Answering Prosecutor Jason Simons Questions
First a section from Psalm 109
O God, whom I praise, do not remain silent, for wicked and deceitful men have opened their mouths against me; they have spoken against me with lying tongues. With words of hatred they surround me; they attack me without cause. In return for my friendship they accuse me, but I am a man of prayer. They repay me evil for good, and hatred for my friendship. Appoint an evil man to oppose him; let an accuser stand at his right hand. Psalm 109:1-6
The following provides succinct responses to the inquiries regarding the allegations presented in Woman of the Year Judge Lori K Smith’s railroading court proceedings conducted by Prosecutor Jason Simmons.
(01) Are you familiar with a group called the Sound Doctrine Church?
Yes, I am familiar with Sound Doctrine Church. Until I retired as the Scriptures instruct, I served as the pastor of the congregation in the City of Enumclaw. After all, pastoring was not about me: For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. 2 Corinthians 4:5
(02) How did you come to join the Sound Doctrine Church, and where was it located at that time?
I became a member of the universal church belonging to Jesus when I was baptized for the forgiveness of sins around 1975. The local church you refer to was situated in the City of Enumclaw, but my membership extends to all believers throughout history and across the globe. But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself. John 12:32
(03) How many members would you estimate were part of the church?
The number varied over time, typically fluctuating between 20 to 50 individuals. This aligns with Jesus’ practice of organizing groups into fifties. But he said to his disciples, "Have them sit down in groups of about fifty each." The disciples did so, and everybody sat down. Luke 9:15
(04) What initially attracted your family to the church?
The term "family" is broad. The individuals drawn to Sound Doctrine Church are individually called by the Living God. There was nothing to "attract" individuals to the church other than the Truth and love that is from God. He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. Isaiah 53:2
(05) Did joining the Sound Doctrine Church affect your family connections, aside from those already discussed?
Yes, there is always a positive experience in pursuing a self-disciplined and holy life. Marriages were strengthened, joy filled the home, and a sense of purpose, meaning, and excitement prevailed, unless certain family members opposed Jesus. Following Him can be divisive in a similar way to political views when others do not seek peace with the church member. It is rare for a whole household to become believers, but it can happen. They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved–you and your household." Acts 16:31 Unfortunately, and you played the hate card to the fact that most family relations are strained because of Jesus. Though never the fault of the Christian it is a very sad reality.
(06) Is WinePress Publishing associated with Sound Doctrine Church in any way?2
No, WinePress was entirely separate from Sound Doctrine Church; Timothy Williams ensured that distinction. While some church members worked at WinePress, many others did not belong to Sound Doctrine Church. Indeed, customers, conferences and promotion of author’s books had nothing to do with the church. No one serving as a soldier gets involved in civilian affairs–he wants to please his commanding officer. 2 Timothy 2:4
(07) Were friends from the home schooling group members of the Sound Doctrine Church?
The home schooling group, organized by Carla Williams, involved a large network of individuals and events not connected to Sound Doctrine Church. Many friends were not associated with it and there is always a sense of friendship among those who do home school. Washington State because of the opposition by government officials and prosecutors naturally creates a quick bond of friendship.1 All those who were in distress or in debt or discontented gathered around him, and he became their leader. About four hundred men were with him. 1 Samuel 22:2
(08) Are you familiar with the Salt Shaker Bookstore?
Yes, and you can view photos of what was destroyed by you here on the site. For you, brothers, became imitators of God’s churches in Judea, which are in Christ Jesus: You suffered from your own countrymen the same things those churches suffered from the Jews, who killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets and also drove us out. They displease God and are hostile to all men 1 Thessalonians 2:14-15
(09) To start, what is a rebuke? What does it mean in the church context?
For more details, please refer to the podcast. In short, a rebuke is subjective; a self-righteous judge or prosecutor will view even a mild suggestion of being wrong as a rebuke. Spoiled children always over-react but for the humble, a "rebuke" is simply holy dialogue. Do not rebuke a mocker or he will hate you; rebuke a wise man and he will love you. Proverbs 9:8
(10) When you mention fellowship, what does that entail?
