Timothy: Let us consider how to stand against the insanity that is sweeping the world.

Intro: Consider the wisdom. Consider the madness. Consider the folly. Ecclesiastes 2:12. Then I turned my thoughts to consider wisdom and also madness and folly. Today’s events, Paulorrow’s realities at www.consider.info.

Timothy: How’s it going, Jacob?

Jacob: It’s going good.

Timothy: How’d you like that little special intro there?

Jacob: It sounded good.

Timothy: I always like it when the Lord throws in a little appearance of hypocrisy. Nice, hard rock.

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: Play it again, because I like it when he does that.

Video: Pick up your cross. Prepare your mind for action and keep listening. You’re sure to be offended. The Consider Podcast at www.consider.info, where the rubber meets the road.

Timothy: That’s about as wild as I get. Wouldn’t you say Jacob? You know me for several decades now.

Jacob: Yes.

Timothy: Alright, let’s press on. Let’s go to Deuteronomy chapter 28 verse 28. Just a little reminder that we’re talking about the madness that God is sending on the world. Don’t blame the Democrats. Don’t blame the Republicans. Don’t blame big tack. Don’t blame anybody else. In fact, if you’re going to blame anybody. Blame yourself. Deuteronomy 28:28. Jacob read it for us.

Jacob: “The Lord will afflict you with madness, blindness, and confusion of mind.”

Timothy: It’s God we’re talking about here and if you’re going to blame anybody, you should be blaming God. Let’s go to Deuteronomy chapter 20-8 and let’s back up to verse 20 and get a little more detail here. Jacob, go ahead and read Deuteronomy 28 verse 20.

Jacob: “The Lord will send on you curses, confusion, and rebuke in everything you put your hand to, until you are destroyed and come to sudden ruin because of the evil you have done in forsaking him.”

Timothy: The church and of course the world in general the pagan world has forgotten that you have to worship the Lord in spirit and truth. Even among the so-called Christian community. Truth just seems to be thrown out the window. There’s such a minimal basic like I don’t know believe these four, five, does it get all the way up to ten? I don’t even know if it gets up to the ten-commandment level, does it Jacob?

Jacob: I don’t think it hit; I don’t think it’s double digits.

Timothy: I almost think it’s just one and you just kind of believe on Jesus and go to church. I probably see believe on Jesus, 10 church and tithe. Wouldn’t you say those are probably the top three?

Jacob: Well, yeah. Technically, you don’t even have to attend church. You have to believe in Jesus.

Timothy: Well, you do have to tithe though. Most of them would come in on you on that thing. God will send a spirit of blindness and confusion of mind that no matter what you do, everything that you do he says in verse 20. Everything you put your hand to will come back on you to bring destruction until verse 20 says, sudden ruin. We can tell. Everything that’s going on around us there’s just kind of this it’s just all of a sudden going to collapse on us, right? I mean we have that sense.

Jacob: Correct. Yeah.

Timothy: Every day you kind of get up and you go, well, if it happens today, I’m not going to be shocked and I’m not going to be surprised. A lot of the world is saying the same thing and certainly people running on the political platform are saying yeah, the world’s going to end if you don’t vote for me kind of routine. So, there is a spirit of vision what do we do here? It’s not like we can reform the institutions that are around us. It’s not like we can hope in them because they’re corrupt. So, no matter where we turn left or right, whether you’re looking at the legal system or the non-legal system or whatever it is you’re putting your hope in or looking to, it all seems to be just crumbling around.

So, there’s this massive confusion about what can we do that comes from God. God is removing his hand from us and removing his love and grace to allow room for the Antichrist to come on the scene. And whether you claim to be a Christian or not, it says that you will believe the great delusion. Well, let’s talk a little bit more about the confusion and what’s coming, but how to stand against this insanity. Jacob, go ahead and play this clip, on confusion. Now this is Jordan Peterson talking about the same thing that I said and the thing about Jordan Peterson is that he’s a false prophet when it comes to the gospel, he is the opposite of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is purely a worldly man reflecting a worldly interview.

Now, do I like listening to him on most things I do? He is botPaul line. He’s to the point he has his facts. In terms of that, yeah, take it in. But when it comes to actually being transformed, being made different, something holy, something righteous, understanding God, worshiping Jesus in truth and spirit. He is opposed to Jesus Christ. Don’t even think that he’s somehow semi friendly. He’s not. He is a people’s prophet, a false prophet though he’s heavily challenged by the left or whoever this loosey goosey people are out there. Go ahead and play this and you’ll see him reflect this fact of confusion.

