Prosecutor Dan Satterberg attempted to shut down, silence and harass news reporting concerning Athena Dean Holtz’s hate crime. The harass began long before the trial and was a daily event that we have video recorded once the trial got underway.
Dumb Obvious Set-up
As the hate crime escalated by Athena Dean Holtz, evidence accumulated and the dumb obvious level goal that was clear to all came into focus through Dan Satterberg’s Office. Prosecutor Dan Satterberg and Expert Prosecutor Mark Larson had a choice, follow the evidence or stroke their feelings of pride. All through judicial history, sycophants have filled the courtroom and what is hailed as heroes are those who stood against the power-brokers to do what is right. But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars–their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. Athena Dean Holtz set out to destroy anything Timothy Williams was associated with, and as all know, authorities are the most willing to accept liars. At the end Athena Dean Holtz and Jessica Gambill, mother of the False Accuser, celebrated their hate-crime spree in the lobby of WinePress Publishing destruction.

In a separate incident, Prosecutor Jason Simmons and Prosecutor Rich Anderson set up enumclaw.com reporters in order to harass and scare off their news reporting. Not only does King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg frame-up individuals through others who falsely accuse but back-up police (Enumclaw Police) and his prosecutors who arrange the crimes.
Naturally, one of the rules everyone else has to obey is that you cannot mix the discussion of court cases with other matters – something King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg did through-out this exchange. In short, this email, were Satterberg following the law like everyone else, should never have been sent this way. That Enumclaw.com was being punished for filing a complaint is only one of several destructive activities set into motion by King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg’s office.

Skipping for the moment that the Attorney General’s Office ensured Satterberg was informed about the complaint, for the record Mr. Goodhew’s email response was knowingly sent through the wrong channels. This being separate issues and King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg of course being beyond the law has no qualms about responding in methods highly destructive to a smooth legal and just process.

However, King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg did fully support Detective Grant McCall’s deleting and delaying of evidence with the compound benefit of walking the False Accuser step-by-step through what to say. Guess the only steps that matter are Gov. Jay Inslee walking the proper sexually oriented judge up the courthouse steps.

The following complaint letter sent to King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg’s office was fully ignored and later encouraged to facilitate a hate crime by, Prosecutors Mark Larson, Rich Anderson, Jason Simmons and Lisa Johnson.
These actions by Prosecutor Jason Simmons and Prosecutor Rich Anderson, part of the team Satterberg had specifically appointed through Prosecutor Mark Larson, demonstrates all too clearly contempt for honest law and in many cases the law.

Such is what happens when Governor Jay Inslee is more concerned about a judge’s sexual orientation than reigning in the abusive power of prosecutors. Where it is politically advantageous to over-support a specific sexual orientation while vilifying and incarcerating those who do now conform to such opinions when it comes justice such matters become criminal. How much more when such individuals are framed-up for crimes that could not have possibly been committed.
It was clear from the up-start that Satterberg’s Prosecutors have been let loose to entrap rather than to follow the law. After all, it is no one’s job to go around entrapping others. Instead of Prosecutors Dan Satterberg, Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Rich Anderson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson, and Prosecutor David Seavers doing everything in their power to be neutral with regards to a case, they sought with untold zeal to frame-up those who know the truth.
No wonder the Enumclaw Police and King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg did everything in their power to thwart an investigation into the hate crime being marketed by Athena Dean, a self-confessed manipulator.

Dear Sir, (Satterberg)
As Editor-in-Chief of Enumclaw.com I am making a formal complaint regarding the conduct of your office and, specifically, of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Jason Simmons and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Rich Anderson.
Both Mr. Simmons and Mr. Anderson have displayed a shocking lack of professionalism on multiple occasions and their behavior reflects extremely poorly on your office.
On January 21, 2013, two representatives of Enumclaw.com – ———-, a videographer, and ———, a reporter – attended State vs. unrelated (#12C00—-). The Deputy Prosecuting Attorney was Jason Simmons. From the beginning it was clear Mr. Simmons did not approve of the Enumclaw.com representatives in the courtroom, and he made a specific point of calling the Judge’s attention to their so-called “affiliation” with the defendant in another case he was working on (Exhibit A). The “affiliations” of Enumclaw.com are completely irrelevant, and have no bearing on the constitutional right of the media to attend a public trial (Exhibit B). If Mr. Simmons feels that media cannot be affiliated with anyone who is a defendant in a court case, he should take care to avoid hypocrisy. Mr. Simmons also participated in a hearing on December 7, 2012, attended by a cameraman from Fox News. However, Mr. Simmons somehow failed to mention to the Judge all the connections between News Corp. and various court cases.
Mr. Simmons raised no official objection and even admitted his point had no relevance to the Court, or to Mr. Walker and Mr. Owens’ right to be there. By doing so, he confirmed his statement was based purely on his own personal opinion and prejudice, which is in direct opposition to the Constitution of the United States.
Mr. Simmons also made a snide accusation to ——– which he referred to Enumclaw.com as “claiming” to be media. However, when Court resumed, Mr. Simmons himself referred to our representatives as “the media” when addressing the Judge.
I have noted the behavior of Mr. Simmons shows a clear pattern of unprofessionalism and intimidation when he feels he can get away with it. He appears to be the courtroom equivalent of a child who bullies his classmates during recess and then sits attentively and innocently in class to impress the teacher. Again, this does not reflect well upon the Prosecutor’s Office and gives me grave concerns about the ethical standards being upheld in our Courts.
Enumclaw.com is an on-line news service which features articles, stories, and opinions from a wide range of sources. In the last three months it has received over 30,000 unique visitors and been linked to by national news outlets.
Mr. Simmons dislike of Enumclaw.com is prejudicial and should not be tolerated. The United States Constitution guarantees freedom of religion and freedom of the press, and Enumclaw.com representatives have a right to attend public court proceedings and report on them freely, without intimidation or ridicule (Exhibit C). ….

Part of the legal corrupting process down at the King County Prosecutor’s Office is the prosecutorial committee. By attacking with committees the Prosecutor’s Office can hide each perversion of the law by deflecting to the other prosecutors. This blunt-force battering ram against a defendant further weakens the ability to present the truth in court. This is why Prosecutor Dan Satterberg, of King County Washington, specifically assigned his expert Prosecutor Mark Larson and team to head up the debar of Athena Dean Holtz’s hate crime against Timothy Williams – Sound Doctrine Church, Salt Shaker Bookstore and Winepress Publishing. These King County Prosecutors are Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Rich Anderson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson, Prosecutor David Seaver all of who in the last 3 minutes of closing arguments against Malcolm Fraser placed the name Timothy Williams front and center to the jury because he was the real target. Enumclaw Police, Chief Jim Zoll and Detective Grant McCall, Mike Reynolds City Attorney Enumclaw Wa. Prosecutor Lisa Johnson had no problems with Enumclaw Courier-Herald helping with the set-up, but objected to The Discerning Times Newspaper. Judge Lori K. Smith protected Satterberg’s hate crime trial.
