Indeed, no one has ever bullied Athena Dean Holtz because her false accusations of others is to deflect from exactly what she is doing. Gesh! Somebody needs to get a grip down at the King County Prosecutors Office on reality.

Be on guard Athena Dean Holtz changes her excuses nightly with the main one being so unbelievable, well, it is unbelievable. That she did not know what was happening – it was all hubby’s fault. The stories, lies and excuses are complex because Ms. Hotlz’s hides behind a wall of confusion while making others complicate.

Charity is charged with laundering cash
A lawsuit charging a Seattle area charity of laundering $280,000 in contributions so it could be used for the operators’ personal gain was filed today in King County Superior Court.

Named in the suit filed by Attorney General Ken Eikenberry were Neighborhood Outreach and its operators, Charles and Athena Dean, Forrest Cole and Michael Reames.

There was no telephone listing in the Seattle telephone directory for Neighborhood Outreach and operators of the charity could not be reached for comment.

The charity operated a telephone boiler room from Oct. 1983 until Oct. 1985 selling packages of garbage bags for as much as $35. Eikenberry said. "Donors were told the money would go for drug abuse education programs," said Eikenberry. "We maintain the money was not used for that purpose, but instead was laundered through a  complex  series of transactions and then funneled to the charity operators. "

The suit charges the charity not only failed to maintain required records, but intentionally handled the money so it could not be traced. The suit also alleges the charity provided false information on its registration application with the Secretary of State. Eikenberry also contends that Neighborhood Outreach made a number of misrepresentations in its collections effort.

Protected by Prosecutors

Athena Dean Holtz’s trashbag fraud charity scam was child’s play compared to the full-scale onslaught of lies associated with her and Detective Grant McCall’s hate crime against Sound Doctrine Church, or Timothy Williams.

Because King County Prosecutors of Seattle, Washington do not prosecute nor test for liars they can use at a trial the hate crime activities were given the complete backing by Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson, Prosecutor Nicole Weston, Prosecutor Rich Anderson and Prosecutor Jason Simmons. Judge Beth M. Andrus, Judge Lori K. Smith, and Prosecutor Leesa Manion, who now protects and uses Satterberg’s corruptions to their advantage. And so the corruptions continue and City of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall gets promoted for scripting out, grooming and lying on many levels that benefit prosecutors.

Behind the scene, in the dark offices of King County Prosecutors, a boiling cauldron of lies was heated up by Prosecutor Jason Simmons and the gang. One of the fundamental lies that King County Prosecutors used to self-righteously justify their abuses of power was that Timothy Williams stole, bullied, or took over WinePress Publishing. Nothing could be further from the truth and because Jason Simmons and Prosecutors hold hands with their liars they fell prey to their own lies.

Truth is Timothy Williams had zero desire to own WinePress. Zero! As in negative zero to the tune of -00000000.

It took God’s direction for Timothy Williams to pick up his cross and consider accepting Athena Dean Hotlz continual requests to own WinePress. In the end, Timothy Williams pulled all the paperwork at the last moment and declared he would "never" consider owning WinePress. Hey,  Prosecutor Mark Larson paperwork would be consider evidence  – you should try it sometime – it might make an honest man out of you and your thug of prosecutors.

Athena Dean Holtz was protected by King County Prosecutors to engage in her multi-level marketed crime of lies and than dropped from the witness list hours into the first day of the trial. This is who Prosecutor Jason Simmons found creditable. Ms. Holtz who is constantly, literally overnight, changes her lies about the illicate activities of yesterday.

In short, they dare not let her activities see the light of a courtroom lest they be found guilty. After all, many, including myself are fully aware of the methods of Athena Dean Holtz. Knowing that she always makes those targeted complicit in her schemes, frauds and lies. To state that there was much grooming taking place is to make a colossal understatement.

Dear Timothy;

I cannot blame you for ignoring my calls, as I am no different than the boy who cried “wolf.” Like Mike said last night, “I don’t know what to say…we’ve been here before and it never went anywhere.”

I am determined that this time will be different. On Sunday night after Mike admonished me, I begged God to let me feel the pain I have caused you (and Carla, Malcolm, Jan, Mike and James, the TOC committee, not to mention Tim Noreen whom I completely destroyed ).

He is answering that prayer and the pain that I have caused you to endure is horrible. I finally “get” the post you put on the boards about how nice I am while stabbing you in the back. I am so easily flattered by those who write lovely words about me, but the truth is, those people don’t really know me, they don’t live with me, so it’s easy for them to have positive things to say about me. They’ve never crossed me, stood up to me or pointed out my sin, so of course all they see is my good side.

