Satan’s Government Servants

Evil One Controls The Courts

We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one. 1 John 5:19

As has been thoroughly detailed on this site, Judge Lori K Smith and Prosecutor Jason Simmons, in order to railroad a false conviction against setup accusation by City of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall, the right of association was made null-n-void. Prosecutor Jason Simmons and Judge Lori K Smith flat-out declared that the Washington State Constitution freedom of religion was not allowed to be applied in their courtroom.

The fact Satan currently influences the governments of the world, why would the Devil move Judge Lori K Smith and Prosecutor Simmons to destroy such a fundamental right? One answer is to force the true disciples of Jesus into Cain’s field.

Prosecutor Jason Simmons and Judge Lori K Smith, in order to please their god attempted to destroy the freedom not to enter Cain’s murderous field. The constant barge of accusations in the railroaded 28-day trial contained accusation after accusation of who one does or does not associate with.

Who gave Prosecutors, Police and Washington State Judges their inspiration to destroy the right of association? The answer, the spirit of Cain. For the first days King County Prosecutors openly stated: "What are you going to do when your church can no longer meet?" The trial of Malcolm Fraser was not about Mr. Fraser who was setup by Detective Grant McCall. Mr Fraser was only the excuse used to destroy the good deeds of Sound Doctrine Church.

Cain’s Murderous Field

Judge Lori K Smith, Prosecutors, Police and those who either rejected the Good News or turned back on following Jesus are like Cain, who just "want to talk."

While not everyone has the spirit of Cain, those who do have been attempting year after year to kill the faith of others in Jesus.

Obedient disciples of Jesus know better than to enter Cain’s field. It is also shocking how many who have faith in Jesus will follow the murderous Cain.

In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the Lord . But Abel brought fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast. Then the Lord said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it." Now Cain said to his brother Abel, "Let’s go out to the field." And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him. Genesis 4:3-8

Why Murder

Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his brother’s were righteous. Do not be surprised, my brothers, if the world hates you. 1 John 3:12-13

Cain hated his brother Abel because he worshipped God by sacrificing all to a holy God. The reason Judge Lori K Smith, Detective Grant McCall and King County Prosecutors hated Sound Doctrine Church, aka Timothy Williams, was because their actions are evil and legally corrupt, and intricately, they know God is not accepting their beliefs.

The Lesson

The short lesson here is that for the sake of your faith in Jesus, no matter what evil the Washington State legal system decrees, do not go into Cain’s field. It is always better to obey God than man when it comes to the matter of righteous deeds and good works.

But Peter and John replied, "Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God’s sight to obey you rather than God. Acts 4:19

Right of Assocation & Religion

The right of association is a fundamental human right that allows individuals to freely join together with others for a common purpose, interest, or goal. It’s about people having the liberty to form or participate in groups—whether they’re social clubs, trade unions, political parties, religious organizations, or any other voluntary collective—without interference or fear of reprisal, as long as the activities are lawful.

This right is rooted in the broader concept of freedom of expression and assembly. It’s the idea that humans are social creatures who thrive on connection, and restricting that ability stifles both individual liberty and collective progress. Legally, it’s recognized in documents like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 20) and many national constitutions, such as the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which implicitly protects it alongside speech and assembly.

In practice, it means you can organize with coworkers to demand better wages, join a protest movement, or even start a book club without the government—or anyone else—shutting it down unjustly. There are limits, though: if the association’s purpose is illegal (say, a criminal syndicate), the right doesn’t shield it. Courts often balance this right against public safety or order, which can lead to debates about where the line gets drawn.

Historically, it’s been a big deal—think labor movements in the 19th century or civil rights groups in the 20th. Without it, power stays concentrated, and dissent gets crushed. It’s messy, it’s human, and it’s a cornerstone of open societies.

The right of association and freedom of religion are closely intertwined, as they both protect individual and collective liberty in overlapping ways. Freedom of religion, at its core, is the right to believe (or not believe) what you choose, practice your faith, and live according to your spiritual or moral convictions—free from coercion or persecution. The right of association amplifies this by ensuring you can gather with others who share those beliefs, forming communities like churches, mosques, temples, or even informal prayer groups.

Together, they create a framework where religious life can thrive. Freedom of religion gives you the personal space to worship or follow your doctrine, while the right of association lets you build a congregation, hold services, or organize charity aligned with your faith. For example, without association, a group couldn’t legally form a religious school or advocate for their beliefs in public—freedom of religion alone wouldn’t be enough.

Legally, this duo shows up in places like the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment, which covers both free exercise of religion and the right to assemble. Internationally, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ties them together too—Article 18 secures religious freedom, and Article 20 backs association. Courts often wrestle with where one ends and the other begins, especially in cases involving discrimination (e.g., a religious group refusing membership) or public safety (e.g., restricting gatherings during a crisis).

Tensions arise when these rights bump up against other interests. Say a religious group’s practices conflict with laws—like refusing vaccines on faith grounds—or their association excludes people in ways that spark legal challenges (think private clubs versus anti-discrimination rules). History’s full of examples: early Christians meeting in secret under Roman persecution, or modern debates over religious organizations’ tax-exempt status.

In essence, freedom of religion gives you the belief, and association gives you the community to live it out. They’re two sides of the same coin—personal conviction and collective action.