Jordan Peter: Here’s the danger as far as I’m concerned on the classically conservative front, and I don’t really know what to do about this. It’s like the radical leftists have this fundamental proposition which is all institutions are corrupt and predicated on dominance and power. But now, you have people like Trump who come in as outsiders and say, all your institutions are corrupt and basically predicated on dominance and power. I think well this is a big problem, because the conservatives are objecting the corruption of the institutions in the manner that you just described. But the underlying message to people is kind of the same, which is our fundamental institutions can no longer be trusted. And the problem with beating that drum on the conservative side as far as I can tell is that you add fuel to the fire on the left side. So, you’re in the position of asking yourself, well, if you are conservative and you’re traditionally based but you believe that the institutions have been corrupt. How the hell can you plot a pathway forward without falling prey to exaggeration of exactly the concerns that the radical leftists are putting forward because say the same thing.

Timothy: What do you think, Jacob? Any initial thoughts?

Jacob: Yeah, he’s not incorrect I guess in what he’s saying.

Timothy: Oh he’s 100% correct. We’re answering the question. He goes, how in the hell do you escape this? Well, by avoiding hell. That’s the actual solution. He is correct and saying that the institutions are corrupt and both sides see that. That’s what’s going on. Whether it’s Trump or the law. Both sides see that the world is crumbling and just coming down in and on itself. But you see his confusion of mine. He doesn’t know what to do about it. So, you can imagine as he speaks and as he does all these things and travels around world and all of the books and things that he puts out. He doesn’t have the answer. He’s got temporary fixes and they’re very very temporary. He talks about giving hope to people, but that’s just the hope based on this world. It’s not the hope that is in Jesus Christ.

If both sides, the right and the left are acknowledging that we’re in a state of complete destruction. Things are crumbling down and we’re confusion. We don’t know what to do. The purpose for which God is allowing this to drag out because it’s certainly dragging out. It’d be nice if God, every day, I get him and go you know what? Can we just finish this up? I’d really rather not do another podcast. I’d really tired of actually talking about all this. Get on with it, God. Fortunately, everybody should be happy. God doesn’t listen to me. So, this thing gets dragged out over time. And the reason God is doing that is he’s a God of love and he’s hoping and well I don’t know the God prays. He’s hoping and praying that we cry out to him, right? Amen.

Okay, go and play the next clip and here Jordan Peter’s going to talk about the fear of death and this is where really the false prophet territory gets in. So, you have this confusion, you have life kind of coming to an end, you have destruction everywhere, wars are brewing. All kinds of death from abortion all the way down to wars over every place, the economy. Everything’s on this verge of collapse where literally our lives could become massively miserable and highly destructive and people can start dying around us like the world has never seen before. Kind of exactly what Jesus prophesied and told us what would happen.

So, somebody’s going to ask him and I had to reduce this clip down. What’s really telling about this statement is he doesn’t have an answer. And when he doesn’t have an answer, it starts when you don’t have an answer for something and you need to answer what is it one thing some individuals do Jacob?

Jacob: You usually start babbling and there’s like a lot of words.

Timothy: Exactly. We’ve kind of done that with each other, right? Yeah, I ask a question and you might start him haunting gun. Oh, that’s nice. Nice speech. Has an undoing thing or I do the same thing, or it’s either that or if you totally get somebody in the corner, they might get quiet but he starts babbling and that’s the usual routine. You see that on witness stance. You see that in court. You see that among prosecutors, police, everybody else. If they’re in a corner and you ask a flat-out question, man, normally it just goes into this long winded well like and when you’re done you go like what’d you say? Go ahead and play this now because again the person’s asking them what do you do about the fear of death? His point is going to be well don’t fear death and then he kind of goes into this explanation. I’m trying to be very sensitive here and gentle here because he’s got someone close to him that’s in the process of dying. So go ahead and play the clip.

Lady: I’ve worked in emergency medicine for 11 years and I’ve seen a lot of death yet I’m so afraid of dying. Any advice on how I can be at peace with dying and mortality?

Jordan Peter: Well, I don’t know if anybody’s ever really at peace with that. I mean I think what you can take away. Read Socrates apology. There’re two versions of it. There’s Plato’s version and there’s what was his name? Aristophanes. There’s another version. I don’t think that’s right. Anyways there’s two versions of Socrates apology. Now, like would we return to our youth and do it again? Well, that’s a very difficult question to answer right? Because well you just don’t have the, you can’t tell what you decide unless that option was actually available to you. And maybe the answer is yes and maybe the answer is no, because been there done that onto whatever the next thing is. And so, I would say if you’re afraid of death, take a look at how you’re living, and see if you’re all in. And maybe if you’re all in enough that’s good enough. I think that’s right. I think that’s right. And then I think also if you’re all in and death visits, and you know it’s impending. You could say to yourself I did everything that I was here to do. At least then you’re not going to torture yourself with that as you’re facing death. That’s something too.

Timothy: Any quick thoughts Jacob about that? You weep or you hurt certainly listening because it’s hopeless. He has no answers. Contrast that with all the other clips rather. He’s botPaul line. Got the points. Got the facts. But when it comes to the ultimate question of death and where this thing is headed, he doesn’t have the answer. It’d been better if he said, yeah, I don’t have the answer. That had been the nice botPaul line. Truth is, we need to be terrified of death because from death, we then have to give an account to God for our life. There’s kind of no coming back. There’s no Socrates or philosophical point. Remember the other clip I think we played or I put it on the website anyway, where Jordan Peterson says that if you contemplate what Jesus is saying and who he really, it’s terrifying and he’s right he is terrifying.

