30 Minute Question Session Ignored
Nothing spells corruption by King County Prosecutors, Enumclaw Police and Judges than Judge Lori K. Smith’s directive that the Defense be allowed a whopping 30 minutes to question the False Accuser.
This one example out of hundreds where The Law was irrelevant to King County Prosecutors, Judges and Enumclaw Police demonstrates all to clearly the other absurdities even as Prosecutor Paul Sewell puts it about Jury Duty – all is "a dog and pony show." 1
-
A command King County Prosecutors fully ignored, did not comply and made an asinine excuse for not obeying The Law.
-
But then, it could not be otherwise. King County Prosecutors along with City of Enumclaw Police disobeyed every law, procedure and rudimentary concepts of justice.
-
The major reason for this can be found in Judge Lori K. Smith’s credentials.
King County Prosecutors refused to comply with Judge Lori K. Smith’s 30 minute chat session with the False Accuser because ….
> "No adult could be found."
King County Prosecutor Response In Writing
Note the False Accuser was an adult.
Whopping 30 Minutes
Judge Lori K. Smith ordered a whopping stupid command that the False Accuser could be questioned, are you ready, for 30 minutes.
Judge Smith knew that King County Prosecutors would ignore her order, and they did.
This is one of many reasons that Prosecutor David Sewell refers to jury duty as a "dog and pony show."
Seattle’s, King County Prosecutors have complete contempt for "the law." The excuse Prosecutors not doubt laughingly stated was "that no adult could be found" to bring her to the 30 minute question and answer session. You would have thought the Groomer and Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall who sat along scripting things out could have driven the Accuser to the 30 minute interview. So much for a vigorous defense, let alone any defense!
Compounded with the fact that Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall sat alone with the False Accuser scripting out the accusations there is no such thing as anyone accused of a crime in Seattle’s King County Court system of being able to put up a defense.
More Details
Judge Lori K. Smith reluctantly ordered a whopping 30 minutes to question the False Accuser.
King County Prosecutors, especially Dan Satterberg knew they could just ignore, as they did many other mandates of the law, to obstruct justice and an investigation.
King County Prosecutor David Seaver thus bowing down to injustice made up the most ludicrous of excuses.
That an "adult could not be found" to bring the False Accuser in for the interview Judge Lori K. Smith had ordered.
Gee, King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg brags that he controls 12 million dollars in taxpayer funds somehow could not find one single adult in his department to comply to Judge Lori K. Smith’s order.
Come to think of it, one has to agree that among the King County Prosecutors office "no adult" probably could be found.
Judge Lori K. Smith is such a sycophant judge for King County Prosecutors that King County Prosecutors knew they could just blow off the command of Judge Smith that the defense is allowed a 30-minute interview of the False Accuser.
King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg and Team knew they could get by with lawlessness because Judge Lori K. Smith was in their pocket.
One has to ignore the complete corruption of lawfulness in 30 minutes being considered reasonable on any level for questioning an accuser to even discuss the legalities, or rather, illegalities of King County Prosecutors.
Judge Lori K. Smith ensured, along with King County Prosecutors that this trial was a vote enriching politically correct lynch-mob of a prosecution.
On and on, formulating lies while the judge gave unlawfully all the power to the false accuser she could (Judge Lori K. Smith). Prosecutor Mark Larson, & Team, understood clearly that with Judge Lori K. Smith they could do anything they wanted.
To the point of fact that Prosecutor Mark Seaver would write in a legal brief that the False Accuser could not be brought in for a 30 minute questioning for the defense to question because no adult could be found to bring her
Kept the Jury From Hearing
Not only did King County Judge Lori K. Smith kept the jury from learning and hearing about Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall’s misconduct in this case but she did everything to ensure that the defense could not put up a real defense.
Judge Lori K. Smith sent a very clear message that King County Courts will protect all levels of corruption if it promotes the system. The activities of Enumclaw attorney Mike Reynolds before and after the trial demonstrate all too well that there is nothing Judge Lori K. Smith will not do for her prosecutors.
The arrangement of the Enumclaw Police and City Council by Attorney Mike Reynolds including the promotion to Sargent of policeman Detective Grant McCall; arranging for McCall’s son to work at the Enumclaw Police alongside his dad, the handpicking of the police chief whom Mr. Reyonld’s wanted me to speak with during the hate crime when complaints were brought to his attention, the current land deals and business dealings are thoroughly emboldened because of King County Prosecutors and Judge Lori K. Smith.
Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall found to be full of misconduct thanked Mike Reynolds for his promotion to Sargent in 2019.
