Tabloid Prosecution: Lurid Prosecutions To Create A Lynch-Mob Jury Box

- Tabloid prosecutions mix actual criminal behavior with actions, thoughts, religious beliefs and opinions that are not illegal so that all becomes an unsufferable and unfashionable pile of false accusations. Tabloid prosecution’s corruption blends reality so that what is legal becomes a false illegality.
- The Tabloid Prosecution is being used to attack political opponents’ religious beliefs and to promote those the government approves to the top of the impure-accusation dung pile.

- Tabloid Prosecutions are a bastardization between the Prosecutor’s Office, Judges and the News. In other words, the lynch mob is now the courtroom.

It was clear from the beginning that this trial was being used to attack Scientology.
“A” typical prosecutor corruption, mind-bending accusations by accusers and corrupting testimonies. In short, the evil art of lying using an absurd 20-year-old allegation where truth has long been corrupted over the decades.
This is precisely why hung jury trials should be, and are in reality, innocent verdicts. Do not be a simp for the state. Prosecutors should only be given one chance, and one chance only, period. Whether Mr. Masterson is guilty or not, we will now never know except by the grace of God, because Judge Charlaine F Olmedo and the prosecutors live, promote, and maintain the lie that this was a trial by truth and justice. The trial was impure, meaningless, and evil because of the corrupted laws, rulings, and prosecutor methodologies.
These prosecutors will reap eternal damnation for such corruptions – unless they repent. “They have sunk deep into corruption; God will remember their wickedness and punish them for their sins.” (Hosea 9:9).
Contrary to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine F Olmedo’s dark lies, Mr. Masterson is the victim of a legal system sunk deep into corruption. Make no mistake, these types of court jestings are not trials on any level, and this case demonstrates the full corrupt tactics of the State to displace reality with their pride.
The first trial ended in November 2022 with a hung jury, but the judge opted to re-try the case in front of a new set of jurors. The major difference between the two trials related to the allegation of drugging. In the first trial, the women testified that they felt weak or woozy and had little memory after taking a drink prepared by Masterson, but the prosecution did not outright say that Masterson had drugged the women. In the retrial, prosecutors argued that Masterson had in fact drugged them.
This year Danny Masterson was found guilty of rape and sentenced.
Famously known for being part of the cast of Fox’s “That 70’s Show” and Netflix’s “The Ranch,” Masterson was looking at the possibility of a sentence of 30 years to life in prison.
In May of this year, the actor was found guilty by the jury of two of the three charges of forcible rape he was accused of. The accusations were of him raping three women in his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003 while he was starring in “That 70’s Show.” These convictions were for the incidents that happened in 2003, but the jury could not reach a verdict on the allegation from November 2001 involving a former girlfriend, though the majority of members voted to convict. The actor maintains his innocence.