Refer to the podcast for further information. Essentially, fellowship distinguishes between heaven and hell. Those who engage in true fellowship have a relationship with the Living God. Heaven is all about fellowship within God’s family. A family where no lies, slurs or gossip is found. To fail to fellowship with the Living God here is to forfeit heaven as home. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2 Corinthians 13:14
(11) While part of Sound Doctrine Church, was it important for you to adhere to its teachings and doctrines?
Ugh, yeah. The teachings of God are not like the legal laws you and Judge Lori K Smith can ignore, twist and abuse without suffering personal problems. One does not get "promoted" in Jesus by ignoring God. Another, "duh."
Absolutely. Following the teachings, preaching, and spirit of a church that aims to walk daily with the Living God is crucial. It is the daily fellowship God where His love, grace, encouragement, hope and power are found. A disciple who stops fellowshipping with God will find His love, power and peace disappearing from their lives. Also see answer 10. So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter. May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word. 2 Thessalonians 2:15-17
(12) What was your understanding of the doctrine? Did your beliefs stem from the church’s teachings?
No, understanding and beliefs came directly from the Holy Spirit just as the church taught, lived and preached. No member needed Timothy Williams teachings as God was directly teaching them. As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit–just as it has taught you, remain in him. 1 John 2:27
(13) Did you have neighborhood friends who were not members of the Sound Doctrine Church?
Certainly, if neighborhood friends were comfortable spending time with "Christians," then yes. However, Washington State has done everything in it’s power to make such friends impossible. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Romans 12:18
(14) What kind of leadership was present? How was it structured?
The structure was Jesus the Great Shepherd and all members were sheep following Him. It was shepherd by slave leadership, characterized by serving as a servant to others. God was in charge, and the church functioned through His powerful grace that directed, arranged while He willed and worked in each individual member of Sound Doctrine Church. But they kept quiet because on the way they had argued about who was the greatest. Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, "If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all." Mark 9:34-35
(15) You mentioned your salvation. Was that significant during your time in Sound Doctrine Church?
Duh! Of course! This is a church, not a bar. You do understand that, right, Mr. Simmons? Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. Proverbs 4:23
(16) Does the Sound Doctrine Church celebrate birthdays or holidays like Christmas?
Not as you demand; Sound Doctrine Church did not formally celebrate birthdays, though there was a lot of "cheating" going on. After all it was not a cult that demanded a strict adherence to every dot, letter and jot of doctrine. Christmas, Sound Doctrine gave to the poor, engaged in fellowship, and prepared for the upcoming year’s next celebration of Christmas. It was a truly joyful time—you should have experienced it. Then there are holidays like First Fruits, what others call Easter and so on. The point was to not be polluted by the world both in actions and belief. Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27
(17) Why did you leave Sound Doctrine Church?
I never left the church, never betrayed and never turned my back on Jesus in spite of your attempts to destroy. As for others, many individuals come and go it is after all a church and not a bar. The church was actively preaching in the community, and while some would visit briefly, others realized that living in surrender to the Living God was no longer their desire. Some left for trivial reasons, while others succumbed to outside pressures, prioritizing temporary relief over the enduring love of Jesus. One person opted to join the Air Force after watching a Star Wars movie for example. Others faced persecution, including your prosecution of righteousness, which proved too daunting, leading them away from following Jesus.
Best be careful with this question as many a saint down through-out history have gone through very difficult times trusting and believing God. Your snake-of-hiss question has brought serious judgement upon yourself and others. Best to repent.
For they persecute those you wound and talk about the pain of those you hurt. Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation. May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous. Psalm 69:26-28

Everything on The Consider Podcast and website has to do with the call for all men and women to repent. Such is an offer of mercy for those willing to follow Jesus by hating their life and picking up their cross. After all, even the demons believe in God, but they are terrified. You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that–and shudder. James 2:19
Washington State Guilty Parties
Without exaggeration King County Courts have zero intrest in evidence, investigations or the truth. Remember this well when showing up for jury duty. Fact: Prosecutors and Judges will use corrupt Police to help script out accusations, not look for evidence, witness tamper and, of course, lie.
