This Terms of Peace (“Terms of Peace”) is made on [date] by and between:
God (hereinafter referred to as “God” or “First Party”); and [Abc name], an individual, having its registered office at [Address] (hereinafter referred to as “Individual” or “Second Party”); (hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
Background
This Terms is made between God, the Creator of the Universe and Individual, and humans, His creation, for the purpose of promoting peace, love, and harmony on Earth.
God and Individual, recognizing the importance of living in accordance with God’s will and the benefits that come from living in a harmonious relationship with one another, hereby enter into this agreement to set forth the terms and conditions of the coexistence.
In consideration of the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Terms of Peace, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
Purpose
The purpose of this Terms of Peace is to provide a framework for how humans shall live their lives in accordance with God’s way, as expressed in the Holy Scriptures, in order to achieve a meaningful and fulfilling existence on Earth.
God’s Promises
God makes the following promises to humans who live according to His way, as expressed in the Holy Scriptures:
God Promises Glorious Joy
Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy (1 Peter 1:8)
Forgiveness of Sin
I write to you, dear children, because your sins have been forgiven on account of his name. (1 John 2:12)
A New Person
We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. (Romans 6:4)
His Righteousness to Be Self-disciplined
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, (Titus 2:11-12)
Peace
The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; (Romans 8:6)
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. (John 14:27)
His Power to Love Others
And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:16)
Persecution
“I tell you the truth,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life. (Mark 10:29-30)
Eternal Life
Keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. (Jude 1:21)
All Promises in The Bible to Escape Evil
Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. (2 Peter 1:4)
Terms of Surrender
In order to enforce and exercise this Terms of Peace, the Individual agrees to follow the aforementioned Terms of Surrender:
Individual states they have sat down and counted the cost.

Individual agrees to first hate, then God will provide pure love in a persons life. God will give the power to love others only if this agreement is meet.
Hate Father, Mother, Wife, Children Brother, Sister, Own Life
“If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters–yes, even his own life–he cannot be my disciple. (Luke 14:26)
The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me. (John 12:25-26)
Carry A Cross While Following Jesus
And anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple. (Luke 14:27)
Individual has Prayed and Asked God What Terms of Peace Are for Them
If he is not able, he will send a delegation while the other is still a long way off and will ask for terms of peace. (Luke 14:32)
Terms, Validity and Termination of the Terms of Peace
The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall begin on the date of this Agreement and remain in full force and effect indefinitely until it is terminated by the Parties or the mutual termination of the Parties.
This Terms of Peace shall be terminated in the event of the Individual fails to enforce the Terms of Peace at all times.
“Salt is good, but if it loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is fit neither for the soil nor for the manure pile; it is thrown out. “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.” (Luke 14:34-35)
It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace. (Hebrews 6:4-6)
Mutual Respect
God and Individual shall respect each other’s beliefs and shall not interfere in each other’s affairs. They shall promote understanding and tolerance and work together for the betterment of all living beings.
Confidentiality
Neither party shall keep confidential any information or knowledge obtained through this agreement. Rather, both Parties acknowledge that the purpose of this agreement is to spread awareness among all humans of God’s way of living and agree to use all reasonable efforts to communicate the terms and spirit of this Terms of Peace to others.
Relationship of the Parties
Neither party is by virtue of this Terms authorized as an agent, employee, or legal representative of the other. Neither party shall have the power to control the activities and operations of the other and its status at all times will continue to be that of an independent contractor relationship.
Right to Subcontract
In the performance of its obligations hereunder, the Company shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to subcontract its rights and responsibilities to any third party, provided that the Company shall remain responsible for the performance of any such third party.
Autonomy
Except as otherwise stated in this Terms of Peace, Individual shall have full control over working time, methods, and decision making in relation to the provision in accordance with the Terms of Peace.
No Exclusivity
This Terms of Peace does create an exclusive relationship between God and Individual. Individuals are not free to enter into similar agreements with other divine entities and to follow other spiritual paths, except as long as they do not conflict with their obligations under this Terms of Peace. God reserves the right to enter into similar agreements with other individuals or groups.
Notice
All notices, requests, demands, or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this Terms of Peace shall be given in writing and delivered to the Parties at the addresses mentioned at the beginning of this Terms or to such other address as either Party may from time to time notify the other.
Indemnification
Individual agrees to indemnify and hold harmless God from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their breach of this agreement or their failure to live according to God’s will.
Modification of Terms
Any amendment or modification of this Terms or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this Terms of Peace shall only be binding in writing signed by each Party or an authorized representative of each Party.
Language
All communications made or notices given pursuant to this Terms shall be in the English language.
Amendments
This Terms of Peace may be amended or modified from time to time only by the written agreement of all the Parties. Each such instrument shall be reduced to writing and shall be designated on its face as an amendment to this Terms of Peace. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, any amendment executed by the Party or any of its subsidiaries shall not be effective unless and until the execution of such amendment has been approved by both of the Parties.
Entire Terms
This Terms (including all agreements entered into pursuant hereto and all certificates and instruments delivered pursuant hereto and thereto) constitute the entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, understandings, negotiations, and discussions between the Parties, whether oral or written.
Counterparts
This Terms may be executed in counterparts, all of which shall constitute a single agreement. If the dates set forth at the end of this document are different, this Terms is to be considered effective as of the date that both Parties have signed the agreement, which may be the later date.
Titles/Headings
Headings are inserted for the convenience of the Parties only and are not to be considered when interpreting this Terms.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising under this Terms of Peace shall be resolved in accordance with the teachings and principles set forth in the Holy Scriptures.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement between God and humans, both parties shall seek a peaceful resolution through prayer, meditation, and open communication.

Severability
Both Parties intend for this Terms to comply with rules, regulations and policies, the applicable state and local laws and regulations, and any covenants or restrictions of record. If any provision or term of this Terms is held to be unenforceable, then this Terms will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to render the otherwise unenforceable provision, and the rest of the Terms, valid and enforceable. If a court declines to amend this Terms as provided herein, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and provisions, which shall be enforced as if the offending term or provision had not been included in this Terms.
Waiver
None of the terms of this Terms shall be deemed to have been waived by any act or acquiescence of either Party. Only an additional written agreement can constitute waiver of any of the terms of this Terms between the Parties. No waiver of any term or provision of this Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other term or provision or of the same provision on a future date. Failure of either Party to enforce any term of this Terms shall not constitute waiver of such term or any other term.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Terms is executed and duly signed by its respective authorized representatives on the date as at the beginning of the Terms.
