Athena Dean Holtz used individuals’ love for children, the desire to keep them off drugs to fraudulent sell charity trash bags. Using children, using emotions and stirring up groups of people has been Athena Dean Holtz’s method of operation for as long as she can remember.

Athena Dean Holtz played to people’s emotions, selling trash bags to keep poor defenseless children off drugs. All the money, of course, was pocketed with Athena Dean Holtz, then just Dean, blaming everything on her then 3rd husband.

Fast forward to Athena Dean Holtz playing to people’s emotions to sell and market a hate crime. Athena Dean Holtz, before she finished grooming of the False Accuser, had already met with Prosecutor Satterberg’s Office a year before to size them up.

And knowing Athena Dean Holtz methods, as Timothy Williams was the only one, according to her words, that stood up to her, can assure the reader she made them complicit, even in areas where there was no complicity.

Like the Berni Madoff Ponzi scheme, Athena Dean Holtz ties people in so tight, they cannot believe anything that exposes their debts of sin. This was a constant problem that demanded 24/7 standing against while Ms. Holtz was at Winepress.

Add to this case, the gullible, as Ms. Holtz puts it, that is in the church, as all down through history has recorded who consider burning at the stake to be of God, and behold the hate crime of Athena Dean Holtz.

Such is not too shocking, but the prideful boasting of Prosecutor Dan Satterberg on his humility added a dimension seldom seen except in the last days of the Roman Empire.

If there is one thing Prosecuting attorney Satterberg is proud of, it is his humility.

With all the corruption around the county among prosecutors, Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg really believes he is humble.

This makes him far more destructive than your normal prosecutor who is just after selfish ambition.

Satterberg usurps the church and plays pope in the prosecutors’ office, as can be seen by his programs to make himself judge, jury, and redeemer.

It is this pride that blinds Satterberg and those who follow him so abusive. It is Satterberg’s pride that has caused such evil behavior and perverse speech in the Courts of King County – as it feeds on the King County Culture of Court Corruption.

Athena Dean Holtz stated that Timothy Williams was the only person who stood up to her, and by the time she had spent a decade looking for a weakness, she was ready to take down Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg and use his sins against him – for her own purpose.

With Mr. Satterberg’s pride problem, he was easy pick’ns for Athena Dean Holtz. Athena Dean Holtz and King County Prosecutors speak the same language – lying for a living.

Ms. Holtz had already crashed many a business and learned her craftiness with the trash bag fraud by going through the system of the Attorney General’s Office years before meeting Mr. Williams.

Because of Prosecutor Satterberg’s pride, he was unwilling to take the warning or heed the truth.

Athena Dean Holtz Charity Trash Fraud

Credibility is important except to King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg who teaches his prosecutors to say “so what” to evidence. King County Prosecutors consider sellable lies just as useful as sellable truths – a corrupt fit for Athena Dean Holtz and Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall.

In 1983-85, Athena Dean Holtz*, now 4th marriage, was involved in a charity fraud. She and her husband benefited from the sale of trash bags under the false claim, the money was being used for a drug abuse education program.

In reality, Athena Dean Holtz knew no real drug abuse education was being done. Athena boasted about teaching Chuck how to set up the “business” but conveniently claims she didn’t know about the fraud.

Of course, now Athena Dean Holtz variously claims it was “Chuck’s business,” or she didn’t know what was going on and wasn’t involved, or it was the “last straw” in her marriage with Chuck – all of which can’t be true. However, the facts remain. The Attorney General specifically named her in the lawsuit, an official fine was imposed, and both Chuck and Athena had to pay up.

This is all public information.

Athena Dean Holtz’s character is extremely consistent: using people, deceiving people, complex accounting transactions, no proper records, large sums of money, claiming innocence, blaming others.

As usual, Athena made excuses, at the same time as claiming that she’s changed.

But Athena Dean Holtz admits to exactly the same patterns in her 1996 book, Consumed by Success. And she demonstrated and admitted, the same patterns while she owned WinePress Publishing.

How many more times does Athena Dean Holtz have to repeat the same pattern before people will wake up to the truth that she never really changes?

Athena Dean Holtz, starting in 2011 publicly went on a rampage to destroy Winepress Publishing and anyone supporting the good work of the company. The evidence, in terms of depth, is staggering and overwhelming – everyone was tempted with something to hate by Mrs. Dean, many being overcome unto sin.

Mrs. Dean applied her trash bag fraud criminal methods of complicating cover-stories, varying modes of attack and lies that overlap in confusion to hook as many individuals into her hatred as possible. In short, Athena Dean combined her 1986 fraud of laundering while appealing to an individual’s pity, as stated by the then Attorney General Ken Eikenberry, “through a complex series of transactions” with the wisdom and hard work ethic she gained while at Winepress Publishing.

The evidence on this site is but a fraction of what has been accumulated, as to what has been stolen, destroyed and abused by Athena Dean. Mrs. Dean in her last letter to Timothy Williams stated that 7 demons come in and the condition, in the end, is worse. As Mrs. Dean got out of town to Texas, so she would not be called to account in the Malcolm Fraser set-up the hate crime intensified.

The wave of destruction, lies and fraudulent activities have ended in 2014 with Athena Dean’s hate crime driving Winepress out of business, and her renting the same office space from the landlord who is also the City Attorney for the City of Enumclaw. Mike Reynolds, City Attorney for the Enumclaw Police and Landlord for Redemption Press, helped whitewash Detective Grant McCall’s set-up of Malcolm Fraser.

This is the Detective, Grant McCall, who Athena Dean Holtz had conspired with, to frame Malcolm Fraser as she attacked on different fronts.

The truth is too long for this statement but Mike Reynolds, City Attorney (landlord) for the Enumclaw Police and Landlord for Redemption Press, now rents the office space that Winepress once occupied, to the woman whom he stated was “nuts” and engaged in a “hate crime.”

No one should accept for a minute that this was all done legally, morally or is based on the lies being marketed to this day with desperate cover stories to keep people from seeing the truth.

That Athena Dean Holtz’s Redemption Press is reportedly underneath a ministry and the direct result of Athena Dean’s fraudulent marketing of hatred is the same method employed before, during and after the Charity Trash Bag crime of 1986.

The only thing different from the charity trash bag fraud of 1986 is the intensity of this crime against Winepress Publishing in 2014 because so many prosecutors around the country disdain the Constitution of the United States.