The truth is, I’ve destroyed every close relationship I’ve ever had in my life because I’m a bully, a manipulator, a liar, a user, and completely arrogant. No wonder I’ve always gravitated to business and excelled there, because I never have to get close enough to people for them to see the real me.

I am, truly, no better than a man who calls himself a Christian and is well respected by all, who secretly beats his wife and kids at home behind closed doors.

You and Malcolm warned me when I shredded my journals that if I did not fill myself up with the Word and the Holy Spirit then I’d have 7 x the demons coming back to fill up the empty space in my heart, instead of filling myself up with good, I’ve filled myself with bitterness, resentment, and arrogance, and I’ve flattered myself too much to detect and hate my sin.

Job 36:13 “The godless in heart harbor resentment; even when he fetters them, they do not cry for help.

Amos 5:7-10 You who turn justice into bitterness and cast righteousness to the ground (he who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns blackness into dawn and darkens day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land- the LORD is his name- he flashes destruction on the stronghold and brings the fortified city to ruin), you hate the one who reproves in court and despise him who tells the truth.

Instead of holding onto Jesus’s commands, and obeying them, I played the fool and have been overcome by these sins.

Proverbs 3:11 My son, do not despise the LORD’s discipline and do not resent his rebuke.

Ephesians 4:31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.

Instead of obeying Romans 11:20 and being afraid instead of arrogant, I became like Romans 1:28-32.

Romans 1:28-31 Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless.

For months I have allowed my broken relationship with you and Carla, Malcolm, Jan, Mike and James, and the rest of the body persist. So what is the point of my prayers? If I will not obey, leave my gift at the altar and be reconciled with my brother, He will not hear my prayers for a job, a soft heart, or an obedient spirit, as I am in rebellion as I pray for an obedient heart.

Proverbs 19:3 A man’s own folly ruins his life, yet his heart rages against the LORD.

This is my pattern and the way I avoid the pain of the cross…if I harden my heart and blame you for my condition, I won’t have to feel the pain of all my rebellion, pride, bitterness, resentment, betrayal, lies and self love.

I do not want to stay this way. I must face up to the truth now or there is no hope for me.

I do not expect to be able to fellowship with you and Carla as it will take a long time to prove myself faithful and worthy of such fellowship. But I must make it right, some how, I’m not sure how but I must at least be restored to you as my father in the Lord. You were an answer to my prayers 12 years ago and instead of treating you as such I have treated you as if you were a curse. I have hated you in my heart, the one and only earthly father in my life who has loved me enough to stand up to me.

Please accept my confession of my sins against you, I am deeply grieved over all the pain I’ve caused you and Carla. I intend for this sorrow that I feel to lead to true repentance.

Jan Owens: I’m here for one purpose and one purpose only. This is what I have to say. Timothy Williams did not, did not steal Winepress. There’s been this rumor going around for years saying that he stole Winepress. It’s not true. In fact, it’s absurd.

Timothy’s integrity was unbelievable. He had published some books through Winepress, quite a few. I don’t remember the exact numbers, 7 or 8, something like that. And he took all those books except for one he did keep gossip in the gospel in print, all the others he took out of print. He wanted there to be no appearance at all that maybe his books would get priority or he was going to take advantage of some specials or anything. Was like nope, all of his books out of print. It was just amazing his integrity. And of course, it’s just something I have just observed in his life.

I mean I would have to say in all my years and my 70+ years, I’ve met a lot of men in my life and I have never met a man that is holy and righteous as Timothy. I’ve known him for 20 years and I’ve seen the cross just work the cross of Christ just work the purity in his life. It’s just amazing, but you might be wondering well hey, what’s Winepress? Who’s Timothy William and who am I? Well, I’m going to get into all that. I’m going to tell you that and a lot more.

First let’s start with Winepress. What was Winepress and I am saying was because it’s no longer in existence. But Winepress was an incredible company. It was a Christian self-publishing company. I never work in the publishing industry before and I would just, I love working for this company. I love this company so much but what they did is, there’s so many authors, people that they’ve written books. They’ve written very excellent books, well-written, inspiring, good messages, and everything. But traditional publishers, they won’t take them because they want the big-name sellers. They want to make sure, hey, if we sign this this book, this author up, we can sell a million copies.

Well, they don’t know the smaller authors, so this provided an opportunity for these authors to get their message out and have a quality product. From 2003 until 2015, I was the accounting manager there. So, this story is from the perspective, well of the accounting department because that’s the department that I know. Now when I first came to work for Winepress that was back in 2003, I started in the accounting department and the operation was kind of shady. As I was exploring things, I found out that they had not one QuickBooks file not two QuickBooks filed but three. I mean sometimes companies will have like a second set of books, but they had three sets of books. And of course, then, I found out that payroll taxes hadn’t been paid. Money had been deducted from the employees’ paychecks but it was never sent into the IRS.