So, Mr. Peterson or Dr. Peterson has moved himself away from that confrontation between him and Jesus because it is a terrifying serious workout your salvation with fear and trembling to really sit down and contemplate, okay this is what Jesus is saying. What I would want us to take away from this today is that God is putting the world through all of this turmoil to Trying get us pass this kind of empty peace. He’s literally trying to shake us up so that we cry out to God, but it’s very clear that most of mankind no matter what pressure you put them on or what confusion of mind or what blindness or if you put madness in their life, they’re just not going to get it no matter what the sickness is. Because they don’t want to repent. They don’t want to deal with Jesus Christ one on one and change, right?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: I know that’s kind of an amen, but how many people are listening to him and that was just platitudes. Each person could take away whatever they want from that whether it be this version of Socrates or that version over here. It really wrapped down to this. If you did the best that you think you could do, then, you’re fine. Isn’t that he was really saying?

Jacob: Yeah, I mean, ultimately, he was just saying that you should maximize the life here, that you’re doing everything you could, you did what you were supposed to do. And then it’s all he’s saying though is to maximize like this life you have. Because he’s not disagreeing that you’re going to die and that there will be an end to it all, but you should just plug forward with whatever you think is.

Timothy: No one over analyze it, but you saw him there when he’s talking about death coming. He first kind of says it like it’s maybe an option. Then he goes, well, no then it is coming. Nobody, we just don’t want to face that fact that it’s very simple all life is about, and let me repeat this very clearly. All life is about is preparing for the judgment seed of God. A living holy God. That’s all life is about. It’s not about your family and we’d certainly, everybody would say, well, yeah, it’s not about money and it’s not about possessions and all. Look, it’s not even about family. It’s not you if you contemplate what Jesus is saying. If you pull it all down, it is between God and you. That’s it. You’re not going to stand there with your loving wife next to you and go, well, he was a great guy. Let him come in and the husband’s not going to be able to turn into God and go, well, she was a good mother. She did the best that she could and if she had to do it again, she changed some things and Socrates was saying this, so then commit. That’s not what this is going to be about.

So, God is shaking the whole world and we got to put aside all of our little judgments about our neighbors or even ourselves or our family or whoever. Because it really is only going to come down to that when we die, we are immediately brought in or eventually we’re going to hit the judgment seat of Christ or of God and be condemned or go into paradise and only those who have worshiped the living God with all their heart, all their mind, all their soul in spirit, and in truth are getting in.

Let’s go to this website here Jacob. This is very sad. This is a woman who has a condition where she’s tired all the time. I don’t know what they give the official name for it there. Let me see if I can pull a real quick. They always give, well, I’m not even going to try that one. The initials are like it’s called ME and it’s a condition where the sympPauls of extreme exhaustion to the point that she can’t do anything in life and so she has suffered from that for a long period of time. So, she decides to end her life. On a psychological level, you have to ask, well, does she have this depression that sees life is miserable and all that and so she has no energy to live which is very possible.

What I think it’s more indicative of fact that God remember he is the author of life. He is what gives us that strength to be alive and as he pulls himself back from us or put another way as we push him away, we are literally pushing life away. It would be like me going into room and slowly pushing out all the oxygen into the room. What’s going to happen?

Jacob: You’re going to die.

Timothy: You’re going to die. Maybe I’m slowly pushing out the oxygen but I’m still kind of breathing and putting in the carbon dioxide. It’s not being clean, whatever. There’s a kind of the slow process of it dying. I could say well you know I don’t feel good. I don’t know what’s going on. It’s because you’re pushing God away. That’s not the guarantee you don’t, there’s not some real illness here that I’m missing. The point is that and John Peter was wrong. There’s a lot of people all through history that have died in complete peace of Jesus Christ. Not from delusions and not from lies, but because the spirit of God the actual living breathing God.

The Lord is my shepherd though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. God draws close and this isn’t, I know a lot of people go through a religious kind of delusion where they convince themselves that scripture is there. But there are those true disciples in Jesus Christ as they begin to walk through the valley of the shadow of death. Psalms 23, I think it is, is very clear, “Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.” You’re going to have his presence that guide you before the judgement seed of God. Jordan Peterson doesn’t have that hope and the people looking to him do not have that hope and the rest of the world doesn’t have that hope. There has to be the full gospel, the complete gospel, the humbling of oneself and we’re going to see here in a moment what the key is to escaping this insanity that God is sending on the world or the madness or the blindness or confusion of mind.

