Right, and it was a total miracle that Jessica Gambill (mother of the accuser) and Athena Dean Holtz (in-law to Jessica Gambill) were able to steal roommate(s) possessions.

When the video was presented to Expert Prosecutor Mark Larson and team Jessica Gambill told them “it was all lies.”

That’s right Prosecutor Jason Simmons, Rich Anderson and Lisa Johnson, part of the Mark Larson Team shrugged their shoulders and moved on to attack Timothy Williams through Malcolm Fraser.

2011 Canceled Debt & 2014 Miracle Theft

• A nice little backstory on how Athena Dean Holtz achieved this “miracle” theft in the infographic at the bottom of this post.
• Indeed, another nice backstory for theft of intellectual property that was on WinePress Publishing’s computer servers on the leased property from Mike Reynolds.

Mr. Reynolds, you had no business canceling Athena’s lease agreements and debts! Now you have given her the power to let loose to destroy others, naturally, Mr. Reynolds stood unconcerned, so hoping to get through his self-centered skull I warned him Athena Dean Holtz could go after him, …she will cause you harm. -Timothy Williams

Pause, thinking, …I don’t see any way she can harm me. She can’t touch me, I am a prosecutor. -The Mike Reynolds City of Enumclaw Attorney and Landlord for WinePress Publishing and Salt Shaker Bookstore.

Mike Reynolds for some bizarre reason cancel all of Athena Dean’s debt and removed her from the lease agreements with the Salt Shaker Bookstore and WinePress Publishing! Not only did Mike Reynolds cancel Ms. Holtz’s debts, lease agreements but in the coming months conspired with her.

That no one at WinePress or the Salt Shaker Bookstore were informed about these actions by Mike Reynolds, Enumclaw Police Adviser and Landlord, goes without writing. Very strange indeed that Mike Reynolds so readily agreed to Athena Dean Holtz’s requests.

Not only was the responding email by Athena Dean Holtz queasy with familiarity but this from a woman who prides herself in getting men to value her more than “their wives.”

“Some of the men whom I worked with began to need me more than their wives!” (p. 67) Athena Dean Holtz is now on her 4th marriage. She is married to the pastor of The Summit Church where Jessica Gambill and Athena Dean Holtz attended at the time of the hate crime activity.

King County’s Protected Class

Oh, well, as everyone knows, for Mike Reynolds would often tell me, in the King County Court system it is all “So what” unless you are of a protected group. Sure enough Prosecutor David Seaver informed the King County Appeals Court that they should keep secret what Detective Grant McCall did, and did not do, towards the man Satterberg sent to prison for life complements of Athena Dean Holtz and Detective Grant McCall.  Sure enough, the Appeals Court promptly obeyed Dan Satterberg’s demands for secret police work – or – non-work.

Mike Reynolds, both landlord and Enumclaw City Attorney in 2011 canceled all Athena Dean Holtz’s rent agreements, and all debt associated with WinePress Publishing and The Salt Shaker Bookstore, only to, in 2014 present to Athena Dean Holtz all WinePress property.

Mike Reynolds cancelled Athena Dean Holtz debts in 2011, then in 2014 the “miracle” happened.

The “miracle” Athena Dean Holtz is referring to is the workings of her and Mike Reynolds City of Enumclaw Prosecuting Attorney and adviser to the Enumclaw Police. The very Enumclaw Police you can see in the video helping Athena Dean Holtz steal property and asking, “Where is your church located?”

Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg must be very happy that miracle worker Mike Reynolds rewarded Athena Dean Holtz for the winning court case that vilified pastor Timothy Williams for the State of Washington.

Detective Grant McCall’s 30% Doctrine

In King County Court, Detective Grant McCall testified that Timothy Williams’s doctrines only agreed with him to the tune of 30%. Police Jim Zoll, though working daily with Mike Reynolds and being responsible for Detective Grant McCall knew nothing of anything.

