Malcolm Fraser has a condition know as Phimosis.
This made the False Accusers claims a lie.
Prosecutor Jason Simmons produced zero expert witnesses to prove for the State of Washington that the condition would not have made the crime, as testified, impossible.
Remember, it is supposed to be that the State must prove a crime, not a defendant prove his innocence. Judge Lori K. Smith and King County Prosecutors ensured that justice had been flipped upon itself. Such is called a lynching.
The jury was instructed and told when it came to this issue of Phimosis to just say “So what.”
Indeed, please read this slowly, the State of Washington, Prosecutor Mark Larson and Team did not produce a single piece of evidence proving the crime had taken place. It is the State of Washington that has to prove Malcolm Fraser was there on those dates. These King County Prosecutors did not even attempt to offer any, ZERO, evidence – they, and Judge Lori K. Smith instructed the jury to just say “So what.” Oh yea, and that Timothy Williams “writes the books.”
Why not lie and accuse, King County Prosecutors advertise that they will not prosecute those who make false accusations if such accusations benefit the prosecutor’s office. A perfect fit for Athena Dean Hotlz’s marketed hate crime who has sold a bill of goods her whole life.
Beyond that what accusations the False Accuser and the King County Prosecutors stated, in terms of factual aspects were proven to be wrong. So why did the jury find guilty – the hate crime was spilled over into the court-room by the guiding hand of Judge Lori K. Smith.
The reason Prosecutor Mark Larson and Team refused to produce one expert witness is that they had more than probable cause to know this crime was impossible. They reasoned this case could be won on political correctness alone ~ and they were correct.

We find this highly hypocritical since Prosecutor Simmons enabled Athena Dean to inflame the hatred and out-right lies against Sound Doctrine Church for the past year only for his office to drop Ms. Dean as his witness on the first day of the trial.

That Prosecutors declare this fundamental lie as an excuse to promote themselves is self-evident by the havoc that office has thrust upon safe families across the United States. Understand that when you talk to a prosecutor you are not talking to a normal, rational individual as that job does not attract such individuals. This is why society finds so much un-professionalism and corruption concentrated in one occupation.