Alright, so this woman has decided that she has this disease or this problem where she’s so fatigued. She just doesn’t live anymore. So, she writes and she says this, so that she made the decision and to go public with her decision to kill herself. And so it says Lorian added, “She was set to head for ultimate peace, away from her condition as she asked her followers to wait until 2::30 PM to post their tributes. As by this time she would have passed away. She’s going to kill herself.” Now she added, “I think I’m going back to where it was like before I was born. No existence, no consciousness, ultimate peace. I would like to thank everyone who has been there for me during my illness and especially in the time before I announce my euthanasia wish.”

She thinks she’s going to enter into ultimate peace. It’s kind of a contradiction in terms obviously if there’s no existence, no consciousness, you’re not entering an ultimate peace. You’re ending into ultimate nothingness. You’re not going to feel anything, but that’s kind of a somatic point. I I think I see what she’s saying in the sense of I don’t know. Just go everything and there’s just this big void. You look at this and you go this is just so unnecessary, so sad, and it again it is God withdrawing his presence and I don’t know whether she’s in heaven or hell. That’s God’s not giving me any wisdom on that. I just know that she certainly is dying and killing herself and people around her supporting her to kill herself with a great lie and a delusion that she’s surrounded by. Jacob any comments on that?

Jacob: I’m assuming this is like in the UK or Canada where I think a lot of this killing stuff goes on.

Timothy: It’s in Norway I believe if I look at it.

Jacob: Okay, yeah European country. Anyways at least as of now I think Oregon allows it. But you know what I mean? In the United States, there’s still it’s more strict on killing yourself. But yeah, in other places just anybody can do it at any time, apparently.

Timothy: Well, it’s going to increase the madness of sweeping the world. We’re going to become more and more like Canada which is totally corrupt at this point. Dark and black. And going to Canada is really like crossing the border into an insane asylum. I’m sure there are people that are still sane in there don’t get me wrong but the overlying thing is like eh I’m in a wrong place. This is a bad place.

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: What happens with this is, this gets when you see Satan here advertising it well.

Jacob: And romanticize. It’s a lie to do. Well, and it’s like you were saying like her word, I mean this is a lie that I’m and she’s not even claiming she’s going, well she’s not even claiming she’s going to a better place. She’s just saying that she’ll cease to exist and so that ceasing to exist is better than like the pain she’s in now, but that’s a lie. We’re going somewhere.

Timothy: Eventually, we’re going to talk about how suicide is just increasing around the world, because God who is and I’m repeating myself, but he is the author and the maintainer of life. And when he pulls himself back, suicide and death and this longing for nothingness just begins to happen. It part of being separated from God. That’s why what did God tell Adam and Eve, “If you eat from this tree in that day you will die.” death enters in whether that be psychologically mental physical, in fact all the ways. I mean the whole universe is collapsing in death. If you go look at any YouTube video can tell you, yeah, the whole universe is just going to go cold and dead. And never mind they’re wrong because God’s going to renew all things, but the point is death has entered into everything and every aspect. That’s why if aliens land, they’re part of the death culture of sin. So don’t even fall for that. Don’t want to get too sidetracked. Go ahead and play the next video here and I believe this one is still Jordan Peterson talking about maintaining your dignity as you die.

Preter Jordan: Look man forget about the religious traffics. Here’s hell. Hell is when you get cancer. And then you’re bitter and resentful about it and you make your last 6 months a living **** nightmare, right? And so, might say well you’ve got cancer and that sucks and no doubt it sucks and maybe it’s unfair and probably it is and maybe even God and Satan themselves bet against you. You’re going to aim up and maintain your dignity and your integrity or you’re going to take a bad situation and make it into every Goddamn nightmare you can possibly imagine? Think well of course you have to aim up no matter what happens to you. And you think well that’s not fair. It’s like, well, it’s better than the alternative. And what does fair have to do with it? What’s your choice? You’re going to dig a deeper pit? Or are you going to be are you going to have some integrity in the face of life’s catastrophe?

Timothy: Integrity. You’re getting ready to go before the judgement seat of God and really what he’s saying is keep your pride intact. That’s what’s going to keep you from the redemption power of Jesus Christ. And again, the whole thing’s you can hear the anger and the frustration. I believe he went through a difficult time because he’s facing the fact, I believe that his wife that is dying. So, he’s trying to hold himself together. And you can sense the rage and the anger that’s in there. Right Jacob?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: Well, look at Proverbs chapter 19 verse 3 and go ahead and read that because that’s really what you’re witnessing here. Think of the good thief on the cross next to Jesus. He in his suffering on the cross. He’s going through all that pain. He asked Jesus to remember him. If you’re getting ready to die and you’re on death’s door, face who Jesus Christ is fully. Face the truth of who he is. Surrender to that truth without any blame or casting any wrong on God. Of course, God is sending death to the world and let me tell you something. Hell is not cancer. Hell is hell for eternity. Go ahead and read Proverbs 19:3

Jacob: “A man’s own folly ruins his life, yet his heart rages against the Lord.”

Timothy: We see that in him, don’t we?