Detective Grant McCall, of the Enumclaw Police, should not flattery himself so much, as Timothy Williams Bible doctrines have 0% agreement with his. 0% because the doctrine I preach does not frame others, does not spread evil suspicions and would never abuse power for selfish ends. 0% because such is the opposite of the love of Jesus as the ends never justify the means. 0% because he who does not love does not know God thus making all doctrine worse than meaningless.The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love. (1 John 4:8)

But hey, Timothy Williams was not placed on the Enumclaw Religious Police approved list that Detective Grant McCall must head up. Yea, it is a real mystery why the hate crime worked as many are guilty of using lies, exaggeration of lies and group slander to destroy another’s a religious belief. Those who laid the foundation of lies knew all too well that the most gullible individuals are the professionals in the legal system. It is they who are most guilty.

God is clear framing others because you do not like their doctrines is not only sinfully criminal but if Detective Grant McCall were not part of the Dan Satterberg protected class he would be in prison.

There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers. Part of the legal corrupting process down at the King County Prosecutor’s Office is the prosecution committee. By attacking with committees, the Prosecutor’s Office can hide each perversion of the law by deflecting to the other prosecutors. This blunt-force battering ram against a defendant further weakens the ability to present the truth in court. This is why Prosecutor Dan Satterberg specifically assigned his expert Prosecutor Mark Larson and team to head up the debar of Athena Dean Holtz’s hate crime against Timothy Williams.

These King County Prosecutors are Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Rich Anderson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson, Prosecutor David Seaver, all of who in the last 3 minutes of closing arguments against Malcolm Fraser, placed the name Timothy Williams before the jury because he was the real target.

Enumclaw Police, Chief Jim Zoll and Detective Grant McCall, Mike Reynolds City Attorney and landlord of Redemption Press all gave Satterberg his desired hate crime against Sound Doctrine Church, Salt Shaker Bookstore and Winepress Publishing because Timothy Williams was a part of their functioning.

In 2011, Athena Dean Holtz marketed a hate crime and because it was against Christians, or whom other Christians didn’t like, King County Prosecutors abused every legal trick down at the King County Court House including obstructing investigations into the hate crime because such are crimes Dan Satterberg is known to accept.

Athena Dean Holtz and Jessica Gambill without any hesitation gloat in public because Prosecutor Dan Satterberg’s Office declared So what to evidence.

Only one caveat, be sure and give Mr. Satterberg a hate crime his office can abuse.

Fact is Prosecutor David Seaver wrote in his legal brief that what Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall did in his set-up is nobody’s business – that the court should keep it a secret.

Detective Grant McCall word-for-word planted words for the False Accuser (Jessica Gambill’s daughter), while Athena Dean Holtz sat outside the Enumclaw Police Station.

There is no wonder to it that Ms. Holtz and Ms. Gambill can stand at the front door of the old WinePress building, having taken down WinePress’ sign, replacing it with their new sign, Redemption Press, and it be a time to gloat.

Athena Dean Holtz, and the False Accuser’s mother, Jessica Gambill, are standing with smiles, folded arms and cool sunglasses at the use-to-be-Winepress Publishing door because the law was radically abused.

City Attorney Mike Reynolds and advisor to the Enumclaw Police was the landlord for WinePress Publishing and is currently the landlord for Redemption Press.

Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg was told in 2011 that Athena Dean Holtz and Jessica Gambill were involved in a hate crime to destroy WinePress Publishing.

Satterberg’s attitude was not just “So what” and now fast-forwarding to 2015 Athena Dean Holtz and Jessica Gambill can freely strut their hate crime fraud and theft for all to see. Prosecutor Dan Satterberg specifically assigned “Expert” Prosecutor Mark Larson to arrange Athena Dean Holtz’s hate crime into a trial his office could profit from – and many have profited.

As there is zero, really minus 100 chance that Prosecutor Dan Satterberg charges, arrests and prosecutes liars, especially liars against Christians, everyone is free to profit from a Washington State endorsed hate crime. Now, of course, the message has gone out loud-and-clear that Prosecutor Dan Satterberg’s Office encourages liars to come forward with accusations. Indeed, Prosecutor David Seaver, of Satterberg’s Office, writes that every attempt will be to keep such lying secret and protected even from cross-examination.

