Brainwashed Host

Since I preach what I cannot understand, write about that which I did not learn, attempt to obey the unattainable, as I pick up a cross that I do not want, to follow hard after a Jesus I cannot catch, it is impossible for me to brainwash myself or have others brainwashed into living such an impossible Christian life.

Paul the Apostle put it better in his letter to the Corinthians.

In 1 Corinthians 15:10 Paul wrote: By the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them–yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.
