Clearly truth and justice were not a considered factor to the team of Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Rich Anderson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson.

Not Just Unconstitutional
To state that the trial was unconstitutional is to imply that there was something lawful, but kinda missed on a legal level. Nothing could be further from reality.
Little did I know that one more Scripture would be fulfilled in my non-special, or is it un-special life. “If a wise man goes to court with a fool, the fool rages and scoffs, and there is no peace.” (Proverbs 29:9)
But alas, the only way Prosecutor Mark Larson and Team could win was to rage and scoff ensuring there was as little peace and truth in the courtroom.
Judge Lori K. Smith biased the jury for the State of Washington when she gave King County Prosecutor Jason Simmons further corrupt license to be absurd when stating, “You will hear a lot of objections …it is his job.”

You got that straight. King County Prosecutor jobs are to object, object and then object. Not rational objections, but just objects to stop the flow of truth and justice so that the State of Washington can win at all costs. Thus, keeping in form with Prosecutor Abuse King County Courts given the go-ahead by Judge Lori K. Smith fully engaged themselves in guiding a hate crime along with abusing the word “objection.”
The fashioning of juries into a dumb down idol for the Washington State legal system happens long before a select twelve have been selected who do not believe in evidence. For now the trial of Malcolm Fraser was not a conviction based upon facts or evidence, but only on day-after-day character assassination.
So true is this fact that when Prosecutor Jason Simmons concluded to the jury he was unable to present for the State of Washington one single piece of evidence that a crime had been committed.
Indeed, Prosecutor Jason Simmons only refuting to evidence that dates, house-layout, physical handicap, high-pitched screams testified by the False Accuser and structure of Sound Doctrine Church was “So what.” That was it, “So what.” Prosecutor Jason Simmons proved zero.
Zero house lay-out, zero that no one could hear the False Accuser scream at the top of her lungs, zero on the dates, zero on the physical ability, zero on any factual aspect – even zero on what Timothy Williams, which Prosecutor Jason Simmons told the jury in the last 3 minutes of closing “writes the books.” (This was an old slander spread around by Athena Dean Holtz’s church The Summit)
By the way future juries – it is the states job to prove a crime took place, not to “just assume” everyone on the defense is lying. In short, to find someone guilty the jury must be able to prove the defense is lying.
That Judge Lori K. Smith and King County Prosecutors badgered, corrupted and twisted the law so that everything is darkly backwards – well – it is just a matter of so-what to them.
Lack the Devil, who can only object to everything about a Holy God all Prosecutor Jason Simmons was left with was, “objection, objection.” God being a God of truth and justice deals in facts, the devil, being corrupt can only accuse.
Think of Stalin and Russia with the purges of those who did not toe the party line. How such became a feeding frenzy of accusation is like Washington States Wenatchee child-abuse witch-hunt of King County Prosecutions. Athena Dean Holtz and gang knew this and Prosecutor Mark Larson and Team certainly seized the lies to advance themselves.

Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. (Revelation 12:10)

Prosecutor Mark Larson and King County Prosecutor Jason Simmons knew they had nothing but a contradictory hate crime of emotion to work with – thus – all that was left were accusations and objections to every sentence declared – whether the objection made any rational sense or not. Even, unto, objections that Sound Doctrine Church implemented an abuse prevention program.
Thus, the legal lynch-mob was formed over objections to a serving, helpful, kind cup of coffee.
Objection To Coffee

In reality, the cup of coffee is highly significant to the truth in this witch-hunt on multiple levels. But, of course, Judge Lori K. Smith would not let the issue proceed.
The corrupt purpose of the objections, even to coffee, by Prosecutor Mark Larson and Team was to create confusion, obstruct justice by frustrating complete sentence structures and thought process. Just Lori K. Smith had given crate-blanch to Prosecutors to kill the truth and they did so to the point even Judge Smith grew impatient at times.
King County Prosecutors have to keep what’s important ready on their lips.
Even the movies instruct that when you don’t have any evidence, when the evidence points in a different direction, when you are in a corner, when you are covering up your own incompetence, or covering up your cover up — then object to everything.
The video below cannot attempt to do justice to how ridiculous all the objections were. But it is all Prosecutor Mark Larson and Team had as there was zero evidence the crime had been committed. There was, and is, overwhelming evidence of a hate crime committed by Athena Dean Holtz so Prosecutor Jason Simmons with pump-up sessions between takes by Prosecutor Rich Anderson were left with was, “objections.” Any reasonable person that might serve on the jury that declared “yes you need evidence” was sent packing.
Folks, we are talking about 25 days of constant, relentless, diverting, wearing-some, overwhelming absurd applications of the word objection.
Prosecutor Jason Simmons asked potential jurors if they believed evidence was required for a guilty verdict.

This is why Prosecutor Dan Satterberg, of King County Washington, specifically assigned his expert Prosecutor Mark Larson and team to head up the debar of Athena Dean Holtz’s hate crime against Timothy Williams – Sound Doctrine Church, Salt Shaker Bookstore and Winepress Publishing. These King County Prosecutors are Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Rich Anderson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson, Prosecutor David Seaver all of who in the last 3 minutes of closing arguments against Malcolm Fraser placed the name Timothy Williams front and center to the jury because he was the real target. Enumclaw Police, Chief Jim Zoll and Detective Grant McCall, Mike Reynolds City Attorney Enumclaw Wa. Prosecutor Lisa Johnson had no problems with Enumclaw Courier-Herald helping with the set-up, but objected to The Discerning Times Newspaper. Judge Lori K. Smith protected Satterberg’s hate crime trial.

The destruction done to Timothy Williams is deep and hard. The church, any work, any labor, any love that I gave my attention to was not your normal righteousness. Throwing rocks at a child’s sandcastle compared to stones thrown at Michelangelo Pieta makes the point.
Sound Doctrine church far surpassed as a model of righteousness, structure and safety. Those who remotely believed the lies, repeated the lies on any level about Sound Doctrine Church, Salt Shaker Bookstore and WinePress Publishing are in for the, repeat, the shock of their life. Nothing is just a cup of coffee.
I do not play games and whether it be loving my wife or laboring at life’s work the foundations of quality, proof of quality and setting the standard for others to follow are going in a stupor of sad shock when they are confronted with the truth.
Nothing I did was normal good, normal quality or normal churchie meetings. Though Prosecutor Rich Anderson refused to acknowledge the last letter of Athena Dean Holtz, the stupidest thing he has every done, and it should be clear by now to any novus this is the narrow road and gate of a holy Jesus. Such will find a good tasering to be a fun event compared to the Truth I preached and lived when the Truth comes to Light.

The second stupidest thing is to refuse the offer of mercy, but I haven’t been too impressed with any smarts around me when it came to going after Timothy Williams, Salt Shaker Bookstore, Sound Doctrine Church, WinePress Publishing or Carla Williams who is now in the presence of a holy God.