At this stage of the legal game anyone prosecuted by Dan Satterberg’s Office, the evidence should be held in the highest degree of doubt…way beyond a reasonable doubt. If the hate crime against Sound Doctrine Church, Winepress Publishing and Salt Shaker Bookstore is harbored, then nothing can be trusted within the King County Court System.

Eye Contact – Pattern of Police Targeting

The mounting harassment by the Enumclaw Police is the same bad attitude that the Baltimore Police have displayed in their false arrest and van ride to a man who died. My wife and I were focused in on for the exact same reason, eye contact.

Fortunately, my wife and I got out of McDonald’s and Enumclaw fast enough before Chief Jim Zoll and fellow officers surrounded us that night. Evidently, Mike Reynolds, City of Enumclaw Prosecutor and Landlord for Athena Dean Holtz’s Redemption Press, promised an independent investigation into other matters only resulted in this police abuse (investigation buried).

First

First, Mike Reynolds promised if I got letters, there would be an independent investigation. Got the letters but Mike Reynolds stalled to protect the Enumclaw Police, then Malcolm Fraser was arrested. Naturally, next I was promised an investigation “after the trial.”

Now you know another reason why WinePress Publishing, The Salt Shaker Christian Bookstore, and Sound Doctrine Church were run out of the city of Enumclaw.

That Mike Reynolds, City of Enumclaw Prosecutor and property owner in Enumclaw, conspired with Athena Dean Holtz to the destruction of WinePress Publishing, is now common knowledge – self-evident as the picture above demonstrates.

The pictures from one of Athena Dean Holtz’s hate crime blog, along with the False Accusers mother, are trophies that can be boasted about because Dan Satterberg gave his stamp of approval to this defrauding.

Everyone needs to understand that if you are a target of these Prosecutors they will frame their prosecutions against you regardless of the truth. Clearly the Washington State Bar Association has thrown open the gates to unethical and self-advancement in the State of Washington. Do not let Prosecutor Seaver, and their like, use your desire for truth and facts against you – let it sink in, they just are not interested in such matters as facts and evidence. The “new law enforcement” now means that if you are focused in on Satterberg will create the crime out of nothing – even if you have not committed a crime.

As Prosecutor David Seaver stated, defrauding someone’s property is easier than “walking in the front door with a gun.” – do say.

“It’s easier to rip off a bank in a real estate swindle than by walking in the front door with a gun,” said David Seaver, a King County deputy prosecutor who is part of a new law enforcement working group targeting mortgage fraud.”

Clearly Prosecutor David Seaver’s new “targeting” is against unapproved individuals those Satterberg can use in a hate crime setup.

Because of King County Prosecutor David Seaver‘s token words of disapproval toward Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall’s literal set-up these abuses mounted to the defrauding of businesses, a church and destruction of innocent families. Mike Reynolds, City of Enumclaw Attorney and Landlord for Redemption Press, along with Athena Dean Holtz and Jessica Gambill understand all too well the worthlessness of such token words by King County Prosecutors. Thus, some individuals enjoy dancing to the tune of Dan Satterberg’s in-court attitude of, and I quote, “So what” declarations towards the evidence.

This is one hate crime Dan Satterberg choked out every last gasp of the truth and so Athena Dean Holtz and Jessica Gambill (mother of the accuser) are free to strut their prize in full view of everyone. As God reveals, the wicked freely strut about when what is vile is honored among men.  Little wonder there are no Christians working at the King County Prosecutor’s Office.

Enumclaw Police Eye Contact Harassment

Many factors came together in this perfect storm of a hate crime and like any storm, the harassment by Detective Grant McCall went years back. However, in 2012 of September 16th, my wife and I were intimidated by the Enumclaw Police Department. This was duly reported to Mike Reynolds but with every single thing we have reported, nothing was done and a backlash occurred.

Chief Jim Zoll, on a Sunday night, had time—to the surprise of another—to sit with at least six Enumclaw Police officers. Once Chief Zoll and others recognized the “cult leader” in town, tensions began to mount…especially since we had asked for an independent investigation. Of course, contrary to promises, this request was duly buried under the carpet.