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: Most people, if they’re thinking and reasoning out in life or either in self-pity or just raging against God and it really is their own sin has brought them to this point. For Peterson and people around him, they have refused Jesus Christ. They have embraced the hollow, deceptive philosophies of psychology in this world. It’s sad that he’s not learning that. I mean, you’ve got the Canadian government attacking him, taking away his license. If he would just look the battle of the left or the battle of Canada let’s say or removing his license and all of those things, he would see that is God trying to strip him of those things so that all that is left is just him and God. And God says, let’s reason this out, let’s wrestle this out, let’s get to a place of repentance. That’s what God is trying to do, but of course not Satan comes in he’s got money, he’s got popularity. Sure, his life is full of turmoil, but he’s in a good position to face turmoil.

He just hasn’t lost everything and he certainly has not surrendered Jesus Christ and we see the frustration and the rage against life and the discipline. It’s not that God is betting against us. We deserve our punishment. Jordan Peterson talks about there was a period of time when, he went to the dark side of his mind intentionally. He did an experiment where you start thinking like a sociopath or a criminal and you go into this dark thing and he states, yeah, it was just way too easy. He had to bring himself out of it. It is. If we all decide today that what I’m just going to embrace my evil wicked side and that’s what a lot of people do. They just kind of give up or if they’ve got this immorality, they just grab onto it. It’s easy enough. It’s very very, I don’t, you don’t even have to try do you?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: No.

Jacob: No. I don’t think you have to try too hard. If you just act upon every whim if you just let yourself, go.

Mid Point

Timothy: Yeah, or let every thought happen or whatever. You’ll hear that people say that about sexual morality might be and they’ll go, well, I just gave up. I had these urges; I was attracted to this particular sex or these individuals and I just gave up. That’s what most of these give up with their sin. The battle is the battle for righteousness and holiness by the spirit and the blood and the grace of Jesus Christ. Okay, I’ve kind of covered this together. There’s what I’m showing is is this spirit of death and this folly and stupidity that keeps trying to hang on to some dignity or aspect of life or we end our life in this peaceful kind of way when the most monumental decision we could ever make is putting ourselves to death and face the living God.

The second one I suppose is going every day and refusing to confront Jesus for who he is. I pray that Jordan Peterson and his family and everybody else and anybody listening. Anybody that’s bothered to buy his books would throw the books away, throw away everything he has to say, sit down in a room and come face to face with who Jesus Christ is and what he says. Yes, it is terrifying. Massively terrifying. That’s why scripture says to work out your salvation with what Jacob?

Jacob: Fear and trembling.

Timothy: Fear and trembling and that’s not what’s happening and I’m going to prove it with the next video clip. Go ahead and play it.

Lady: Whoa, wait a second. Why is no one talking about this Simpson’s prediction of the Rapture? Check this out.

Cartoon (Lady): If your wife finds out.

Cartoon (man): It’s modern times. Everyone’s doing it. Where did my Christian limo driver go?

Cartoon (lady): My pious husband is missing. The baby I chose to have baptized is gone.

Cartoon (lady): Mr. Thompson, what’s happening?

Cartoon (man): The Rapture, Shauna. The Rapture, the virtuous have gone to heaven and the rest of us have been left below. We were fools and because we rejected God tacitly accepting Satan. We must suffer through the apocalypse.

Cartoon (man): I thought all religions were a path to God. I was wrong.

Cartoon (lady): Why did I put my faith in science and technology?

Lady: If you believe Jesus is coming back soon, follow or subscribe now.

Timothy: Alright. Jacob, let’s always get our theology from the Simpsons or Veggie Tales or talking cucumbers, right? I shouldn’t be laughing but I tell you, you know what? I wish people would quit getting their theology and they’re thinking from YouTube videos because then I wouldn’t have to watch them and you know how many hours, I have to go through to find this particular, I don’t even call it a gym. I don’t know. This this video here?

Jacob: Clip, example.

Timothy: Okay, quick question. Why do you think Jake or Mr. Jacob, why do you think Satan is promoting the Simpsons?

Jacob: Because it’s funny and entertaining and so then if you just laugh at it you don’t have to do anything.

Timothy: Well, and it promotes a lie. Nobody’s going to get raptured out. There is…

Jacob: Oh, I know yeah because, correct. Because yeah that’s what do you call it? Whatever. I don’t know. Pre rapture thing. That they’re all going to be gone and now only the bad people have to suffer the apocalypse. That’s what was in there. Yeah.

Timothy: And of course, if you believe Jesus is coming back what should you do?

Jacob: Repent.

Timothy: Oh no, it said click. I’m giving you. She said clip.

Jacob: Okay yes. Forget, yeah, the lady. Okay. Which is more funny. The Simpsons clip or the lady that’s like clicked like subscribe.

Timothy: Right. So, you’re supposed to clip. Go ahead keep talking.

Jacob: Click and subscribe. Well, nothing, it’s like how much even if she’s obviously she’s saying she’s a Christian and she’s using this clip as like I don’t know, whatever your outreach. But then you’re supposed to click and subscribe which is the exact worldly line. That’s what all of the world says, click and supreme.