While not forgetting those who spread slander, prosecutor Jason Simmons and the cut-throat gang caused many to stumble, sin or fall from the faith. Fear for them because they fear not. See Millstone.
The Lord is slow to anger and great in power; the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished. His way is in the whirlwind and the storm, and clouds are the dust of his feet. Nahum 1:3
Guilty Parties
Washington State
Legal Corruption

The following is basic information and a short list of the guilty parties involved.
The Washington State court system and its associated legal entities are currently engaged in significant abuses of rights. Right rape is now the normal operating procedure in Washington State.
The Washington State Supreme Court has systematically undermined the rights of those accused of crimes, leading to rampant corruption among prosecutors and law enforcement. One example out of many of the court’s devaluation of individual rights is exemplified by its ruling allowing dogs in the courtroom in order to manipulate juries in favor of the State.
The Supreme Court of Washington State by appealing to emotions rather than facts of a case threw open the door for police and prosecutors to promote wide-spread and deep seated corruptions. City of Enumclaw Police and King County Prosecutors seized upon this lawlessness in the name of the law to engage in a hate crime of false accusations.
As one prosecutor in Washington State publicly stated during jury selection, the process for the prosecution and police resembles a "dog and pony show." Thus it is no shock to witness the degrading lawlessness, ignoring of facts and right rape of others within the legal system.
In the case of King County Superior Court, State of Washington, Plaintiff vs. Malcolm Fraser, Defendant, Case No. 12-1-01886-0 Knt, it’s important to clarify that the true plaintiff is, in fact, the King County Superior Court, State of Washington, against Sound Doctrine Church or Timothy Williams who was never charged with a crime in Enumclaw, Washington.
Washington State prosecutors have employed abusive legal strategies to pursue an unfounded charge designed to eliminate Timothy Williams or Sound Doctrine Church from Enumclaw. The defendant, Malcolm Fraser, has been exploited by King County prosecutors and Enumclaw police to indirectly proxy-prosecute Timothy Williams.
Judge Beth M. Andrus exhibited favoritism towards Prosecutor Rich Anderson, even after reprimanding him for making inappropriate, prejudicial, and offensive comments. She downplayed the wrongful actions of City of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall, contributing to a narrative intended to discredit the church and its activities in Enumclaw, ultimately leading to the collapse of a business, church, and bookstore while forcing the church to leave the community. Despite being a pastor’s daughter, Ms. Beth M. Andrus demonstrated a shocking lack of Christian values or even legal common sense.
Judge Lori K. Smith worked with King County prosecutors to hinder and deny the defendant’s ability to present a defense. She turned the criminal proceedings into a chaotic "family court" atmosphere that enabled false accusations to undermine justice. Judge Lori K. Smith, allegedly influenced by being named "Woman of the Year," distorted justice to guarantee a guilty verdict against a man. In short, Judge Lori K. Smith was bribed and, seeking to maintain her social standing abused the rights of the accused.
Prosecutor Dan Satterberg assigned five prosecutors specifically to target the church. Prosecutor Leesa Manion who was supported by Satterberg, takes inappropriate pride in being the first Korean woman to hold a position in the prosecutor’s office. Ms. Manion actively endorses the corrupt practices initiated by Satterberg, including reinstating Prosecutor Rich Anderson.
Detective Grant McCall of the City of Enumclaw was implicated in orchestrating a fabricated hate crime. He deleted evidence and fabricated accusations while refusing to investigate the claims of hatred and the actual crime as charged against Mr. Fraser. Detective Grant McCall and King County Prosecutors knew that a proper inquiry and investigation would expose the falsehoods. King County prosecutors obstructed and suppressed any effort to initiate a proper investigation.
The prosecutor team included Prosecutors Mark Larson, Lisa Johnson, Nicole Weston, Rich Anderson, and Jason Simmons.
This is not an exhaustive list of those who have facilitated, protected, and perpetuated self-serving corruption within the Washington State court system.
In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. Acts 17:30