So, that’s a red flag and there were other things too that were going on. But just those two, I mean, should be red flag enough that if you wanted to work in an upright company, a legal operation that you would run, run far from there. So, you’re probably asking, well, hey, why did you stay? If you saw these things that were going on with the company, I mean, why didn’t you leave? Well, I’ll tell you why I didn’t leave and it’s one reason, Timothy Williams.

The owner of the company, I’m not going to identify her name. I’ll just call her Jezebel for this interview but she had hired him. He was actually the pastor of the church that we attended. She had hired him to come over and look over the operation, and advise her and counsel her. And he was going to turn this into a respectable business. Jezebel at the time, she wanted that to happen. She wanted to change her way. She wanted to run things according to the rules, follow standard accounting principles and so I stayed at Winepress.

So, you might be wondering, okay well, who is this Timothy Williams? Well, for one thing at the time he was the pastor of the church that I attended and actually Jezebel attended that church there that’s where I met her. And we were actually roommates, we were roommates for about 8 years and he came in. She had him counsel her on running the business and it was incredible, just so amazing to how he transformed that business from a shady, unorganized operation to, well, really, they ended up being the number one best-selling, number one self-publishing company in the industry. And it was just, like I said, it was amazing to see.

Jezebel loved it too, because she was kind of the face of the company, and she liked going to conferences and speaking and giving classes and meeting with authors and stuff like that. But now, she had an operation behind her that was reliable and actually, she could produce the quality product that she was promising authors. So, for her, this was so great for her and she didn’t really like the day-to-day operations. So, especially didn’t really like the accounting department. In fact, we butted heads quite a bit on, what is standard accounting practices, she’d come to me and want to, well, I need clothes need some new clothes, to go to this conference, so I need company money. It’s like, no. A new wardrobe is not a business expense. But anyway, she wanted to change things around and so she did agree to go by the rules.

Well, as time went on, Timothy actually took on more and more of the responsibility at Winepress. He was always call in if there was a difficult situation. And about the year 2006, Jezebel asked if he would buy the company. It was kind of an interesting time for him, because he had been a pastor of the church, I think I mentioned before but he had retired the previous year. So, he did have some free time some extra time. But was this what he wanted to do? Well, it wasn’t what he wanted to do and he bode at the idea. He’s a pastor he’s not businessman. This is not really his line of work at all, but then, at the same time, he was asking, well, I don’t want to do this but is this what God is working?

His wife, Carla, encouraged him to take this on, because she really thought that what this company needs is a pastor’s heart. Not businessman but a pastor’s heart. So, eventually, he did agree that he would buy the company, but he had one condition, just one. And what that was is that Jezebel wanted to do this 100% and she wasn’t going to look back. That was his only condition that if that was met, he would go ahead and move forward with it, and so she agreed. Yes, that is what I want.

So, we started changing over the operations. I set up accounts for him, new accounts for him with the IRS, the state of Washington, got all that paperwork in order. Jezebel hired an outside CPA who specialized in evaluating businesses and coming up with the fair market value for a sales price. And actually, he flew in from, I think it was California, flew in from California, stayed at Jezebel’s house while he was here and spent three days at Winepress Publishing you know just going over the books. He would be telling me, oh I need this report, this report. He was interviewing department heads in the company, touring the company just to observe how the operation went and meeting some of the employees and everything.
Now Timothy wasn’t a part of this evaluation at all. I mean he was an outside consultant, so the CPA didn’t even really ask about him or want to know any more about him. He was just what is going on, just it mainly in the accounting department he wanted. So anyway, he left and mail back his report. Everything was in order and we were all excited. The employees, we knew what was happening. Jezebel started announcing this in the media. There was an article in one of the magazines and she started speaking about it publicly. So, it was just gangbuster is moving ahead, moving ahead.

Until one day, when Timothy was at work, Jezebel walked past this door and just kind of mumbled under her breast, and I don’t know if I really want to sell Winepress. Well, as soon as he heard that, red flags and he went into action. I got a call right away. Okay, put a hold on transferring on the sale of the company. Didn’t know why at the time or anything, I just go, okay, well, this project’s on hold for now. I focus on something else. But he just said, he just, nope. This was not going to happen. Well, a couple days later, I did find out about it. Jezebel and I were called into a meeting with the executive director and he told her at that time, he said, Timothy is not going to buy the company. And at first, Jezebel’s like, she didn’t really believe it. She goes, ‘Well, yeah, he is. No, we’ve got everything in place. No, this is going to happen’. She didn’t really believe what he was saying and so he said again, ‘No, he is not going to buy the company. It’s final. He’s not going to change his mind.’

