While we commend the noble rules like 8.3b established by the Washington State Supreme Court, they hold no value when applied by Judge Beth M. Andrus and Judge Lori K. Smith, as their integrity is one of unwise corruptions. However, we eagerly extend our gratitude to the Supreme Court on behalf of the few judges who may exercise sound judgment to reel in the out-of-control prosecutors and police overwhelming the court system in Washington State.