Everything on The Consider Podcast and website has to do with the call for all men and women to repent. Such is an offer of mercy for those willing to follow Jesus by hating their life and picking up their cross. After all, even the demons believe in God, but they are terrified. You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that–and shudder. James 2:19

Washington State Guilty Parties

Without exaggeration King County Courts have zero intrest in evidence, investigations or the truth. Remember this well when showing up for jury duty. Fact: Prosecutors and Judges will use corrupt Police to help script out accusations, not look for evidence, witness tamper and, of course, lie.

While not forgetting those who spread slander, prosecutor Jason Simmons and the cut-throat gang caused many to stumble, sin or fall from the faith. Fear for them because they fear not. See Millstone.

The Lord is slow to anger and great in power; the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished. His way is in the whirlwind and the storm, and clouds are the dust of his feet. Nahum 1:3

Guilty Parties
Washington State
Legal Corruption
Listen to The Consider Podcast or examine overwhelming evidence on www.consider.info, or www.enumclaw.com

The following is basic information and a short list of the guilty parties involved.

The Washington State court system and its associated legal entities are currently engaged in significant abuses of rights. Right rape is now the normal operating procedure in Washington State.

The Washington State Supreme Court has systematically undermined the rights of those accused of crimes, leading to rampant corruption among prosecutors and law enforcement. One example out of many of the court’s devaluation of individual rights is exemplified by its ruling allowing dogs in the courtroom in order to manipulate juries in favor of the State.

The Supreme Court of Washington State by appealing to emotions rather than facts of a case threw open the door for police and prosecutors to promote wide-spread and deep seated corruptions. City of Enumclaw Police and King County Prosecutors seized upon this lawlessness in the name of the law to engage in a hate crime of false accusations.

As one prosecutor in Washington State publicly stated during jury selection, the process for the prosecution and police resembles a "dog and pony show." Thus it is no shock to witness the degrading lawlessness, ignoring of facts and right rape of others within the legal system.

In the case of King County Superior Court, State of Washington, Plaintiff vs. Malcolm Fraser, Defendant, Case No. 12-1-01886-0 Knt, it’s important to clarify that the true plaintiff is, in fact, the King County Superior Court, State of Washington, against Sound Doctrine Church or Timothy Williams who was never charged with a crime in Enumclaw, Washington.

Washington State prosecutors have employed abusive legal strategies to pursue an unfounded charge designed to eliminate Timothy Williams or Sound Doctrine Church from Enumclaw. The defendant, Malcolm Fraser, has been exploited by King County prosecutors and Enumclaw police to indirectly proxy-prosecute Timothy Williams.

Judge Beth M. Andrus exhibited favoritism towards Prosecutor Rich Anderson, even after reprimanding him for making inappropriate, prejudicial, and offensive comments. She downplayed the wrongful actions of City of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall, contributing to a narrative intended to discredit the church and its activities in Enumclaw, ultimately leading to the collapse of a business, church, and bookstore while forcing the church to leave the community. Despite being a pastor’s daughter, Ms. Beth M. Andrus demonstrated a shocking lack of Christian values or even legal common sense.

Judge Lori K. Smith worked with King County prosecutors to hinder and deny the defendant’s ability to present a defense. She turned the criminal proceedings into a chaotic "family court" atmosphere that enabled false accusations to undermine justice. Judge Lori K. Smith, allegedly influenced by being named "Woman of the Year," distorted justice to guarantee a guilty verdict against a man. In short, Judge Lori K. Smith was bribed and, seeking to maintain her social standing abused the rights of the accused.

Prosecutor Dan Satterberg assigned five prosecutors specifically to target the church. Prosecutor Leesa Manion who was supported by Satterberg, takes inappropriate pride in being the first Korean woman to hold a position in the prosecutor’s office. Ms. Manion actively endorses the corrupt practices initiated by Satterberg, including reinstating Prosecutor Rich Anderson.

Detective Grant McCall of the City of Enumclaw was implicated in orchestrating a fabricated hate crime. He deleted evidence and fabricated accusations while refusing to investigate the claims of hatred and the actual crime as charged against Mr. Fraser. Detective Grant McCall and King County Prosecutors knew that a proper inquiry and investigation would expose the falsehoods. King County prosecutors obstructed and suppressed any effort to initiate a proper investigation.

The prosecutor team included Prosecutors Mark Larson, Lisa Johnson, Nicole Weston, Rich Anderson, and Jason Simmons.

This is not an exhaustive list of those who have facilitated, protected, and perpetuated self-serving corruption within the Washington State court system.

In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. Acts 17:30

It is enough for the student to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebub, how much more the members of his household! (Matthew 10:25)

No, Sound Doctrine Church was not a cult; in fact, it was the very antithesis of one. The church bore the fruit of holiness and faith, demonstrated through the love of Jesus until corrupt authorities undermined it.

The opposition, persecution, and prosecution by anti-Christian prosecutors Jason Simmons and Judge Lori K. Smith of Washington State serve as clear evidence of the positive impact of Jesus that was present in Sound Doctrine Church.

1 Thessalonians 2:15
Who killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets and also drove us out. They displease God and are hostile to all men.

City of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall deleted evidence, scripted out accusations, and refused to investigate the actual crime because he was engaged in a hate-crime.

Prosecutor Jason Simmons and the gang of Prosecutors used the accused crime to take down a righteous Christian Church.

The "trial" by Judge Lori K. Smith, who corrupted every means against the defense lasted 28 days. Normally such trial last from 3 to 5 working days.

28 days of relentless the church is bad rather than focusing in on the accusations, which King County Prosecutors admitted they had no evidence for.
