The devil was not bluffing when he tempted Jesus by offering Him all governments down through human history.
The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, “I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. So if you worship me, it will all be yours.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’ ” (Luke 4:5-8)
The Consider Podcast is not attempting to make any lasting reforms to government.
Simply put lasting righteous reform has never been possible.
If any temporary reform should take place – so be it – but we on The Consider Podcast have renounced vengeance disguised as the current state of law.
Jesus put it this way:
And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:7-8)
