jews were. Probably I think that’s what’s in here. So they called a slander there. Now, when I contact the newspaper and said oh, do you have proof for this? I don’t find this in the testimony, but you’ll be glad to know that the hate crime was spread all around the world. He did an excellent job of protecting hatred. Go ahead, jacob. Let’s listen to what Malcolm has to say.

I am disappointed with the legal system. As I stated on Tuesday, I believe this court had an opportunity to do the right thing and set right a jury verdict which was plainly wrong. I don’t think it is right to hide behind the law when the law is clearly wrong, and I don’t think it is right to hide behind a jury opinion when the jury opinion is clearly wrong. So finally, I just I do want to say that whoever printed out the letter about enumclawcom is correct. I did register the domain name because I have been working for the church registered all of the domain names at one point. Our church has many domain names for websites and ministry purposes. Enumclawcom has been owned by the church for, I believe 10 or 11 years and at that point I was in charge of domain names and did register that and it was changed to Timothy Williams when all these charges came up because my involvement with the church was dramatically cut due to the issues surrounding this case. But I personally have had no involvement with Enumclawcom throughout this case.
Speaker 6: 39:10
Timothy Williams, who was really the only person who stood up throughout this case and just told the truth, regardless of the consequences to him personally and to his family and again his wife is dying, so he understands fully the consequences of that he has managed Enumclawcom. He has stood up for the truth. I don’t think anything on Enumclawcom that has been printed has been false that I am aware of and again, I personally have no involvement with it other than to initially register the domain name. So I just wanted to say that I am very thankful for Timothy Williams’ desire and love and willingness to stand up for the truth in this case, which is not popular. It doesn’t win any friends to be seen to support someone who is accused of child molestation and child rape, but the essence of love is to do what is right regardless of the consequences to yourself. So I want to thank him especially. I am very blessed compared to many people in my situation.
Speaker 6: 40:14
This is not an isolated case. False accusations are made all the time, along with along with legitimate accusations. Gee, jacob. How many lawyers and friends of lawyers and nonprofit groups and support groups and volunteers of the, say, the public defender’s office or a noble prosecutor? How many of those people did Malcolm list and say I want to thank all of these people for the enduring help as I face this trying time to defend myself in Judge Lori K Smith’s corrupt courtroom list there? No, actually feel sorry, I was the only one that he got listed. You don’t have very many friends if you just got me. I don’t know what to say. It’s just clear. As I said, this trial began with a false accusation, it was full of false accusations and it ends with a false accusation. Nobody’s corrected their lies, nobody’s corrected their misconceptions, nobody’s repented of their hatred that is blinding them to the truth. Nobody’s repenting of the selfish ambition that’s blinding them through to the truth. You I haven’t heard any repentance. Anybody have you, jacob?

Speaker 1: 43:19
When you look at the state of Washington, jacob, it’s easy to understand why they hated Sound Doctrine Church, because Sound Doctrine Church was about love, righteousness, holiness, self-discipline and, above all, one of the things that makes all those things real is truth. Well, in the state of Washington, all kinds of perversion and laws to protect perversions and people in high places that live impure lives are the ones that are in charge and hold the power. Correct, correct. So they really think that those who step up and say we need to be self-disciplined, we need to love our parents and our father and our mother, and we do it by doing this and following god and jesus christ, all those things, all the good that was there, they really do, deep in their heart, believe the lie that somehow those things are evil. Take us out of here, jacob.

Proverbs 29:12
If a ruler listens to falsehood, all his officials will be wicked.
Consider the following corruptions by King County Prosecutors and Washington State associated state bad actors.
This is witness tampering with an extremely heavy hand at accusation manipulation by Washington State Prosecutors. Note once again that City of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall sat alone manipulating, scripting and forcefully guiding the accusations. Enumclaw Police also deleted evidence while refusing to investigate the hate-crime. Indeed, Enumclaw Police blocked, refused and would not go to the house and investigate whether the accusations were in fact true. This is because Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall and King County Prosecutors knew that such an investigation would prove, without any doubt, the alleged crime was impossible. To this day authorities continue to ignore McCall’s crimes and calls for an investigation. See www.enumclaw.com for proof.
The following is from the court transcript of State of Washington verses Malcolm Fraser.
This statement was presented at the time of sentencing.
Judge Lori K. Smith: Good morning.
MS. THOMAS: My name is Melanie Thomas. I am Greg Gambill’s sister and Maleah’s aunt. I have a statement from our family and a letter from our parents. From the beginning of this case we have felt that the case was handled well and fairly by both the prosecutor and the presiding judge and want to thank them both for their care, attention to detail and consideration for the victim’s family. However our concern has been and continues to be the coverage of the event by Sound Doctrine Church’s website Enumclaw.com. We question their continual presence as the news coverage of the trial and continue to be concerned about their ongoing harassment of the victim and her family. When the trial began, we printed the "who is" information from the web about Enumclaw.com.
The information attached here clearly stated that the domain was registered to Sound Doctrine Church by registrant Malcolm Fraser. He was also listed as administrative contact and technical contact at that time. A search for the same information this week shows that the name in every case except technical contact has now been changed to Timothy Williams.
We would like to request that Malcolm Fraser’s sentencing include restrictions on what can be published about the victim and her family by Enumclaw.com, a domain name registered by the convicted felon posing as a news service — their slanted approach to the trial coverage and their degrading words about the family demonstrate their intent to cause the family further pain.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank the Court for showing our family strong support during this most difficult time.
We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to navigate this case with a great team of people. Jason Simmons displayed exceptional professionalism throughout this case by keeping in constant communication with our family about how the court and trial process works. That level of support dramatically decreased the stress we were under.
Emily Cordo, Maleah’s personal attorney, went above and beyond the call of duty. She took time out of her busy schedule to be here for moral support while Maleah testified. We are forever grateful to her.
Judge Lori K. Smith, your smile and soft voice helped get us through the most emotionally charged part of this case; for that we thank you.
As far as sentencing for Malcolm Fraser is concerned, the only thing that we ask is that the Court please take into account the harassment Malcolm Fraser put our family, Jason Simmons, Detective Grant McCall and many others through during the entire duration of this case using his Enumclaw.com website. We trust the Court will seek justice for Maleah.