The video shows what Judge Lori K. Smith kept from the jury as the prosecution knew she would.
In Judge Lori Smith’s King County Courtroom, all Prosecutor Dan Satterberg and Team had presented to the jury was, "So what!".
That’s it! "So what!"
Because Judge Lori K. Smith is a Prosecutor Judge, she did not flinch at the fact that Washington State, Seattle, King County Prosecutors presented a big fat zero of evidence. Thus Judge Lori Smith was very active in moving the False Accuser’s lies forward for the State of Washington Prosecutors who had blocked any investigations into the hate crime.
King County Prosecutors blabbed on-and-on using the hate crimes slander, lies and evil suspicions as testimony. All of which were not related to the charged crime.
Testimony which fit King County Prosecutors and Dan Satterberg’s Seattle in the news as Prosecutor David Seaver’s likes to point at, anti-Christianity rhetoric.
Naturally there was zero evidence presented by King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg to confirm the slander while Judge Lori K. Smith kept Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall’s religious bigotry and "misconduct" away from the jury.
Judge Lori K. Smith, specifically chosen by King County Prosecutors for this trial thoroughly equipped Prosecutor Jason Simmons and Rich Anderson for a trial that did not back up an accusation with one fact of proof.
Fact is Judge Lori K. Smith had no trouble with the fact that Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall sat alone with the False Accuser and was give word-for-word the formation of an accusation.
Judge Lori K. Smith completely flipped innocent until proven guilty by the State upon itself. This is contrary to all laws and the foundation of any moral system of conduct. You can watch the video yourself for what is properly defined as evidence.
It helps if you are lawless, liberal, gay or a minority but if you play your cards right, you too can set someone up through the courtroom of Judge Lori K. Smith and King County Prosecutors of Seattle Washington. (Enumclaw City Attorney Mike Reynolds stated, "Only gays and minorities have any rights." down at the King County Courthouse.)
Again if you are of the Washington State Bar Association and King County Prosecutor’s ideology or can give them an accusation to advance themselves here is what you do.
Understand also that King County Prosecutors will judge shop through delays and inner office shenanigans to find just the right judge to do their bidding – in this case, it was Judge Lori K. Smith.
Here are the basic steps to taking down a group or individual you do not like.
Find someone to make an accusation, or groom to make an accusation that is vile against a weak individual of the group you do not like and go to step 2.
Find a group of your friends that do not like the person, or group you oppose that are willing to lie, slander, exaggerate, forget the truth while ranting and raving on the stand about being, for example, "self-righteous." See start here for the how-to.
No facts are needed of time, place or that such a situation was even possible ~ just accuse and accuse and accuse. This is exactly what the King County Prosecutor Team appointed by Dan Satterberg did. (Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Rich Anderson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson)
Not only is evidence not needed but King County Prosecutors consider such a nuisance to their self-advancement. Indeed if you need evidence, King County Prosecutors or Judge Lori K. Smith have systems and police more than willing to shape, guide and script-out the accusations, see Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall.
Really, Seattle’s King County Prosecutors are, in their words, "happy" about situations because they have millions to spend on manipulating children and adults unto lies that no one will be allowed to question. Indeed, King County Prosecutors have institutionalized through programs and mechanism the manipulation of children and false accusers.
In the video below, King County Judge Lori K. Smith will help King County Prosecutors find "names" they "are looking for."
Judge Lori K. Smith will even hide from the jury for King County Prosecutors any police misconduct or illegal activities.
Judge Lori K. Smith refused to let this evidence in to help Prosecutor Jason Simmons and Dan Satterberg pursue their anti-Christian lynch-mob. (Seattle Times : Satterberg Joins “anti-Christian Liberals Union”)
And when it comes to closing arguments before a jury Judge Lori K. Smith will not only let Prosecutor Jason Simmons change the False Accusers statements but instruct the jury to just consider all evidence, all reasonable doubt, all laws of physics, all lack of proof just a matter of "So what!"
Judge Lori K. Smith is so adept and stroked by the Washington State Bar Association that even experts that helped design King County Prosecutor and Police procedures are easily manipulated so that a jury finds, contrary to all facts that such things are just "So what" to the State of Washington’s legal procedures.
Pity anyone having their appeal brought before Judge Lori K. Smith because it ain’t gonna happen.
If Judge Lori K. Smith did not have the moral and legal fortitude to vacate the conviction of Malcolm Fraser when such a motion was placed before her, then there is nothing she will not do for the State of Washington and to please King County Prosecutors.