It was clear to my (then healthy) wife that pressure to intimidate was being set into motion. My wife and I quietly and smoothly left McDonald’s. This is the same Chief Zoll who testified had no clue what Grant McCall did during the Malcolm Fraser “investigation” but is consistently seen around Enumclaw eating and visiting with his police force. The Enumclaw City Council would do far more good for the City if they required the Police Chief to stop chumming with fellow officers and actually control his force. For no matter how well distraction laws might be written, the trouble lies with those who bully and gaslight.

The Enumclaw Police already had a baseline of bias laid down by “Christian” Detective Grant McCall. Now add to that the fuel of our demands for an independent investigation by the sheriff’s department you will then understand the surprise visit, first thing Monday morning by the sheriff’s office. I can only assume this was a show of solidarity for the misconduct of Detective Grant McCall; just another “wink-wink” in a massive file of bias directed at those who only agree with 30% of Detective Grant McCall’s “Christian” doctrine.

Basic Report 2012 McDonald’s

September 16, 2012
Around 9:30pm

Location: McDonald’s, Enumclaw WA
My wife, Carla, and I went into McDonald’s.

Upon arrival 5 to 6 Enumclaw police officers were sitting in the back right-hand corner, next to the napkins and condiments.

A silver/white-haired officer saw me as I quietly got my napkins and did an obvious “double-take” to the icy chill being sent towards myself and my wife.

In 2012, my then healthy wife, who died in 2013, and I went to the other end of McDonald’s lounge and sat down for a Sunday night ice cream cone at the local Enumclaw McDonald’s restaurant. This would be the far left corner of the restaurant, second booth from the corner as someone, namely Enumclaw Police Chief Jim Zoll and roughly six other Enumclaw Police were sitting in the corner booth.

The silver/white-haired officer could see me where I was sitting, but I made no eye contact. I continued to look toward the counter of McDonald’s. We quietly ate two hamburgers and an ice cream cone as my wife observed the direct intimidating looks.

When my wife went to the counter to get the ice cream cone, one officer motioned to another to look. That officer then appeared to get onto the other one for “staring” too long.

One officer made a cellphone call.

We finished our meal without making any eye contact.

Upon leaving McDonald’s, we observed an unmarked police car coming into the parking lot at high speed.

We pulled out and made a left on 410.

As we waited for the stoplight to turn green, a marked Enumclaw Police car, also traveling at high speed, came through the intersection.

In my rearview and side mirrors, I observed this police car turn on its right turn signal and turn in the direction of McDonald’s.

It is hard to find any explanation for these two cars speeding into McDonald’s at that exact time, other than being alerted to our presence there moments earlier.

This kind of intimidation and overreaction creates the potential for a “mob mentality” and is highly concerning to the average citizen—especially when displayed by local law enforcement.

Next Morning Sheriff Visit

The next morning there was a visit from the Sheriff’s Department.

A nice gas lighting approach to just getting a cup of coffee and one of many events where the sheriff made their presence known in the coming years. Many visits coinciding when Mike Reynolds, as landlord for Winepress Publishing and the Salt Shaker Bookstore was putting the pressure on to sign his rent agreement because he “held all the cards.” True, Mike Reynolds did hold all the cards as long as you give Dan Satterberg what he can use and that is why Winepress Publishing, Salt Shaker Bookstore, and Sound Doctrine Church were run out of the City of Enumclaw.

Quite convenient considering everything but I do not consider such thuggery a “miracle, I now have in my possession all of the author files.” What arrogant boasting Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg has enabled where thieves can openly boast of their muggings and hate crimes.

When this McDonald’s event was reported to Mike Reynolds city Prosecutor through my lawyer Mr. Reynolds glanced at the report, handed it back to me, then began one of many cover-ups for the city. All of this continued by Mike Reynolds causing matters to escalate until Malcolm Fraser was framed by Athena Dean Holtz and Detective McCall by giving Dan Satterberg’s Office of King County Washington lies he could use.