Well, when she realized that he meant it, she became hysterical and she just started sobbing and going, ‘he has to, he has to’. She just kept saying that over and over again, because I mean, she knew without him, this company did not have a promising future at all, and she just like would not stop. I mean, and I finally spoke up, I mean I’ve been sitting there really stunned with the whole thing that I was hearing. And I go, ‘Jezebel, he’s not going to buy it.’ So, at that point the sale was off it did not go through and Timothy made it clear at that point that he would never attempt to buy the company again. That was just dead. That if Jezebel ever did want to sell the company again, that maybe the church, Sound Doctrine Church where we went to church, they could buy the company. And in that way, it could be really a part of everybody, a part of the church. That was really the end of it.

The following is basic information and a short list of the guilty parties involved.

The Washington State court system and its associated legal entities are currently engaged in significant abuses of rights. Right rape is now the normal operating procedure in Washington State.

The Washington State Supreme Court has systematically undermined the rights of those accused of crimes, leading to rampant corruption among prosecutors and law enforcement. One example out of many of the court’s devaluation of individual rights is exemplified by its ruling allowing dogs in the courtroom in order to manipulate juries in favor of the State.

The Supreme Court of Washington State by appealing to emotions rather than facts of a case threw open the door for police and prosecutors to promote wide-spread and deep seated corruptions. City of Enumclaw Police and King County Prosecutors seized upon this lawlessness in the name of the law to engage in a hate crime of false accusations.

As one prosecutor in Washington State publicly stated during jury selection, the process for the prosecution and police resembles a "dog and pony show." Thus it is no shock to witness the degrading lawlessness, ignoring of facts and right rape of others within the legal system.

In the case of King County Superior Court, State of Washington, Plaintiff vs. Malcolm Fraser, Defendant, Case No. 12-1-01886-0 Knt, it’s important to clarify that the true plaintiff is, in fact, the King County Superior Court, State of Washington, against Sound Doctrine Church or Timothy Williams who was never charged with a crime in Enumclaw, Washington.

Washington State prosecutors have employed abusive legal strategies to pursue an unfounded charge designed to eliminate Timothy Williams or Sound Doctrine Church from Enumclaw. The defendant, Malcolm Fraser, has been exploited by King County prosecutors and Enumclaw police to indirectly proxy-prosecute Timothy Williams.

Judge Beth M. Andrus exhibited favoritism towards Prosecutor Rich Anderson, even after reprimanding him for making inappropriate, prejudicial, and offensive comments. She downplayed the wrongful actions of City of Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall, contributing to a narrative intended to discredit the church and its activities in Enumclaw, ultimately leading to the collapse of a business, church, and bookstore while forcing the church to leave the community. Despite being a pastor’s daughter, Ms. Beth M. Andrus demonstrated a shocking lack of Christian values or even legal common sense.

Judge Lori K. Smith worked with King County prosecutors to hinder and deny the defendant’s ability to present a defense. She turned the criminal proceedings into a chaotic "family court" atmosphere that enabled false accusations to undermine justice. Judge Lori K. Smith, allegedly influenced by being named "Woman of the Year," distorted justice to guarantee a guilty verdict against a man. In short, Judge Lori K. Smith was bribed and, seeking to maintain her social standing abused the rights of the accused.

Prosecutor Dan Satterberg assigned five prosecutors specifically to target the church. Prosecutor Leesa Manion who was supported by Satterberg, takes inappropriate pride in being the first Korean woman to hold a position in the prosecutor’s office. Ms. Manion actively endorses the corrupt practices initiated by Satterberg, including reinstating Prosecutor Rich Anderson.

Detective Grant McCall of the City of Enumclaw was implicated in orchestrating a fabricated hate crime. He deleted evidence and fabricated accusations while refusing to investigate the claims of hatred and the actual crime as charged against Mr. Fraser. Detective Grant McCall and King County Prosecutors knew that a proper inquiry and investigation would expose the falsehoods. King County prosecutors obstructed and suppressed any effort to initiate a proper investigation.

The prosecutor team included Prosecutors Mark Larson, Lisa Johnson, Nicole Weston, Rich Anderson, and Jason Simmons.

This is not an exhaustive list of those who have facilitated, protected, and perpetuated self-serving corruption within the Washington State court system.