Questions Evil Suspicion Questions
For from within, out of men’s hearts, come evil suspicions, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, All these evils come from inside and make a man ‘unclean.’ Mark 7:21

Judge Beth M. Andrus, Judge Lori K. Smith, Governor Bob Ferguson, Prosecutor Leesa Manion, King County Prosecutors Office.
Are you familiar with a group called the Sound Doctrine Church?

How many people, would you say were members of the church?
What was it that drew your family to the church at the beginning?
Did your joining the Sound Doctrine Church have any impact on your connection with your family other than Jessica and the daughters we’ve currently talked about?
And is wine press publishing associated in any way with the Sound Doctrine Church?
And would those friends from homeschooling group be members of the Sound Doctrine Church?
Are you familiar with the Salt Shaker Bookstore?
To begin, what is a rebuke? For those of us who don’t understand, what is a rebuke and what does that mean in the context of the church?
And when you say fellowship, what does that mean?
While you were a member of the San Doctrine Church and a member of that community, was it important for you to follow the various teachings and doctrines of the church?
What was your understanding of that doctrine. While a member of the Sound Doctrine Church, did your beliefs come from your understanding of the doctrine of the church?
Did you have any neighborhood friends that were not members of Sound Doctrine Church?
Are they just kids in Eton, protestant At that time? What was the kind of the leadership? How was it? Who was in charge? How did it work?
And you say your salvation. Was that an important thing for you during your time in Sound Doctrine Church?
Do you in the Sound Doctrine Church really celebrate birthdays? How about? Was there any particular holiday celebration for Christmas or anything of that nature?
Why was it you left Sound Doctrine Church?
Some Bad Actors
Judge Beth M. Andrus‘s favoritism towards Prosecutor Rich Anderson came with a wink after reprimanding him for his inappropriate, prejudicial and offensive remarks. She whitewashed the criminal actions of City of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall, which contributed to a narrative aimed at undermining the church and its operations within Enumclaw. Eventually, destroying a business, church and bookstore while driving the church out of town. Though Ms. Andrus was a pastor’s daughter, she systematically proved that she is not a Christian believer.
Judge Lori K. Smith collaborated with King County Prosecutors to obstruct the defendant’s right to mount a defense. She transformed the criminal court proceedings into a chaotic "family court" environment that enabled deceitful accusations to make a mockery of justice. Judge Lori K. Smith so bribed by being named "woman of the year," perverted justice to ensure a guilty verdict against a man.
Prosecutor Dan Satterberg specifically allocated five prosecutors to target the church. Prosecutor Leesa Manion received backing from Satterberg and takes sinful pride in being the first Korean woman to hold a position in the prosecutor’s office. Ms. Manion actively supports the corrupt practices established by Satterberg to the extent of rehiring Prosecutor Rich Anderson.
Detective Grant McCall of the City of Enumclaw was involved in orchestrating a false hate crime. He deleted evidence and crafted accusations while refusing to investigate the claims, aware that examining the facts would reveal the deceit. King County Prosecutors obstructed and suppressed any attempts to initiate an investigation.
Prosecutorial Team included Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson, Prosecutor Nicole Weston, Prosecutor Rich Anderson and Prosecutor Jason Simmons.
Washington State Supreme Court, which had destroyed all rights of a defendant,t literally bring dogs into the court to manipulate juries.
The Washington State Supreme Court, when presented with the evidence and facts, responded that they would not even consider it. That they would not "even look at it." Steven C. González: Chief Justice, elected as Chief Justice on November 5, 2020, and sworn in on January 11, 2021.Debra L. Stephens: Associate Justice, previously served as Chief Justice. Charles W. Johnson: Associate Justice, re-elected in 2014. Susan Owens: Associate Justice, re-elected in 2012. Douglas W. McQuaid: Associate Justice, elected in 2012. Richard Sanders, Associate Justice, ran in 2012 but did not win. Bruce O. Danielson: Associate Justice, elected in 2012.Bruce Hilyer: Ran for a position in 2012 but did not win. John Ladenburg: Ran for a position in 2012 but did not win. Sheryl McCloud: Won a position in 2012. Eddie Yoon: Ran against Charles W. Johnson in 2014 but did not win. Note: Remember that this court is so actively biased against Christians that they went after a Christian grandmother for not arranging flowers for a gay wedding.
In the case of King County Superior Court, State of Washington, Plaintiff vs. Malcolm Fraser, Defendant, Case No. 12-1-01886-0 Knt, it is essential to clarify that the true plaintiff is the King County Superior Court, State of Washington, against Sound Doctrine Church of Enumclaw, Washington. Washington State Prosecutors have engaged in abusive legal tactics to pursue an impossible crime aimed at eliminating Timothy Williams or Sound Doctrine Church from Enumclaw. The defendant, Malcolm Fraser, has been misused by King County Prosecutors and Enumclaw Police to effectively proxy-prosecute Timothy Williams.