Timothy: Nobody can watch that Simpson clips whose theology or understanding of the Bible or relation with Jesus Christ and go, that’s a positive thing. Since when did we even combine the most worldly of cartoons, vileness, and go, hey, how come nobody’s talking about the Simpsons? Well, because the Simpsons are evil. They’re bad. They’re wicked. They’re not even something to watch. Why would I bring demons into the situation go, hey, though what the demons are saying is true. Is that really how we’re supposed to get our theology, talk about our theology, or get people excited about talking about theology?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Alright, who else could click on that? If you really just want a lot of subscribers, you go, anyone who believes that Jesus Christ is coming back or the end of the world, right? I think that’s what she said, right? End of the world? Arm again. She said click, right?

Jacob: Click and subscribe.

Timothy: Correct. Well, every demon can click on that one.

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: And she didn’t even say man I can’t even and now I’m going to how do I, if you believe Jesus coming back and want to repent. Click here.

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: Again, you don’t take that which is vile. You don’t take that which is corrupt. That’s why Ephesians says, “Crave the pure spiritual milk of God.” We have no business combining all this stuff. Where’s the purity? The obedience. Jude, the Book of Jude says, “To hate even clothing stained by corrupt flesh.” Do we not understand that when the judges or the police or a next-door neighbor who doesn’t believe in Jesus Christ and not a disciple. Let me rephrase that is not a disciple of Jesus Christ were to hate their suits. We’re to hate their clothing. No, that’s not a vile evil. I’m seeking to do you harm hatred. What it means is there’s a total complete rejection of who that person is and what they stand for. Do you know the scripture I’m talking Jacob?

Jacob: Yeah.

Timothy: I’m sure you do. Let me see. Let’s pull that. Even let’s see. Hey, if I can do it real quick. Jude verse 23. Go ahead and read it. Jude, there’s only verse 23. There is no chapter 1.

Jacob: Yeah. “Snatch others from the fire and save them; to others show mercy, mixed with fear– hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh.”

Timothy: Where do we even remote? Well, we’re not going to say it with the Simpson girl here but where do we see snatch others from the fire, this eagerness, the zeal to grab somebody and go, and I’m going to be just figuratively here by the rougher their collar and go, you need to save yourself. “And to show mercy to other people.” Again, this isn’t a hatred that seeks to do somebody harm, there’s all kinds of mercy there. I hurt for Jordan Peterson, his family the people that are following him. I have a real pain there. I’m trying to show them mercy, but it’s mixed with a fear they’re being fools, and I’m afraid for their souls because I know what’s coming. But it’s also what? “Hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh.”

There isn’t anything from beginning to end about the Simpsons that should be talked about, put in, held up, patted on the back or say, well, you know what? They got that straight. You either are a full disciple of Jesus Christ or you’re not or you need to get there. That’s the attitude. Give us purity, give us holiness. Give us everything is changed and made different. Isn’t that what Jesus came to bring? You have a new life, which means there is no similarity between this and the worldly garbage of sin in our hearts, in our minds, and our thoughts. Is that terrifying? Do we have to work out our salvation with fear and trembling? Are any of us perfect? Of course, all those things are true but you work it out and you work it out with fear and trembling. You work it out with zeal. You do it with great earnestness in prayer.

This is not a game. This is not an entering death with dignity. This is a powerful transformation and complete acceptance of the holiness of God. Not some superficial truths that Jesus is Lord or some doctrinal concept or these ten things that say, you’re Christian. This is literally, I’m repeating over and over again until I see the fear, until I see the trembling, so I see snatching others and hating clothing stained by crooked flesh. Don’t even begin to claim the name that is above all names. Go ahead and play this next passage–. Go ahead and play this next video and you’ll see exactly what we’re talking about.

Video: I’m a rich rock star and I have everything. The outside world says, I have everything but inside I’m dead. By that time, I moved back to Bakersfield where we all grew up and my parents were helping me with my daughter. I met some Christians invited me to church, I was like, who cares? I’ll try it and the pastor starts saying, Jesus is real. He’ll come into your life if you invite him in and all the negative stuff can’t stay and I was like, I was listening to him and I was like, I’m going to try this. I went home with my drugs and I just poured my heart out to God. I said, God, these drugs are going to kill me and leave my daughter without a dad. Please, if you’re real, come into my life, give me a new life. And with a long story short, I just had an encounter with God’s love within the next few weeks and man, I just felt like Jesus came in and put his arms around me. I didn’t see anything, but it was just like it was a life-changing event and I felt like I was at home for the first time.

Timothy: Well, clearly it wasn’t a life changing event was it, Jacob?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: For those that can’t see the video and you might want to go look at it is he’s got what are those called? Dreads?

Jacob: Dread yeah, he got dreadlocks. It’s a lot of people would know the guy from the rock band “Corn”.

