April Jury Manipulation Month
This April Fool’s Day 2024, we must congratulate King County Prosecutors for their twisted skills of Jury Manipulation.
Let us celebrate April Jury Manipulation Month, acknowledging Seattle’s King County Prosecutors for a corrupt job well done.
They deserve it.
4 Types of Jurors
Any group of lawless Prosecutors and Judges that can and will object to Abuse Prevention while ignoring reality the crime was impossible and still obtain a guilty verdict is fully deserving of the Jury Manipulation Award.
Congrats King County Prosecutors of Seattle Washington. Not many can be so devoid of reason and overflowing with such selfish ambition that they willingly blind to the reality of facts.
While shaking down jurors to donate the state monies paid for their jury duty, prosecutors and judges were able to prosecute an accused crime that was impossible to happen, testimonies that defied reality and had been scripted by the police while covering up the conspired crime by Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall and conspirator has the respect of evil. And all of the above is just for starters.
Washington State Bar Association Prosecutors are to be acknowledged for their slick skill of being so corrupt they could terrorize religious freedoms and destroy Bill of Rights laws while criminalizing righteousness.
Excellent manipulation of the Jury Pool to find sociopathic individuals who think with their skin rather than applying their minds to facts of solid evidence certainly deserve to celebrate Jury Manipulation Month. 4 No wonder that King County Prosecutors selected Judge Lori K. Smith, as she was an easy mark to be bribed.
Even at the time, this jury pool of fools heard you ask and then sent home any potential jurors who believed there must be "evidence," actual or corroborating evidence to an accused crime – they still were puffed up enough to give Prosecutors the "guilty" verdict so self-righteously lusted after. With such a perverting of words, the words of "reasonable doubt" let alone police crimes had no meaning at all.
The neat dark trick to send home those who understood the meaning of honest evidence and the need for corroborating evidence to testimony home, then redefine the word "evidence" and deny reality as the jury ignored the hatecrime facts of Detective Grant McCall and his co-conspirator.

If testimony is believable without a shred of corrberating evidence, or believable when evidence is 100% contradictory to reality and it must be seen as valid for State Prosecutors sake 6— right — well, only if I think like and believe like a child would believable testimony be well, believable. Peter Pan may be believable for many but the the fundalmental fact is there is no such person named Peter Pan that can fly.
Note: As Generation Z becomes older, the pathic parenting skills they were raised with, that which was destroyed by Family Court will ensure that Prosecutors and Judges find it even easier to choose from the Pool of Fools. Save yourself from this corruption.5
Biggest April Fools Joke
April Fool’s Day is April 1st; thus it is natural and fitting that we celebrate Jury Manipulation Month. Jury trials in the United States are the biggest April Fools’ joke pulled off by Judges and Prosecutors.
As is self-evident to the few morally reasonable individuals the legal system has mastered the sinful skill of selecting from a jury pool, fools for the Court.
Republicans & Democrates
Republicans and Conservative "Christians" laid the ground foundation for the Democratic legal corruptions of today. Instead of serving justice and justice alone, selfishness allowed legislators, police, prosecutors and judges to rightrape.
In short, Democrates are only using the law and order corruptions instituted by law-n-order folks.
Keep at the forefront of your mind that anything discussed on legal matters is not a suggestion of what you should or should not do. Those in the legal system are very nasty human beings with the legal instincts of a pack of wild dogs, they will, happily as I have been told by them, tear the meat off your life. You have been warned.
We have discussed and will discuss Jury Duty on The Consider Podcast but here are a few concepts I take to the legal system.
Only What Is Illegal
Prosecutors have no right, except by the abuse of the Court, to bring up, mention or suggest that what is legal could be sinister. Anyone accused of a crime must have the full support of the Court, Police and Prosecutors to protect, defend and support the accused rights of what is legal.
In short, you are being conned when Prosecutors and Judges bring up anything that is legal. For example, since it is legal to have a tatoo Prosecutors cannot mention, publish to the public, suggest or bring up any tatoo.
To bring into a courtroom that which is legal is to accuse people falsely. This is why you see extortion of your money to defend yourself and the accusing or prosecuting individuals on unrelated aspect of the law.
- Then some soldiers asked him, "And what should we do?" He replied, "Don’t extort money and don’t accuse people falsely–be content with your pay." (Luke 3:14)
Because it is a fact, Prosecutors, Police and Judges are a group of snake oil saleswomen and men, let’s be precise.
Anything legal by a upstanding personal reading of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights is 100% off-limits to Prosecutors and Judges. 100%.
Jury Duty Goads
Plea Bargain Word
One primary reason Prosecutors will draw up the Go Straight To Hell card when Judgement Day arrives is they do not hold to their word. The Holy God created the entire Universe with words, thus showing us that our words matter in His sight.
Prosecutor charges are yes, no, maybe, bargain this, later plus this, accept this or we will bury you. This is why Prosecutors punish with extortion of added charges those who desire a trial.
If I served on a jury one question I would be asking is this: "Who is the greater crimanal here? The legal system or the Defendent."
The fact is Prosecutors betray their word so they can implement extortion. Both are hell-worthy crimes against a Holy God. Since I know what it is to fear God, I pray all would repent and save themselves from today’s corruption.
If Prosecutors considered a crime equal to their Plea Agreement, then that is what the crime is worth. Anything more is illegal against the defendant.
The person accused then has the right to accept the plea bargain or go to trial with the plea bargain charges.
Not only is the Devil the accuser or prosecutor of mankind, but God has warned that anything that goes beyond "yes" or "no" clarity is from Satan.
This is why I cannot lie, but when Prosecutors and Police lie, they get promoted. Indeed, Judges who allow lies and extortion to stand are complicit under the laws of righteousness.
- Simply let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the Evil One. (Matthew 5:37)
Jesus, you know, gentle little Jesus has warned Prosecutors, Police and Judges that they will be judged for every careless word because our word is our bond; our words are our oaths. As the Bible records: But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. (Matthew 12:36)
This is why I do not take oaths or swear – because I am on oath all day long. 1
Therefore a plea agreement is an oath, and those who do not keep their oaths cannot walk on God’s holy hill. Prosecutors and Judges think much of themselves but I pray thee none consider they will be welcomed in Heaven.
- Lord , who may dwell in your sanctuary? Who may live on your holy hill? He …who keeps his oath even when it hurts, (Psalm 15:1-4)
Prosecutor & Judge Extortion
As a potential jury, I fully realize that Prosecutors, Police and Judges are committing the crime of extortion in a vast sea of corruption. We see this in the news every day, but Prosecutors have refinded the sinister skill of jury manipulation.
For which, with Seattle’s King County Prosecutors, we applaud their sinful skill of jury manipulation as it works.2 But then most sins work – at least for a short time.3
- Extortion turns a wise man into a fool, and a bribe corrupts the heart. (Ecclesiastes 7:7)

King County Prosecutors we enboldened to twist the words of righteousness because of Judge Lori K. Smith.
