Can Christians really find themselves in hell despite their faith? On today’s episode of the Consider Podcast, we grapple with this unsettling question, examining key Biblical passages like Revelation 19:9 and Matthew 22. Through the Parable of the Wedding Banquet, we explore the harrowing reality that some believers—those who seem to be part of the church and ostensibly follow God’s will—may still be cast out. We dissect these scriptures to reveal the stark differences between mere servants in God’s household who obey out of obligation and true disciples who live out Jesus’ teachings with a pure heart.

Let’s unpack the implications of Jesus’ teachings on our spiritual lives and our readiness for the ultimate invitation to The Wedding Supper of the Lamb. We delve into the unsettling categories Jesus describes: those invited but refusing to come and those serving in the household without a permanent place. Are we truly prepared, or are we just going through the motions? This episode is a powerful wake-up call, urging us to reflect deeply on our faith and relationship with God. Join us for a challenging discussion that will make you reconsider what it truly means to be a follower of Christ.

Even The Demons Believe

Not one place in the Scriptures is there an example of asking "Jesus into your heart" to be saved. Only after a person has counted the cost should they be permitted to be water baptized to be saved.

With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, "Save yourselves from this corrupt generation." Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day." (Acts 2:40-41)

After the whole, complete, full gospel Truth has been preached, it comes into focus when someone is water baptized.

God has sent out a powerful delusion which contains a false Christianity. See Insanity In The Church.

For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie. (2 Thessalonians 2:11)

Everyone claiming to be a Christian while focused on conservative values and political agendas will be rejected by God. In short, God will be thoroughly ashamed of American Christians.

Instead, they were longing for a better country--a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them. (Hebrews 11:16)

The Christian Church is ignoring and rejecting the complete full gospel message.

"Go, stand in the temple courts," he said, "and tell the people the whole message of this new life." (Acts 5:20)

Jesus did not say "go make Christians." Jesus commanded that we go "make disciples." Disciples are those being disciplined by the Holy Spirit to pick up their cross, suffer against sin, hate their own lives, be separate from the world, give up their dreams and obey all Scriptures as God wills and works.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (Matthew 28:19)

What is being promoted by the Christian Church is lip service to ideas that are in the Bible. Think motivational speakers rather than deep conviction of sin by the Living God and you can easily understand what is happening.

For we know, brothers loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you not simply with words, but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and with deep conviction. You know how we lived among you for your sake. (1 Thessalonians 1:4-5)

God promised, yes it is a promise, that many who claim to be Christians or a disciple of Jesus will fall away and then hate true disciples of Jesus.

At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other. (Matthew 24:10)

One of the true signs that demonstrate someone is really following Jesus is that they will be betrayed and hated by those who did not remain faithful to the whole gospel.

Only disciples who are willing to be taught by the Holy Spirit to "hate" and "despise" money are of God.

"No servant can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money." (Luke 16:13)

If you are a disciple of Jesus, the Holy Spirit will lead you to not associate with many who are hypocrite or ignorant of the Truth.

But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat. (1 Corinthians 5:11)

Therefore do not be partners with them. (Ephesians 5:7)

Most are slave Christians - doing the will or work of God without any understanding of what is really going on. Such will not be saved.

Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. (John 8:35)

According to the Apostle Peter, and he ought to know, it is water baptism that saves.

Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2:38)

and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also--not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, (1 Peter 3:21)