Timothy: Okay. Yep. And I don’t know how long they go but script. Okay. Jesus said in Matthew 28, we’re supposed to teach people to obey everything, right?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: Scripture goes on to say, Paul says, God says, that’s a shame for man to have long hair. Never mind that the dreads are filthy. They’re results of not shampooing or taking care of yourself. He’s still wearing eye shadow. He dresses like the world. He still looks like a rock band person. The only thing that’s changed in his life is he’s given up drugs or been cleansed of drugs at the moment, correct?

Jacob: Correct. Yeah. He gave up his, he walked away from the rock band. He quit the drugs. He quit, so he’s sober. He’s clean. And yeah.

Timothy: And of course, the message that he’s hearing from the pastor, that’s so wide road and pathetic. Now am I saying he was wasn’t delivered from of course. Do we not know the story? Well, no of course he could have been.

Jacob: The 10 lepers.

Timothy: Very good.

Jacob: That’s 10 lepers. That’s where were him. Come to Jesus, right? You have, yeah, he’s a drug addict. He’s all these things. He, I’m sure well with drugs comes all sorts of demons and suicidal thoughts and who knows what right? But yeah, so then Jesus technically heals him to you know what I mean? He doesn’t turn and thank Jesus. He doesn’t turn and follow Jesus. He just goes off saying, yay, I’m healed. But that’s it.

Timothy: Let’s read it. Luke chapter 17 verse 16, and yeah let’s back up. Luke chapter 17 and verse 15. Go ahead and read that and keep going till I interrupt you.

Jacob: “One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him– and he was a Samaritan. Jesus asked, “Were not all the ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?” Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.””

Timothy: Now let’s consider that for a moment, because on the appearance of it looks like he’s praising God but he’s not. He’s being self-absorbed. He’s glad he’s delivered from drugs. He’s glad he’s delivered from those things but to praise God is to joyfully obey the things of God. So, when I mention that it’s a sin for a man to have long hair. What’s going to be the reaction of 99.9% of the Christian community? I’m legalistic. I’m being harsh. I’m being unloving, right? If I say, look at the way he’s dressed. Look at his T shirt. Look at his jeans. Look at the filth. Look at his hair. They be, oh God doesn’t look at those things. There’s no joy about, of course God cares about what you wear. It’s all through scripture.

In the beginning, when we fell in the garden, Adam and Eve, the first thing he did is go get a new wardrobe, right? They put on fig leaves. When God shows up on the scene, goes, hey, what are you guys doing? Where you at? He removes their fig leaves, what they’re wearing, the suits of the day, their clothing, and gives them different skins, gives them different set of clothes. Of course, God cares about what you wear. Then you have all of the Old Testament all the way through talking about this is how you dress. This is how you conduct yourself. These are the things that to go on. I don’t want to get into and I’ll be glad to but I don’t want to get into the semantics of, well, what’s long hair? What’s short hair? How’s this look at? You know what? Let’s first accept that scripture says, this is what we’re supposed to be. No tattoos in the body. You’ve had Alice Cooper running around for decades. Do you know who he is Jacob?

Jacob: Yeah, another rock guy.

Timothy: Yeah. Alice, well, I was around when he was around and he supposedly came to Jesus still keeps talking about Jesus but he looks just like Alice Cooper when Alice Cooper was a pagan and a sinner and somebody that hasn’t repented. You’re going to clean up your whole life. Do we not think that when the leopard’s clean, right? God’s healed him. Is he not going to go change his clothes? I just somehow you get this sense of you know what? These are clothes with leprosy on them and did we not just read in Jude that we’re supposed to hate clothing by corrupt flesh. So, there should be this attitude, this approach is coming before God. Say, okay God, how do you want me to dress? How do you want me to conduct myself? Do we not realize that how we dress, how we talk, how we act is a reflection of our hearts? It’s not like, well, God knows my heart. Well, we all know your heart. I can tell. I can tell how you carry yourself and what you do or don’t do and what your points are and where you’re headed. Any comments on all that?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: Alright, so then how do we escape all of the insanity, the compromise, the whitewash, all the sin that’s going on. Now, we’re going to get to down to my favorite part. We’re just going to play a section of scripture. It’s rather long, but I want us to consider and just let it flow into our heart and let the cross of Christ crucify the parts of us that rebel against it. First of all, one of the things this is going to show is we’re not going anywhere. The one of the reasons Satan is promoting the Simpson is he wants everybody who claims the name to think they’re getting out of the persecution that’s coming. Because the church is just not getting ready. And we’re going to look at the one thing in this long discussion of scripture for most people. It’s long, where it gives us the key to overcome the blindness the insanity and the confusion. Go ahead and play this clip and let’s listen to these scriptures Jacob.

Video: As Jesus looked up, He saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury. He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins. “I tell you the truth.” he said, “This poor widow has put in more than all the others. All these gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.” Some of his disciples were remarking about how the temple was adorned with beautiful stones and with gifts dedicated to God. But Jesus said, “As for what you see here, the time will come when not one stone will be left on another; every one of them will be thrown down.” “Teacher,” they asked, “When will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they’re about to take place?”

“Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am he,’ and ‘The time is near.’ Do not follow them. When you hear of wars and revolutions, do not be frightened. These things must happen first, but the end will not come right away.” Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. They will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven. “But before all this, they will lay hands on you and persecute you. They will deliver you to synagogues and prisons, and you’ll be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. This will result in your being witnesses to them. But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves. For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers, relatives and friends and they will put some of you to death. All men will hate you because of me. But not a hair of your head will perish. By standing firm you will gain life.

“When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near. Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country not enter the city. For this is the time of punishment and fulfillment of all that has been written. How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against his people. They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time, they will see the son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemptions drawing near.”

He told them this parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees. When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near. Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near. “I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and earth will away, but my words will never pass away. “Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap. For it will come upon all those who live on the face of the whole earth. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.” (Luke 21:1-38).

Timothy: What is it that we should be praying Jacob?

Jacob: That we are able to stand.

Timothy: “Be always on the watch and pray that you may always be able to escape all that is about to happen.” Do we see that going on in the church that claims the name?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: We see the turmoil going on in the world. We acknowledge all the destruction that’s going on. How many churches do you know of or ministries, podcasts, discussion groups, Bible studies? Our calling everybody to get in before the living God to have prayer groups and to pray. Lord, we pray that we may be able to escape all that is about to happen and that we will be able to stand before the son of man. Do we see that happening?

Jacob: No.

Timothy: No, of course not because like the girl, the Simpson cartoon girl, she thinks she’s going to be raptured out. So why would there be any necessity to pray that I can stand before the Son of Man?

Jacob: Correct.

Timothy: We talk about fear and trembling. What where’s the discussion with our and praying over our children to be able to escape? And by escape, he doesn’t mean raptured out. He means having the power and the grace and the strength to survive the tribulation that’s coming. There isn’t a single thing, not a single sentence, anything Jesus said that implies or suggest that Christians are not going to be around. In fact, he keeps on saying, when you see, when this is happening. Men will faint. It’ll come upon the whole world on everybody there.

There is not as if there was a rapture out of this. Jesus would have said, pray for those that remain because you’ll be with me, and I’ll try and work some good and save them. You can’t even go there. There’s nothing there about this. Not only does he say, pray that you’ll be able to stand and be able to escape but to always be on the watch. Every day I get up and every night before I go to bed, I’m watch. I’m on duty. Is it boring? Is it difficult? Does it have its downtimes? You bet. Do I not like it? Sometimes, yeah, my flesh isn’t all thrilled about all this stuff. Of course not. Why would my flesh? My spirit is, I want to be ready. I want to be there. I want to be able to escape. I want to be able to glorify his name. I want to be in a position where I can receive from him words that are given me that nobody can refute.

Then, when men are fainting from terror, when the heavenly bodies are being shaken, what’s it say that disciples of Jesus Christ will be able to do. Jacob, what did it say? We’ll be able to do. Says, when these things begin to take place, stand up. Think of the persecution that we went over. How many wilted? They couldn’t stand up. They couldn’t be bold. They were powerless. They were running for cover. They were protecting themselves. They were willing to lie. They were willing to go there. They were willing to betray. They’re willing to do anything but actually just stand up to those vile snakes that were blaspheming everything good about the gospel of Jesus Christ. In a court of law, in a city in the news, there was not the indignation like enough is enough. When these begin to take place, when all of the world is being shaken and the heavenly bodies are beginning to shake and there’s wars going on and there’s famines going on and there’s diseases going on whether contrived by the CDC or not. I don’t really care. It’s coming from somewhere.

We as who know Jesus Christ who are disciples filled with his grace, if we have his grace, if we have his power, if we’ve hated our own lives, if we denied ourselves and follow him. If there is within us a removal of all compromise, then he will give us the power and the grace to stand up to lift up our heads and to see our redemption coming. The rest of the world, the rest of the whitewashed, those who’ve turned their back, those who’ve compromised will be hiding in rocks in the ground. They will be terrified of what’s coming. Jesus says, “Be careful or your hearts will weigh down with dispensation.” You know what a dispensation is? Watching Simpson cartoons, spending your time on YouTube, drunkenness and the anxieties of life. Oh, what am I going to do? Where am I going to get my gold? Oh, how will I survive? Will I have enough medication? Well, will this be here? What happens if war breaks at?

All the anxieties of life that chew us up and we want to get ourselves all prepared and ready to protect our lives. We will be weighed down by those things so that when it becomes crucial when the moment happens when we should be speaking with great boldness, grace will not be able to enter and worse than that, scripture says, God says, I will not give you my power and I will not you my grace and you will not escape, because you did not turn to me with joy and serve me with joyful gladness in the time of your prosperity where is the obedience by the crucified life. Do not think for a moment, don’t delude yourself for a second you will not stand, because God will ensure that you do not stand. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man. Take us out of here, Jacob.