King County Prosecutors and Judges have a long history of hysterical setups, self-advancement prosecutions that are rewarded by sitting Governors of Washington State. See Wenatchee child abuse prosecutions below.
Indeed, 5 Federal Judges have sharply rebuked what King County Prosecutors are permitted to get by with because they join hands with rebellious officials. Corrupt prosecutors and police are not corrupt all by themselves. Fact is the second court appearance by Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall had been so spiced up by lawyers that it no longer resembled any aspect of the truth.
Do not be fooled by Judge Lori K. Smith’s puff piece page, she is a prosecutor judge in and out and is playing word games with the amount of time her updated page proclaims. Judge Lori K. Smith was very active in helping King County Prosecutor Jason Simmons "think of a name", hiding Enumclaw Detective McCall’s bias from the jury and supplanting the need for King County Prosecutors to prove every assertion with facts.
Justice Lori K. Smith for the State of Washington and her best-friends King County Prosecutors worked to block investigations and enhance slander as testimony. Not even the slander was backed up with any evidence! Not one piece of evidence was presented by King County Prosecutors; rather, it was twenty days of those who didn’t like a Christian church protected to lie for the State of Washington.
Such is not a trial in any sense of the word. King County Judge Susan Craighead explains the corruption in King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg’s Office.
That Judge Lori K. Smith was rewarded for her extreme bias in favor of King Count Prosecutors by Governor Jay Robert Inslee, Seattle, Washington State is evidence enough as to why Governor Jay Robert Inslee refused to initiate an investigation when I contacted his office. However, he did warn King County Prosecutor Lisa Johnson that her name was mentioned.
Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall sits alone with the False Accuser scripting out the accusations for the False Accuser.
Athena Dean Holtz sits outside the Enumclaw Police Station waiting eagerly for Detective Grant McCall to finish the script-out production so the pre-arranged media frenzy Ms. Holtz had arranged can be set into motion.
King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg along with the gang of King County Prosecutors applauded!
No wonder to it that King County Prosecutors approved of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall, whom Athena Dean Holtz conspired with, of sitting alone with the False Accuser turning on and off the voice recorder at will. Athena Dean Holtz sat outside the Enumclaw Police Station while Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall directed the false accusation.
Athena Dean Holtz sat outside the Enumclaw Police Station while Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall directed the false accusation.
Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall literally performed a fill in the blank setup of false accusations. Detective McCall would state,
Then he [M.F.] ____ u-huh
Then he _____ – yea
Then he __ – nod
Then he __
Then he __
— turn off recorder —
Then he __
Then he __
Then he __
Then he __
Then he __
— turn off recorder —
The he ____ while turning on and off the record throughout the whole manufactured interview.
…and so it went.
It doesn’t take an expert, though one at great cost was provided to Judge Lori K. Smith that the whole interview was "worthless." That the officer, that is, Detective McCall, of Enumclaw Washington, presented every thought "first" was very useful to King County Courts.
Judges Catering To Corruption / Governor Chris Gregoire
Remember Governor Chris Gregoire of Washington State?
The one in the picture smiling with current Governor Jay Inslee?
Well, governor Chris Gregoire was one of the prosecutors in the infamous Wenatchee Child Abuse Witch Hunt Prosecution in King County Washington.
This governor-appointed and liked Judge Lori K. Smith, which goes a long, long, long way in explaining the deep corruption in the Prosecutors Offices in Washington State. If governor Chris Gregoire liked me, I’d be worried, very worried indeed.
As a side note, don’t bother requesting information on the Wenatchee Child Abuse Witch-hunt Prosecution because they have buried the information and will give you the bureaucratic run-around. Which, of course, is against the law, but that is a different matter. Below is a bottom-line statement that demonstrates Washington Prosecutors’ method of prosecution by Salem Witch-hunt methods.
In 1998, Dr. Phillip Esplin, a forensic psychologist for the National Institutes of Health’s Child Witness Project said that "Wenatchee may be the worst example ever of mental health services being abused by a state … to control and manage children who have been frightened and coerced into falsely accusing their parents and neighbors of the most heinous of crimes." – Wenatchee child abuse prosecutions
Governor Jay Inslee would go on to crush freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and freedom of association to further the ultra-radical gay agenda in the State of Washington. Judges know that in the State of Washington if you want to get ahead, advance yourself and be esteemed by your colleges then allow and enhance the attack upon Christianity. Just request your free gay bumper sticker for the Seattle Police if you need tangible proof. Anyone, not gay-enough to suit the State of Washington will be attack
